From Excellent!
First, this is my second rating review. I, initially, was stimulated by the workability of the app after purchase and wrote so. Secondly and now I am unable to restore my data after an upgrade from iPhone 6 SE to iPhone 7 plus. Everything gone and nothing available even though I backed up before the changeover. Finally, the seller: Lin Fei appears to have gone underground and with no other links available to the customer(s). There is no response to my two email stating my plight and data loss. This is incredibly annoying, frustrating, unbearable and unbelievable to say the least.
If you are out there, Lin Fei, could you, please, reply to my emails?

new update ruined it for me
the new version is much much more annoying without a subscription.
i want to remove ads but don’t want all the pro features (or to be paying a subscription).
i wish i could pay a one-time fee to use the basic version with no ads.
i will probably switch to a different app because of this update, which is a shame as this app has been very useful for me for the last 3 years.

Unexpected
Wow this app is really good. I got it so I can record all my songs, so I done a little test run and it was amazing. Before I got this app I used garage band but it wasn’t as clear when you record it on that. I recommend you getting this app if you want to record your songs or anything else you desire😃😆👍🏻

I’ve been using this app since 2016 and not once has it let me down. It never crashes, and is always fast and reliable. I love it! I downloaded it on all my Apple devices.

Surprisingly great recording app
I was surprised, pleasantly, when I began to use this app, expecting it to be more like one of the simpler apps that just record and perhaps transcribe. I’ve found it’s editing and conversion functions particularly welcome.
I just wish developers wouldn’t release multiple apps that are very difficult indeed to distinguish between! Why do they do that? Would someone please tell me? How do I even know which version I have? Seriously, it’s a problem - have you seen the app “USB Disk”? 😳 WOW... that app had babies!
But I like this app a lot. 4 out of 5 redundancies.

Huge feature missing.
This app is great and I reviewed it before however, I wish there was a way of setting a default input. For example when I click record on my Apple Watch, I have to walk up to my phone and confirm which source as input (iPhone mic/headphone mic).

I thought the features in this app were useful like, the pause and stop buttons. though sometimes though sometimes the app is a little difficult and confusing to use the actual app it self is handy clever and easy to use. I use this app for singing listening to sounds recording music and ASMR sometimes. I would recommend getting it!

Subsequent to my last review in which I said that this app was perfect I would like to suggest one improvement:
On the Apple Watch, as soon as you open the app it starts recording immediately.
I have the Voice Recorder as a complication on my watch and I am getting a lot of unintended recordings because every time the complication is touched accidentally (which is very easy to do) it starts recording immediately.
There should be an option under ‘Settings’ to allow recording immediately or ‘do not start recording until you press the record button inside the app’.
So, what I would like on the watch:
1. Press once to open the app, which then shows a red ‘Record’ button.
2. You then press this red Record button to start the recording.
