I received an email encouraging sign up for free daily prize draw and once I logged into the app to see if this was real or a scam, I was bombarded with marketing pop up messages. I was disappointed to find no information on how my personal data will be used for the so called discounts from marketing partners but suspect this is a rouse to sell my contact details to others. Why is there no privacy information on in FAQ or anywhere else? If you are on selling peoples data through this daily giveaway it is definitely not ‘FREE’ and should be spelled out.

For years I was unable to use The Lott app, probably my bank didn’t allow gambling on their cards, and with PayPal this app kept me entertained, with an easy to use interface and reminders so I didn’t miss the big draws. It wasn’t until my brother asked me to put on numbers for him and he questioned how much it cost, for years I’d been paying an admin fee on top of the ticket cost. Small but significant over the years. I haven’t used it for a few years so before I delete it thought I’d leave a fairly glowing review. Thanks for keeping me in the game. And just a note, with PayPal I was never charged as a cash advance.

Good app. It would be good if you could extend the number of rounds when you replay a ticket? I have specific numbers I always play. But the pain of putting them in again just to be able to play the numbers for 4 or 12 weeks. Currently I need to renew the ticket every two weeks. Can you fix it in your checkout? One thing to remember..... if you are using PayPal for payment, make sure you have either your bank account or debit card arranged for funds to come out. Don’t have your credit card attached to this, as every payment will be treated as a cash withdrawal, with subsequent fees on your statement

I used to forget to buy my jackpot tickets all the time but I found this while stuck at home during covid. Now it is one of the few apps where I have notifications turned on. The user interface is very clean and professional plus I can use PayPal with my debit card.
The credit card treated as cash thing that I see some users complaining about is a pain but that happens everywhere including at newsagents! At least this app alerts you before you pay if you try to use a credit card. Most (all?) banks automatically apply it for lottery transactions and not until a day or two later. Credit cards are a ripoff anyway so use a debit card or direct transfer in advance if you can.

We only used this due to current Coronavirus travel restrictions. Be warned unlike any reputable company that has a pop up warning that credit card payments are treated as cash advances this con does not and has a light grey easy to miss misleading disclaimer at the bottom of the checkout saying some credit cards payments may be treated as cash advances. We only realized after receiving our statement and getting this random $0.65 cash advance charge that we had no idea about. We rang the bank and found out it’s this mob, it resulted in a interest bill on our whole statement of over $250 for a $50 ticket. And we pay our credit card off every month. So we decided to check with all NOT some four major banks and what do you know all treat this companies payments as cash advances due to their setup and choice to maximize profits, not the banks again misleading and simply dishonest.

I love this app it’s convenient and easy to use as I always forget to buy my tickets if I’m out shopping.. I only use it when I had some extra cash or when big jackpots are on...I have won a few small wins and putting it back into my bank account is quick and easy..

Love the convenience of being able to order the tickets at home when life’s busy, or especially last minute purchases when the news agency is closed. Highly recommend and is super easy to use. You also get notified about the results, then emailed the day after the results are drawn informing you about your numbers and if you were fortunate enough to win.

The only reason I’m leaving a star less because I think it would be great to have an option to put your winnings into a savings pot and the automatic funds just came straight out of your account there is no option for this and your money that you’ve won just gets eaten away at giving no feeling of reward
It would be great if this option was added as it could serve as a great little money builder too!

I’ve been using this app for as long as I can remember. Never had an issue with it. It’s great to be able to quickly make a purchase without having to leave your home. I don’t play every week, just when I have some spare cash or the big draws. It would be useful for all types of players! I have always found the app to be user friendly, quick and easy! I’ve won a few times and withdrawing my winnings or replaying with them has been easy as. Can replay my numbers in any game I choose which is handy so I don’t have to repick every time. The last update has gotten rid of the ‘scan paper ticket’ option though which I liked because sometimes my partner gets tickets or I get a ticket while out instead of using the app and it was easier to check on the app rather than go into a shop

Love the app, the only thing is there’s no set for life, you do the results but you don’t sell the draws. 😢 part from that it’s great, the PayPal payment method is my favourite way of paying for anything on line. I actually feel like this Ap is a scam. I downloaded it yesterday to buy a lotto ticket. To pay for the ticket I entered my credit card details. At no time was I warned by the Ap that if I paid by credit card it would come out of my account as a “cash advance”. What a rip off. To make it worse when I went to deposit the funds back on to my credit card this morning from the ap, I went to the area in the ap called “deposit”, it asked for the amount I wanted to deposit and listed my credit card details underneath. I naturally assumed that this meant I would be depositing my balance back into my credit card account. But the opposite happened! It took that amount out of my credit account as another cash advance. So after that I looked around and found another area marked as “withdrawal”, but I could not make a withdrawal there, it just asked me to send a photo of my drivers license or passport. So I can’t get my money back, I feel like the ap wants to steal my identity and it’s caused me to make two cash withdrawals from my credit card. I am so angry!

The only downfall I feel is that “Set for life” ticket should also be included that way I’d never have to go to a lotto kiosk again!! I have gotten everyone I know into this app! Well done.

The convenience of the app is the greatest thing as you can just get on here anytime and play your favourite numbers. I have been playing with this company for 20 years or so and they have just grown with the technology to this day. I find them very good and have never had any issues with payments either ingoings or outgoings when I have won anything.

This is a terrible app. I am the organiser of a lotto party syndicate with work colleagues and we have had a random person access our syndicate, purchase a ticket and join our group. He was not invited by anyway in the syndicate, we do not know him and the link was not shared by anyone. I spoke with customer service who advised me that he will automatically receive a share of anything we win and did not take my concerns about my account being hacked seriously. It is extremely concerning that a random person has been able to access our syndicate and potentially all of our personal information including birth date, credit card information, names and address.

I think most people know that this app charges a little more compared to the “offical” lotto app called: The Lott. But that app is trash, doesn’t work and is riddled with problems right down to being unable to withdraw winnings. I’m currently in charge of a weekly syndicate at my work and we all agreed to use this app for our games just for the fact that it works and it’s so easy to use, yes you may pay like 80-90cents extra per game but honestly I’m happy to pay a little more for something that works flawlessly. 5/5 stars

Great App, haven’t had any issues with using it. Certainly appreciate being able to have a little dabble on the lotteries from time to time when convenient from me, rather than trying to remember to by a ticket whilst out shopping etc. (otherwise I wouldn’t generally play). Furthermore; offers that peace of mind that I can’t loose my ticket, and all winning are deposited into my account for subsequent purchases. Just wondering how long before the government represses this freedom of choice, until such time, keep up the great work guys!!!
