Poorly designed
To see the scoreboard of current match, need to tap multiple times. It is better use third party apps. Only good to watch match videos.

- UI elements are non-aligned at so many places
- Screen rotation does not work at all (it exactly does the opposite of the way you want to see)

Can watch portrait mode only on one side.
Portrait orientation works only on one side on iPhone. It’s very hard to watch the highlights on iPhone.

Can’t even fix orientation lock
BCCI pours in so much money to develop these apps but they don’t even check if the app has any issues. Every time I try to watch a video & turn it full screen, it exits full screen mode if you lay the phone flat or even tilt it slightly towards backside without changing its orientation from landscape to portrait. There is no way to lock a video in landscape mode. Needs improvement, what good is content if it is delivered in a sub-optimal way.

2022 Updates
This app used to be one of my favourite sporting apps. For the 2022 season, the mega auction and the expansion of the IPL, you’d expect the app to get better overtime? You’d be wrong. It’s genuinely better to just go to Google to look at the IPL score because of how flawed this app is. To name a few things; doesn’t even display which batsmen are playing/bowlers are bowling, fixtures and results are super glitchy, removed the quick and easy way to do fan polls, it’s extremely slow, the font is super ugly, the stats aren’t easy to scroll through and they broke the scorecard by splitting it into four weird sections. Bring back the old app.

Worst UI design
The previous version which was before couple of years ago was far superior and better. This new updated version is so bad since last year. The user experience(UI/UX) is very very bad. Home Screen gives me the points table, and not the live match updates! There are many more such silly flaws. Please bring back the old team who made this app couple of years ago. It’s shameful that the world’s biggest cricket league IPL has such a bad offical app.

Score card of previous match still shows even after the next match starts. Live score reflects only after uninstalling and installing the app.

This a a good app however it doesn't feature live scores of other international matches and secondly it's news is extremely basic and not worth reading. Cricket is the second biggest game in the world hence more coverage on the world stage would be much appreciated. I understand it's an app designed for Indian cricket but why limit it, a cricket fan expects all.

I don't mind the app. It provides enough information but I am a little disappointed that I can't watch live matches. I am pretty sure I used to be able to do that - well at least the international games being played in India. In this day and age where the IPL is broadcasted live on YouTube this indeed is a bit unsatisfactory.

Misleading information
I installed this app after I saw it mentioning "live video streaming" and I found it totally misleading information provided by the app makers. Very disappointed. I know there're always issues with the copyright contents but then why do you mention things you can't provide. Don't mislead customers.

Chromecast support missing
Love IPL and the app pretty much delivers. Chromecast support and live streaming would just put the icing on an already delicious cake. Hope the devs are listening.

Finally an app that's free (and awesome!!!) unlike the first "official" app that came out 4 years ago that costed $5 and looked like a product developed by a 5 year old kid. I wonder if the rip-off company that did it got sued in court for stopping the updates + support and robbing the IPL fans around the world off their money. I'd still love to get refunded for that trash of an app!
