So far this app is horrible and I want my money back!!! It rarely loads any pictures I want. It doesn’t give me enough “stitches/pixels” to work with. It is not easy to use.

Quick Start:
0. Take a photo or select a photo in a gallery
1. Crop a photo - change stitches count, brightness, and image type for the best result
2. Select cut out button to cut out image - out line the part of your image you want to select. Then press contract.
3. Select color button to change the number of colors used, contrast, and saturation
4. Save stitch image as PNG and patterns(with color table) as PDF
5. Select info button to count fabric size and change cloth count
*After changing contrast and saturation or cutting, please come back to the color used to change the maximum number of colors. Adjust the desired number of colors again.
How to save in PDF in Cross Stitch Camera?

First you click export button(placed on top right in save windows).
Please send an email to yourself or a friend. Then you can find in your mail-box and you can print it later. Or, when you export PDF, if you have any free PDF reader app, you select that app(the icon is appeared). Once it is opened, it is saved on list.
In PDF, the patterns(with a lined grid) and color table will be saved.

App isn’t working for me unfortunately 😢
Can’t access my gallery of photos, spent $5.99 to use this app, something I’ve been eager to find to create lovely cross-stitch from my own photos. I’m saddened by this. Hopefully it will be fixed by the app makers of this or refund my money ASAP.

Suggestion for future releases
It's okay if you use an awful lot of colours but when you want to limit the number on a basic picture (say an image with red, black and white in it only) it doesn't capture detail well. I would suggest that future releases come with the ability to manually change thread colours (say if a border has 3 colours in it, black and 2 shades of grey, then you can manually change them all to black) to limit the number of thread colours used, whilst still maintaining the dignity of the picture.
