Infinite loading while trying to sign into Litmos on iPad Mini 2. Firmware is up to date on iOS 12.4.8, tried restarting, and uninstalling & reinstalling Okta to no avail.

FLO Does not work on iPad or iPhone
VERY cumbersome app. FLO does not work anymore on mobile or iPad despite updates and uninstalling app. No where to get troubleshooting tips. Very frustrating!

Kafkaesque
My university asked me to sign in online and provided me with a QR code to scan in the Okta app. I downloaded that app and there was no option to scan a code. But there was an option to login. Which I did. Then the app gave me a QR code and asked me to download the Okta app in order to scan it. This recurred infinitely and I am now trapped in a kafkaesque nightmare zone outside of time and space.

It works very poorly with ios13 several things cannot be opened.
When using success factor you are able to scroll down partially till it refreshes by itself back to the top, its been happing since ios13 came out???

Glitchy
Too many glitches, app crashes so many times and doesn’t allow you to rotate the screen without another crash. Needs major work.

Email reloads and crashes
Every time I sign in, it keeps reloading and ends up crashing. I’ve had this issue for almost the entire year this year!

Very glitchy and keeps reloading pages randomly. Not very reliable as some days it will load and others it won’t!

Shockingly inconvenient and incoherent
Just shockingly inconvenient and incoherent. Seems like some paid partnership with universities just to get downloads that causes HUGE unnecessary headaches. Could at least make life easy if we must use it by making the app easy to use

Always shuts down and won't load
I need this app for work, when it actually works it's really good. But for no reason at all some days it decides not to work and comes up with an error. I then have to turn my phone off and restart, hoping that will fix the problem. Sometimes it does and other times it still won't load. Very very frustrating 😡

Convenience at what cost
I love being able to access our extranet on any device quite simply. However I really don't like not being able to save or send files I download in the app. It's also frustrating when some of the extranet pages aren't optimised for mobile viewing and I can't request a desktop page while in Okta, nor can I access it any other way on the iPad now. Once the bugs are worked out it will be a great app
