New to this APP and company. I find it hard to use and understand. I have not received my package from DHL Express and this tells me it is delivered. I can’t work out how to sort this out

Looking good so far. I can easily input my packages without connecting to my email account. Love how it picks up the tracking order number on my clipboard.
For those that don’t want to connect and email account it would be good to have a way to include packages that are pending dispatch (identified by an Order Number?). That would give me a central place to track all my orders in the whole lifecycle.

Great concept needs work
Have been looking for an app that covers all delivery companies in Australia and finally found this. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to update the status of my deliveries. Sometimes it’s hours behind the actual tracking so not much use to me - I’ll keep looking for a solution.

No one could help properly
Between the seller, Courier & local courier, no one could tell me the status of where my order was -until I turned up at my local courier centre and found the item myself - which had been delivered to that depot the day before. Not impressed when it was a not very cheap bicycle.

Easy to use but needs more couriers
Beautiful API. Very easy to use. Provides just the right amount of detail. However, is let down by a lack of couriers, without a facility to manually add them. So is unusable for some courier options. Other apps allow you to add them manually.

Records disappear without warning when “your session has expired”!
Every now and then I get a message saying that “your session has expired” and all my past and even current tracking records disappear without warning! Also most of the time the system recognises the courier from the tracking number, but lists the company from a different country! For example if a package is being delivered by FastWay Australia it is listed as FastWay South Africa!

Excellent app
When I am getting non-Australia post deliveries this app has been awesome at tracking my deliveries. I would have given it a 5 star except it doesn’t always pick up the correct courier service when adding a delivery manually but you can change it yourself so no biggie. I also find the courier service doesn’t always update where the delivery is. Eg if I buy something from America, it doesn’t track it all the way, I only get updates once it has landed in Australia and then I can track where the deliver is.
I’ve only had 1 delivery courier not listed so far.
