Paid for 1yr and yet no movies!
Took me ages to load my (DVDs)movies and I paid the $14.99 to continue loading but now there are no movies listed! What a rip off!

Frustrating to get used to
The app is messy to use as some fields you need to used “back” to exit and save the entry which is located on the left.
Once an entry is completed you then need to hit “save” which is located on the right hand side but you instinctively go left and hit the cancel button and lose all your work.

Fine was free until I paid and upgraded
App was fine til I hit the max entries (30) so I paid ($14.99 aus$) to upgrade. Now it’s constantly failing to load.

Funding model
The barcode input of videos worked well - especially bulk load. It’s fast and reliable.
Storing my video library means I’ll stop buying duplicates because I’ve forgotten I bought it... and can confidently buy what I don’t have.
But when I went to upgrade the Apple interface or app update hung so I couldn’t. Let see if support respond.
Having read others’ comments it will be important to back up the database in case the servers crash. The finance of this organisation seem unsure of their ability to keep the lights on:
“And of course, with us being a business with bills to pay, we’re hoping that it (new in app purchase for upgrade) provides us with enough revenue to keep the servers on for you.”

75 item limit
Charging for an app is fine, but be more transparent about it. People should know before they start adding items that there is a 75 item limit then they have to pay. Tell people this up front and make it clear how much they’ll need to pay to go past the limit.

Monthly subscription? No thanks.
Your previous separate apps where you would pay a lump sum was great, but with your new combined app, a monthly subscription that’s ongoing until you have to cancel through your iTunes account is extremely disappointing.
