You know, Sonic cd isn’t the best Sonic game, but this is a little below my standards, mainly because of the amount of ads, but I just love Sonic so this game is always going to be playable.

Best Classic Sonic Game EVER!
Just pure facts.
The time travel mechanics are what makes it stand out from the others! The JP soundtrack (especially Collision Chaos G, Metallic Madness B, the entirety of Stardust Speedway and the Special Stage) is the best soundtrack written for a Sonic game too.
Only complaint is the entirety of Wacky Workbench. Hands down the worst zone, next to Labyrinth and Metropolis. Trying to get the good future here is near impossible with the constantly bouncing floor.
(P.S: Mania doesn’t count as a classic game that much, more-so a revival.)

So this game is great and is super in character for sonic but the 1 complaint i would have is that it sometimes crashes randomly expecially when screen time runs out i try to open the app to ignore the screen time but it crashes. Dont get me wrong i love this game but pls fix

Just creepy,
I’ve heard that for a millisecond in the title screen, when sonic turns around, this cyclops takes the form and sonic and eventually it became an FNF mod named SPEED.GIF, search up “cyclops sonic” and you may find it (on google). But it’s still a great game!

I just downloaded Sonic CD Classic. I try and open it, then like a few seconds later and it just closes and goes back to Home Screen.
SEGA, Please fix this. It might be too old. If it is too old, then please change this game to look exactly as it is now but is compatible with iPadOS 15.5 and later. I'm on currently on iPadOS 15.5.

This game rocks but.. there are some stuff to point out.
The game is great! I love Sonic and platforming around in fun colourful levels! But… there are a few creepy things in this game. As for the boss theme and game over music. And another thing, if you go in the sound test and type 12 25/ 46 12 25 you get a creepy image with rows of Majin Sonic which honestly gave me nightmares, but I’m over it now gladly. Overall tho, awesome game.

Amazing game love the soundtrack
This is a 2D platforming gem with a unique and nostalgic art style which differs from the other classic sonic games in a lot of ways, I love the Japanese version of Tidal Tempest and Palmtree Panic, especially the past version. The game has a lot of atmosphere and magic. It’s a very fun game full of early 90s magic, give it a try!

Scary and fun
The sonic CD game is really fun but there a few problems too.
But the UD soundtrack just give people nightmares and the sound test secret is really terrifying. I play on the JP version but still the US version is very creepy.

Great game
Unlike Sonic 1, completing the game is not a chore. Even though I have ads it still works. But I think you need to change the USA soundtrack a bit. From the main menu, with the soundtrack, I feel like the music is going to be creepy during a boss battle. It also makes me feel weird

Love playing this game and works well on iOS, beautiful colours and the work done by the team behind this game is amazing. Unfortunately it does not work on Apple TV HD; the app appears to open then returns to the home screen. Please check this out SEGA, I would like to be able to play this on the TV. I love this Game But…
Hi SEGA,
This Game is probs one of the best Classic Sonic games there or the best but, recently when I open the app it runs smoothly until The Christian Whitehead logo appears the games frame rate starts to go down and it gets glitchy and the soundtrack just sounds like it’s repeating it self every second.
If you guys could please fix this coz I really want to play this fast paced Sonic game again without lag, Thx 🔵💭

Recommendation
I’m that guy that complained that SEGA ages ruined Sonic 4 ep 2...
This still has the same problem but I didn’t buy it prior so I was fine to pay for premium.
This is an absolute gem but it’s missing things.
The debug mode is just a port of the old one and not edited for mobile unlike Sonic 1 and 2 with the + and - signs.
There are one or two bugs of the ever so slightest still.
A superform using the S boxes would be neat instead of a beta super form would be nice.

Wont open on apple tv
Really keen to play this game.
Downloaded it a while back and it opened.
Then updated apple tv now it wont open.
When you click on the app it goes to open but theres a black screen for a second or so then it goes straight back to the home screen.

Amazing game but
There are sometimes bugs were an add would play and sometimes just sometimes the game has no sound at all and also when I press on the left button it can get stuck and I have to wait for a bit until I can play but overall one of my favourite games ever

Game is great but Sega ruins it
So I bought this game when it was fairly new and loved it and I always went back to play it so why now do I have to deal with Sega classics and why can’t I restore it to have no ads
(There is the ability to restore it but it is bugged or was never supposed to work)

IPhone X fixed! Looks awesome
Bug that prevent any serious play of Sonic CD on an iPhone X has been fixed, game looks awesome on its extra wide screen.
Still dont like Sega related advertising on game start, but the game is worth playing again!

Disappointment with quality
This is a fantastic remaster of a SEGA CD classic although, this is god awfully downgraded thanks to the introduction to SEGA classics. The game is an absolute train wreck and unbearable to enjoy, I suggest that there should be fixing for the multitude of errors and glitches as well as making the game $2.99 again instead of having to pay that amount just to remove advertising (in which is a complete scam).

There is also a bug where the “paddles” in Collision Chaos Zone don’t work properly.

great but has restore purchase bug
I bought the way back when it was still a $2 game, anyway since it has become free on sega forever my copy of the game that was installed had auto reverted into the free version, soI becomes laced with adds, so much so that when I boot up the game with a controller connected (this is while connected to wifi mind you) it negates the controller input because an add pops up the second I press start. I tried restoring my purchase in the game’s settings where it normally asks for my password which I put it but when I select accept nothing happens.
can you plzz fix this
