Description
Easy Invoice produces all your estimates, sales invoices and receipts in PDF format and sends them direct to your clients. Sync between iPhone and iPad, or with Easy Books, our full bookkeeping package. Available in dark mode on iPhone and iPad.
The app comes with space for 60 transactions, a limit which can be removed by subscribing to the Steel Plan.
Entering sales information into the app is quick and easy (as you might expect). You can define products you sell and their standard selling prices, even using quantity pricing if you want to.
To get up and running quickly we’ve added your first customer. You can use this to send yourself the first invoice to see how it looks. Then simply edit the customer details to match your own customer, and add as many more customers as you like.
Do you run more than one business? No problem! Just create as many businesses as you like, there’s no extra cost. You can set each one up with its own logo, address, payment terms and email details.
Easy Invoices can produce more than just invoices too:

Your Privacy
Lock Easy Invoice using a four-digit pass-code. This is useful if you want to lend your phone or iPad to someone, but you don’t want them to use Easy Invoice.
All PDFs are produced locally on the device. Your privacy is important to us and none of your financial data leaves your device until you send it somewhere yourself. We found some other apps actually sending data to their servers to produce the PDF and we’ve worked hard to avoid this ourselves.
Reports
Keeping track of your best selling products and who owes you money is easy using the reports built into Easy Invoice.
* Best Sellers. Just tap on the report to find out where most of your income came from.
* Customers' Aged Debt. This shows a complete list of the amounts owed to you, broken down by the age of each debt.
All reports can be exported from the app in either HTML, CSV or ZIP format. Reports can then be imported into other applications such as Excel or Numbers.
Backup and Restore
Backing up is easy, simply tap the backup option and send the data file to yourself in an email or transfer it to another app such as Dropbox. To restore it, just tap the attachment to open in Easy Invoice.
Online Syncing
Purchase our Online Syncing service in-app for continuous online backup and to synchronise all changes you make with every device.
You can sync between iOS devices running Easy Invoice or Easy Books.

Don’t get this app
I’ve been using this app for years it was great. Then for no reason it kicks me out and doesn’t recognise my email address as valid. I’ve lost years of clients info and invoices. A massive inconvenience. Can’t even log in for support. Completely useless don’t waste your time

Email address?
Just updated the app on my new phone and now when I click the email option when sending an invoice the customers email address is no longer automatically filled. Incredibly annoying as I have to keep going back and forth to find each customers email address and manually input it each time I send an invoice. Fix this please.

What has changed?
I used to be able to email a multi page Invoice to customers.
Now it only sends the front page.
This is no good to me anymore if that is the case.

Not so easy if you’re not current subscriber
Easy invoice is obviously user friendly with simple but effective layouts etc. They get you for your $$ once you reach a certain quota of invoices and make you upgrade your subscription. Make sure you back up your invoices because once your subscription finishes, they won’t offer any support unless you pay again. I needed last years tax invoices and backed them up to email so didn’t have to pay again. Honestly I changed to Wave and it’s free and TONS better than easy invoice!

This was a great app until they decided to lock up all the features until you pay their blackmail to subscribe. I don't want online sync so why should I have to subscribe !!! Now after couple of years using this app I have to start all over again with another app.

Do not update
This app use to be good, then for whatever dumb reason the developer decided to lock it out from the users unless you bought a subscription. That's extortion at best with no forewarning to the user unless you went and read the description of the update. Who does that?. I suggest the developer apologise to the users for such a despicable act of betrayal.
If you saved a previous version of it in iTunes then I suggest you delete the app and use the older version and do not update it. Don't stab people in the back like this.

NO WAY - you can't DO that!
This was a 3 to 4 star app. As a "free" option it was fine, a bit cludgy. Since updating yesterday (13 March 217) I AM LOCKED OUT of adding/editing my invoices.
I specifically chose this app because it doesn't go ONLINE. I don't need syncing.
I am not paying $53 AUD for 6-months of usage to bat out 1 invoice a month.

There is a way around this stupid update
After the latest update this app appeared to be holding any further usage of this app to ransom.
There is a way around it though! It appears to just be a scare tactic. I have just created an account using email and password without having to supply any credit card details and the previous free use has been restored.
This is poor form by the developers!

Forced Into Purchase!
Have been using this app for a while now, and it's a great little easy to use invoicing app that has been great for my small home business and it was free!!
The app has barely been updated since its existence, and because it was free I accepted that, and there wasn't really a lot that would go wrong with it.
What I'm extremely disappointed with is when I updated it tonight I'm now told that my file is now read only unless I pay for the service..... on a subscription service! Had I of known this was going to happen I would of spent the money way back then and got a much better app! I can no longer do anything on it, not even resend outstanding invoices. But they will give me 2 free weeks to try and love the new service (which never interested me before) so I will use the 2 weeks to migrate my data to a new app because I don't appreciate being given something free only to trick and force me to now buy the product once I became reliant on it.

Easy invoice
Amazing App , I'm using this for 6 months now never had a trouble , this invoicing way has saved my time and made my small business more professional , thanks for the developers .

Easy on the fly
Some minor quirks in the details on the outgoing invoice verses the data entered but once you adapt its very convenient to use while on the road .
Expenses component would be great for tax time . As easy books is more than I need .

Quick and Easy
Really great simple invoicing app. I can upload my invoices straight to Dropbox for safe keeping. Then rename, attach to an email and send it off!

Nice App but not suitable for Australian Taxation office
This is a great invoice application. I like it so much and would be a great replacement for my current invoice books. However in Australia the Taxation department requires that all invoicing to state 'Tax Invoice'. This I could not change on the very nicely set out 'Sales Invoice'. So Mathew Waters if you are listening, please, please, please give us Aussies a field to select change from 'Sales Invoice' to 'Tax Invoice'. Then we could legally use this very brilliant application, which in my opinion, blow the the other apps out of the market.
5 stars if I could use the app in Australia :(

I stumbled across this app when I was looking for a new invoicing solution. I was very excited to find that the voiceover accessibility was terrific and everything was accessible. Notonly that but it is quick and easy to get things done. I plan to check out the full accounting package soon
