Download the new 6PR radio app to listen to Perth's favourite talkback station - LIVE on your iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad or from your compatible Ford AppLink enabled vehicle.

Listen live, keep up to date with the latest news and interact with your favourite 6PR presenter - all from the convenience of a single app.

In selected Ford models you can also activate the app via Applink to continue listening to 6PR and stay in touch with the studio on the go.

Have to re-start constantly 👎

App’ “hangs” when browsing to FB, or taking a ph call or you-tube item ..... anything with it’s own audio ..... most times 6PR needs to be shut down & restarted. Makes it very hard to use !! Often better to use another app’ atm. ? due to recent changes that push an audio Advt b4 playing 6PR program !!!!

Was great until a month ago

This App was great and was my go to App for listening to 6PR 24hrs a day. This was for both at home and when traveling.

However recently there has been an increase of advertising used (nothing wrong with this as I understand nothing is free) and the App takes forever to start and stops for no reason. When it stops the App has to be reloaded to start which again takes time.

Very frustrating!!!!

Something is wrong with Perth 6pr news hour

I’m trying to listen to the news hour on the Perth 6pr app on my iPhone but it’s not playing at all it’s not making any progress it’s still paused can you please do something about it

Drop outs, cuts in and out

Used this app for ages until recently. Open the app, always stuck in front page. Need to delete and re-install for it to work. However it cuts in and out every three or four words. EXTREMELY frustrating. Sorry I will not use the app anymore until it’s fixed.

APP has suddenly decided to not work on 4G only on wifi. Was working before and suddenly stopped for no apparent reason. Also stops when phone shuts down. Not my phone because ABC still works on4G

Absolute garbage

What is the point of the ad on launching the app? It often stops the whole app from working, so you get no ad revenue from listeners at all, you morons. Then once you’re in the app it constantly fails.

And the massive volume increase during ads that basically hurts your ears? Great way to annoy your listeners and drive them away, rather that getting them to pay attention to the ads, you morons.

No big loss anyway, the poor quality journalism and left wing bias means it’s not worth listening to anyway. Bye bye dead media, you will be out of business soon.

Drops out after a phone call

After ending a phone call you can not unpause. Have to shut down app and restart. Very frustrating. Other than that it’s a great app.

Sept/2016 Its three quarters of the year in, in the year 2016 and these traitorous & biased alien loving leftards at 6pr still haven't listened to their fans and the app is still a deadset failure! Downloaded the app only to have it never connect and keeps telling me to check my settings..

Edit. 3/11/2017 and well over a another year later and the app is still £UCKED.

This time i read all the reviews and this cutting out issue has been reported since 2012.

But 6PR is too busy importing hard left traitorous guests onto their show to talk bull$hit as usual than actually read any reviews and do something about it.

•Constantly drops out,

•when someone calls you, won’t switch back to the app automatically

•the updated app now has a pathetic small play button which you have to race to press before that fkn annoying pink ad pops up.

•they ads are too annoying

So therefore after 5-6 years of doing fkall about these issues i’m outa here, you’ve lost me!

You’ve lost many more listeners too because ignorance is bliss🖕

Drop Outs Continue

The Sept update of the app is less stable than the previous version. The connection is not persistent and drops out continually, morenotable in the early morning.

Once it drops out, the app does not attempt to reconnect and requires the app to be stopped and then restarted. VERY DANGERSOUS WHEN DRIVING.

I have had to use TuneIn Radio as an alternative. I also use aha Radio for 3AW in the car as aha Radio reconnects when the signal is lost, without intervention. Much safer for driving. Would be good if the 6pr stream could go through aha Radio.

Good but fix the bugs

I really enjoy streaming 6PR on my bus commute to/from work but find that it drops out frequently enough to cause me to listen to music instead.

Please have these bugs fixed.

Cuts out - No Howard Sattler

When I did listen to 6pr the app would work for 10 mins then just stop. Would have to close it off and start it again only for it to happen again. Since Howard Sattler was sacked I don't listen to this station anymore so really I couldn't care less if the app gets fixed or not.

It's a great app when it's working, but it drops out all the time. Frustrating when you're listening to an interview then suddenly nothing.
