One cannot add webcam addresses, therefore can only see the cams the app maker provides, which are not very good locations at all.

These are all real-time video, not still images as in other applications.
Since version 2.0, you can view the map and look where the cameras are.
The location on the map is partly found by IP address and approximate, another part is manually found and very accurate.
The database is updated independently of the application updates.
Use the share feature by Twitter, Facebook or WhatsApp to disable advertisements temporarily.

If it could just be that nearly all of the cams could load and also if they could be atleast 10 FPS but otherwise it’s a great app 100% would recommend but I just need to know if it’s légale

Constantly Crashes!!!!!
Also like another user wrote, (and he was rudely abused by this author with nasty sarcasm for stating this same thing I am about to) this app has a very higher than normal usage of data/wifi than YouTube!!!
This app sure chews it up with all the staff streaming from all those cameras around the world at once ;)
So if your one of the lucky ones and this app doesn’t crash constantly, than you better watch out that you’re not chewing up your wifi or data allowances.Because if you don’t have unlimited data/wifi plans, you will end up with an unpleasant surprise of either that you have used up all your data/wife allowances and you still have weeks to go until your next due date to start again, or you might get a nasty bill for extra data/wife used than your normal allowance.
So if you still plan on downloading this app, make sure you have heaps offffff.........yes, wifi or data.

WARNING: THIS APP CHEWS THRU DATA!!
I used at least 1.3 gig of mobile data (yes, that's right - GIG) looking through the Cams, searching and playing a few Screens for a while whilst out and about with no wifi.
I still don't know how THAT happened- but I confirmed that by looking in my data usage settings to see what made my Telco provider (OPTUS in this case) message me with a data used warning....
Deleted it immediately!!

Awesome... But Creepy
this is a pretty cool app cause, it does what it's meant to. I was just wondering, do these people know their being watched? Are all these cameras openly ( and legally ) available? :)
