Powerful inventory tool with outstanding support
I use and depend on Sortly everyday. This is the best supported app I know and well worth the subscription. Highly recommended to anyone who needs to catalogue data and/or photos. The support on this app is second to none.

Brilliant App!!
Brilliant catalogue App. Been using it for a year with No issues. I use it to catalogue my Batman collection. I can scan barcodes and auto find details on items, categorise my items, and much more. The easy to use UX makes it seamless and a pleasure to use.

I use this app literally every day in my business, so when I had a login issue (my own fault!) and couldn’t access it I was very frustrated. The team at Sortly jumped in and came to the rescue. Can’t recommend the app and the team highly enough!

Great for craft supplies!
If you are a stamper, card maker or love to color this app is fantastic. Never double up on my stamps, inks or copics again! And easy to find if you have a stamp/die to fit the occasion! Love this app. Worth every cent!

A few years ago I inherited rather a lot of stuff, collections of stamps, watches, jewellery, and boxes of other stuff. Sortly helps me keep track of it all. I love how customisable it is, and every update it just gets better. Sortly has organised my life!

A great app getting better!
I have been using this app for over 12 months and am happy with its features. The most important aspect for me is that the developer has made ongoing improvements over time. I have sought support and actually received it! If you are looking to organise any aspect of your life, Sortly should definitely be on your sortlist, sorry, that should read shortlist!

Untapped Potential
This app has been so useful. Moving, storage - every kind of archiving anyone could need. You can store a photograph of items as well. I have used it for home but I can see it would translate well into small business and other uses.

Brilliant Stock Management App
Being in the Wedding/Event Industry I have accumulated a LOT of stock. With Sortily I can group all my stock and see exactly what I have very quickly. Extremely easy to use! Just brilliant!

This is the best "stuff" management app I've tried
Sortly has helped me be the most on top of my possessions I've ever been. I started looking at apps after a burglary where I had trouble providing evidence to the insurance company. Now I snap a pic of new things that I buy, add a pic of the receipt, take a pic of the serial number, and I'm good to go. The extra features around tracking warranty expiry etc are great money-saving extras (and I've already got a copy of the receipt handy to claim).

Incredibly useful!
I was looking for an app to keep a track of items I have in storage. This does it perfectly, even printing QR code labels to mark my boxes so I can scan them to see what's inside. Love it! Highly recommended.

Exactly what I was looking for
Works great! My only suggestions for improvement: 1) Would like to be able to create single labels
2) Would like to be able to make the QR code (not the entire label) print bigger. I highly recommend this app, definitely give it a go if you're serious about sorting your stuff!!!

A great way to organise my teaching resources!
I have used this app to catalogue my teaching resources. It's great to know that I know where everything is and can do a simple search in he app to find exactly what I need and then open my tubs up. Much easier than before!

Promising But Crashes and Slow
The design is the simplest (read best of current pitiful offerings on the App Store) and as such, it looks promising.
Unfortunately the app is very slow, crashes and using it is slow (unintuitive; too many taps to do things).
Lastly, the price is way too high for what is essentially a glorified database UI. It either needs to be $2-4 outright in it's current offering, or needs to offer more features.

The app I didn't know I needed!
I've been mostly paperless for the last year, so I'm always looking out for more efficient ways to do things in the digital world. This app was free last week (including premium cloud sync - yay!) so I gave it a go, as I do many apps that more often than not get deleted after 5 minutes because they just don't flow well.
Not this one! Sortly is easy to use and really excels at keeping track of things. I think you have to try it to see how cool it really is.
So far I've catalogued my Christmas decorations and supplies before putting them where that are very hard to get to until next year. This means that I won't have to drag them out come October in order to plan what I need to get for the coming season. I won't be able t fool myself into thinking I need that nice new shiny whatsit because I'll have proof right in front of me that I already have 3.
I've also recorded the spare printer cartridges with numbers of each and where they are stored. Next I'll be tacking food storage items, as I like to have 3 month's worth of non perishables on hand. It is so good to finally know where everything is without relying solely on my over taxed brain!
Bonus benefit for me as a hoarder: if it's not worth taking a photo of and writing down, why do I still have it? This app is helping me to get over my tendency to hold onto things just in case.
I love Sortly, this is one of two organising apps I have on my home screen (the other is Things) rather than in a folder tucked away with other apps that aren't used very often. My family think this is another proof of my apparent ocd tendencies, but I can live with that. Organising is a delightful past time not shared by everyone, but those of us who are into it really appreciate well designed systems to help with the process.

Great app
As an artist this app helps me keep an inventory of what I have and how much it cost. Great for having to calculate the final cost of a build. Keyboard vanishes sometime, but otherwise great.

The Organisers Best Friend!

Great for collectors
This is a great, easy to use app. Very useful for recording details of collections, and keeping track of their values and locations. Takes no time at all to get the hang of it, and you'll be keeping excellent records in no time.
