Easy understanding
Great qualities and easy to use. Still you need to fix a few issues with drag and drop and fix the speed of the app, I run with iPhone 11 Pro Max it needs to be a little quicker. But other than that, The app is great.

Useless
Previously had issues that drag and drop for answers didn’t work. Now when I click on the APP on my iPad I can not even access it and get a message “site not found”. Hopeless waste of time.

Won’t drag and drop on iPad
I usually don’t have time during my shift to do Saba training but when I do it at home on my iPad I can’t finish the quiz’s that’s have drag and drop.
If your not going to support drag and drop on mobiles or iPads why don’t you just have a tap response available to answer.

Needs bugs fixed once and for all.
Running the app on an ipad2. EVERY week I launch the app and EVERY week there is an “update available” for bug fixes. At 76 meg an update it eats into my data limits... come on Developers.. make an app that doesn’t need treeking every week just to run!

After seeing my company offer this training I was excited because I don’t have a computer but the app constantly crashes and doesn’t save my progress.

Will not retain login credentials and can’t view your staff training. Only useful for your own training.

iPad not supported
My work uses the program for online training and just tried to use my IPad to complete the courses, only to see the course does not support my iPad.

Doesn't support my organisations SSO, so I have to sign on each time. Then invariably says the course is incompatible with my iPhone.
