i LOVED pinterest - it was my favourite app. then yesterday, when i tried to log into my account, i found that it had been deactivated. i have seven accounts to i tried to log into one of my others to let my followers know but that, too had been deactivated. ALL of my accounts were deleted by pinterest. randomly. i contacted them many times to no avail. i even made two new accounts to contact my followers but they wer deactivated the second i tried to log in again. i am so devastated - i worked so hard on every single one of my accounts and for them to just be deleted? i had worked so hard - i had thousands of followers. i hope that this is a glitch that can be fixed, as i cannot think of a reason why each NEW account i make is deactivated too.

So uh for a while now theres been this stupid glitch where if you accidentally close the app on one account that isnt your main one when you open it back up it tells you your on the main one but when you click on your profile its actually the other account and when you try to save pins it gives you three boards from the account you think your on then all the other boards are from the second account?

So I like drawing a lot and love my references a lot. I look to Pinterest to find inspiration from people’s works and still life images in order to draw realistic poses. Pinterest is really great at giving me that. Though it isn’t perfect, sometimes finding certain things can be tough, but that might just be my lack of expertise with its search engine it’s still a very reliable and continuously useful resource that I would happily recommend. Great for finding D&D characters.

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING HOLY remove the ‘quick save’ feature; it just makes everything so inconvenient! Pinterest is usually so good but this just ruins the whole experience, it makes something that was so easy turn into something extremely tedious. Honestly, the whole ‘quick save’ idea was silly as the saving feature was decently quick before. Whoever thought of that idea; good on you, your mother probably dropped you as a baby, no offence.

Boards have come back, but “save to profile” is making Pinterest experience very bad, time-wise. I don’t want to change the save after it saves to profile and I certainly don’t want to edit and then save the pin to a board later. This fault can be fixed short term by logging out and in again. But will go back to the fault once you close the app.

this app has become genuinely unusable for me. every 3rd or 4th thing on my feed is an ad, making it unenjoyable and tedious to find pins. when you go onto a pin there are the “view similar items” tags trying to sell you products that are sometimes unrelated to the image. the tags get in the way of properly viewing a pin. obviously there is going to be advertising on such a large platform, but it’s been done in a really excessive, dysfunctional, and backwards way.
they’ve also taken away the following feed, a good practical feature that maintained the “social” aspect of the social media app.

I used to love the Pinterest app. These days I end up just being endlessly frustrated by it. It started with being inundated by ads, but this latest ‘view similar products’ overlay on pins is driving. me. crazy. It keeps interfering when I try to zoom in on a pin, and the dots and animations on everything is frankly just annoying. I wish there was a way to turn it off! I end up having to close it after a couple of minutes because I just can’t stand to keep watching the same animation over and over again. Pinterest, please take pity on all these people leaving poor reviews because of this stupid feature.

What Pinterest should add is like a download for videos. It’s annoying when I really like a video but have to screen record it all so that I can show my friends and stuff. If you could do that I would be grateful, and not only me but pretty much everyone! .Although I’m so addicted to this. I love just looking through. And as I said, I got addicted. I spend hours on there, and it feels like 30 minutes. There is always something knew. And when I finally convinced my friend to get it, she said he home area was bassicly her mind. It’s a great way to chat with your friends, I love sending them pins I’ve found. This is defiantly a must need.

PLEASE MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE SECTIONS WITHIN SECTIONS!!! I have talked to so many people about this and they all agree that it would make the app so much better. Basically every week since I first downloaded Pinterest I check to see if that was in the update but it never is. PLEASE consider.
The only other complaint I have is that the homepage always refreshes when I don’t want it to. If I’m in Pinterest and I get a pop up saying that my battery is low or there’s WiFi connections nearby, it will refresh. Or if I swipe down to see my phone notifications, Pinterest will refresh when I swipe back into the app. This even happens when I barely even swipe it down at all. Very annoying.
Other than those things, however, this is a great app and very addicting.

Hello!! Each update the UI gets much more readable and easy to use, which is a definite win!! Everything is more organised and clean :D however I have been experiencing some MAJOR comments bugs. I’ve tried the basics, such as restarting the app, redownloading the app, re-signing back into my account, going through the desktop version, and every single time comments have disappeared. They’ll show up in my notifications tab however when I click on them and it takes me to the comments chain it isn’t there, nor does it reappear. Sometimes entire comments chains are unopenable entirely. I’m not certain if this is a common issue or not, but overall this is my most common and frustrating gripe with the app. All else is fine, and gets better with each update!!

I have been a Pinterest user for many years, but of late, it’s becoming less functional and I don’t open it as often as I used to. I am an elderly male and I see pictures of objects and people for which I have absolutely no interest but I can’t get rid of them. I see For You pages of nonsense and pop up notifications about female fashion and cosmetics, for example. I tag these as irrelevant but I can’t kill off Updates I’m not remotely interested in, such as Blouse Designs. Ideas for you is another load of nonsense. I have no problem with these categories. I just want to be able to delete the ones I never asked for, or those for which I have no further interest

For the past couple months I haven’t been able to filter my searches. I can’t look for boards or people related to my searches and it’s real annoying since I like to spend time looking at boards similar to mine. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but it’s still the same on all my devices. The search bar goes all the way to the end and the filter button is just gone. Is there a way to fix this? I looked at the customer support link and there’s isn’t anything that really relates to this problem.

I usually love Pinterest but the new update that takes away the refined search button makes the app intolerable to use. I really cannot even begin to fathom why they would possibly take away such a good and widely used/loved feature?? Like what would possibly be the benefit? I tried to look for a more direct way to give feedback on this, because I honestly doubt the people who are making these choices care to read an App Store review, or care at all if the recent updates are anything to go by - but I came up short so this will have to do. But I am BEGGING you to put that feature back for the sake of mental wellbeing. 2020 has me walking a very fine like and I clearly don’t have the emotional maturity to deal with this ridiculous change right now. PLEASE put it back.

I’ve been using Pinterest for years now, I’ve used their ideas for painting, renovating, exercising, and basically everything. I love the idea of being able to keep everything seperate and having the feed based mainly off your interests instead of who you follow. But I don’t really like how the comments were changed from ‘liking’ comments to ‘is this helpful’. It makes comments feel less fun and it took away all the likes on my older comments (I had some comments up to 2000 likes) but other then that it’s amazing and I love the everything about it.

Frustrating

The only problem is, I barely ever see pins from boards I follow. Majority, if not all, pins are recommendations. I unfollowed a category of boards (example; food) and I’m still getting recommendations in relation to the example.
Edit* it’s been two months or so since writing this review and nothing has changed. I did a small experiment where I unfollowed all of my Marvel boards last month, I have not searched any Marvel related pins but my wall is still bombarded with Marvel pins. I now, only follow aesthetic boards and I see no pins from the boards I follow.
Edit** I decided to make a new account with entirely new boards and pins. I’m suddenly getting pins which I have not searched for nor have I pinned. It’s frustrating that I’m getting pins I have not shown interest in and not seeing any from my following boards.

All the descriptions and tags are invisible in the app

I rely on the descriptions and visible tags to know what my pins and others' pins are about and that's gone from the app. This makes all the pins useless to me because I can't see what the images are - they are just a group of images that I can't use. Can you PLEASE put the descriptions back and allow users to increase the area of text that's visible? Even on the desktop version most of the description is not visible on the board so I can't see what I need to make the item of the image at a glance. Please allow users to make choices and stop taking away the things that make Pinterest relevant and useful.
And the constant updating and the lack of any HELP for info on using the app or registering any complaints or feedback in the app is annoying.
Please fix the app so we can see what we’ve put as descriptions - five pictures of similar things are NOT worth 5000 words, the words are necessary to work out what the pins are. And allow help and feedback within the app.

Weekly updates to fix the bugs is good but it’s really unnecessary to make little changes constantly. For one, I can’t refresh a board/section by dragging the page downwards anymore, because doing that now just closes the board/section and I have to reopen it to refresh it. Obviously that’s not a huge inconvenience but I just think it was better the other way. One big problem though is that for a couple of months now the app hasn’t allowed me to move more than one pin at a time. The option to select the pins I want to move is available but there was no button to actually move/delete them. Then last night that option finally appeared... and now it’s gone again just a day later. I really love Pinterest, and the app is, in my opinion easier to navigate than the desktop website, but all these constant little changes are annoying. You know the saying, don’t fix what isn’t broken. Aside from those little things, this is a really good app.

Pinterest is my procrastination inspiration, good, bad, who’s to decide?
Anyway, I have minor issues with the app: after a while of scrolling through the “posts” (or immediately as I select a post) the structure of the app would split the screen, able to look and interact with two posts at once. Though rad at times, in the end it’s quite bothersome, unable to completely view a single post.
It’s likely a bug, or maybe an issue with my phone, however I have no clue how to send complaints, so here. Review.
Great app, highly recommend if you don’t have a deadline.

Love the app!! Love the content! However I must say the recent last two updates are NOT my favourite, they make the app harder to use, as someone who’s building it up for a big audience with a lot of content I need to be able to upload my own pins easily and quickly. This means I need to be able to select multiple or keep adding from camera role without having to reopen and scroll all the way through my photos for every upload :(
You had an update which did it perfectly but then you changed it :( otherwise a great app for expression and inspiration as a creative !

I think Pinterest is really great. It’s been so helpful to me in finding ideas for my passions, such as writing, mythology and learning languages—there is so much on there, and you can upload your own images and videos. It’s super easy to organise boards and you can find just about anything that piques your interest. It’s also nice how you can collaborate with people on boards and make your boards secret and visible only to you. Plus the community is usually pretty friendly.
Overall, it’s my favourite social media app (not that I use many). Highly recommended!

Ok so I enjoy Pinterest for being able to organise a lot of pictures for inspirational stuff. However, since the update there seems to be a glitch where the screen appears as if it’s stuck between two pins, and I can only see half of the image and scroll underneath like normal. It’s hard to fix up again and I end up losing whatever images I wanted to use because restarting the app seems to be the only solution.
On top of that, there seems to be a seperate glitch where if you try to rearrange pins on a board, a single image might be flagged or glitchy in some way and you can’t rearrange any pins if that one is touched or moved at all, which leads to “error” and causing everything to go back to where it was, or crashing the app. I WOULD go back and delete the pin to prevent this, but there is no way if indicating which pin this is, or why it’s even doing this in the first place. It becomes tiresome quickly
Otherwise, fun app that accommodates to my need for visual stimuli

I’ve had this app for about 2-3 years and it’s still great, the app is amazing for many reasons

I honestly love this app but... the new update is frustrating, when you tap on a pin and then press on it again ( If it doesn’t take you to a website that is) the ‘More like this’ banner (would u call it that?) Is annoying! If there’s a way to GET IT GONE, (Is there a way to turn that off in the app settings) help me please, or can you please just get rid of it, another problem is the section on the bottom of your screen ( the one where u can choose to go to your boards, look people on Pinterest up, or see notifications ) my does this thing were is raises itself higher when I press a pin, and then I’m stuck on searching pins and I can’t press off that option on that section. If there’s a way to stop this from happening do please help or am I doing something wrong? (May just be my phone or the app because it’s on my phone I don’t know)

I’ve had the app for years now and I really love it! It’s given me so much inspiration for drawing, fashion and much more! It’s gonna take a while to get used to the newest update and honestly I prefer the old layout but that’s probably because I hate change 😂. Also with the newest update I realised that I can’t comment or try a post unless someone already has, maybe I just can’t figure out how but I’m pretty sure theres just no button for it. Other than that this app is absolutely incredible and I’d definitely recommend it to everyone!

I absolutely love Pinterest and have used it for many years now, discovering new inspiration every day. The app really motivates me to do and fulfil certain things and I love the creativity in the apps design and idea. However, I would like to make a suggestion that would greatly benefit many users. When you click edit on a board you are given the option to merge boards where your pins and board name are moved to another board as a section in that board. Could you please make an option to move just the pins of a certain board to a new board without creating a section. It would make saving pins a lot easier and would greatly improve the satisfaction of the app. Please make it happen.

Pinterest is a good app and site to seek inspiration and catalogue it for later use, as well as use it for just leisure.
But I’m getting increasingly frustrated with each update. First the search engine was removed despite many people protesting against it, then the comments section doesn’t allow you to reply to others (at least this one’s fixed) and now the homefeed is confusing to navigate on the app as well.
I didn’t ask for this, and I’m pretty sure no one did. There’s been a trend where new features have been added or removed, and the company isn’t listening to its users. If it keeps up, I’m thinking of moving to another app.

Pinterest is absolutely amazing. There is literally nothing about it that is boring. When you want to see something new in home, you just swipe up and there, a new home screen has awakened. I love Pinterest so much. There is so much to learn from it like, cooking, photography, art, beauty, people. Pinterest let’s people see what they are devoured to see. Pinterest is art, it shows you the false and good of people’s life. It shows you how to live, it gives you motivation towards people to do what you wanna do. I highly recommend this app.

I really like this app, it’s gives me great cooking recipes and funny memes and jokes when I’m having a bad day. Except I receive emails from Pinterest about pins to see and I find it really annoying. At the bottom of the email it says unsubscribe from this email and I press that so I don’t receive any more emails. As soon as I press that it goes to website saying that I have unsubscribed. I press done on the website, and then it takes me to the app...the next day I have a look at emails and text messages and I have got and email from Pinterest! Even though I have already unsubscribed😖
I really hope you can fix this Pinterest!!

Definitely an app I would recommend, both for social media and reference purposes. Great community, great users and great team.
The pictures on Pinterest are just different from those from Google images. You’re somehow able to find more quality pictures on Pinterest than on google, so I’ve found myself using Pinterest to look up references and etc stuff like that more often than google.
The help team, amazing, they solved my problem in one days and I was back on Pinterest just like that. My community tab wasn’t appearing, they gave me some tips, those tips didn’t work, I told them, and a few hours later bam, they send me an email saying they’ve worked out the problem and solved it, and indeed, my problem was solved. Fast reply and efficient.

Having recently turned 40, married to the girls of my dreams, two young daughters and a fantastic job it felt like life couldn’t get any better and as a result I didn’t realize that I had started to let myself go. An introduction to Pinterest only 5 weeks ago has given me a new lease of life with already visible remarkable results! Initially slightly skeptical, I trialled simple ideas such as using my wife’s moisturizer and mix and match clothes I already owned based on articles I had read. With immediate positive feedback I have upped my game with small purchases to broaden my options in clothing and accessories, face wash and spf moisturizer, exercising small reps to tone up and even changed my posture at meetings. The results, from reading very easy to follow and understandable articles, have been astoundingly and positively visible and mentality rewarding. Thank you Pinterest!

On the whole ,ok, but don’t like it bouncing away from pins I am just trying to capture. Love the picture view, have bought stuff just on great photo looks, but having some issues with setting up my own business account. And some stores seem to overwhelm users with their multiple ads / pins.
However, biggest issue I have is while trying to set up business acct, it gives instructions to add metatag and html file, but the instructions when followed lead to message bar and external contacts only. Tried so many times that I finally deleted app and tried to reload it but Pinterest says my business email is taken by another user. THAT’S ME! Logging in from web browser gets me nowhere useful, so please contact me and sort this out, it is driving me crazy.

I was a very early user of Pinterest and have loved it for years using it as a great source of inspiration, resources and collection for ideas for my many interests. However the latest update with trying to use sections within a board are absolutely useless. One can spend ages ticking the pictures to move to a new section, only to find that the pictures have not moved and lo and behold one has to move the pictures again after ticking them again to move to the new section and finding the board from the alphabetical list! I have no idea why this new idea was implemented because it is absolutely useless. I like the idea of having subsections within a board so I could create smaller areas of interest but going back over a previous board that has been started has become a time-consuming task. Pinterest please fix this up ASAP!! Or you will have more disgruntled users.

I have had Pinterest for more than three years now, and I love it. In fact, like many millions of others, I am a Pinterest addict. I haven’t been crazy about some of the changes made to the app, but I’m still pinning madly. I do have one comment to make though, about the age group for which Pinterest is recommended. I have seen images and content offensive to adults. Definitely not suitable for children under 15, and some, shouldn’t be viewed by anyone younger then 18. The new order of comment paragraphs is confusing, with the last at the top. Instinct is to read from the top of the page, but now you need to go down to find your first comment.I find it amusing that you inform me you’ve deleted a pic because of copyright, and show me a photo of a bowl of soup. What was the actual complaint about? The photo of a bowl of soup? The ingredients used to make the soup were stolen? Ha ha, guys, your random computer generated pics to send as cover for what you actually deleted, are hilarious. But when you send a pic of something I would not have pinned in a fit, that’s a bit disconcerting...

Have been using this app for a few years and it is easy to use, great tool to have. I’m a big recipe collector, so just love it. What would be even better is if you had the option of pinning a note to your collection. For example if I have changed / added to a recipe, but I don’t want to provide this feedback to the original source via reviews / comments, but as a reminder to myself, I have no way of doing this. It then means I have to either digitally write on another app put in a reminder or handwrite a note and store it somewhere. Something for the developers to think about. This would apply to anything that I collected, not just recipes.

Sometimes when attempting to scroll through a board after rearranging it, the scrolling is oddly difficult—significantly slower and more limited than usual, and when I stop touching the screen it scrolls up of its own accord. There doesn’t seem to be a reason for this.
The activity page is just awful. Not only do I now not get to see the boards to which my pins were saved, but now they’re swamped with recommended “related” pins—a feature I can already access from an excessive number of alternate means. Let me see the boards to which my pins were saved, and cut the recommendations in the activity feed. No one wants them there.
The process to reorder and personalise pins in their boards is cumbersome. To move a single pin I need to click it, click reorder, and then wait for the board to load, and then I have to scroll to find the pin, and only *then* can I move it—and after all that, the preview doesn’t show the end result of the change in the actual board itself, so you don’t know how it looks until you save it. This process used to be so simple; just a tap and hold to drag it into place. Why was it changed?

This latest version has a lot of glitches attached to it. I will search something and be scrolling for a little bit and then suddenly it will glitches and the screen will go white and stay like it unless I exit the app, and then I have to search the same thing g all over again and find where I was up to just for it to do it again. Another glitch I’ve found is I used to be able to search something quickly jump over to another app and back again and my searched pictures would still be there, now I do it and it goes back to home screen. Which is annoying especially when I’m looking at a specific photo.

I’ve had the app for years now and a couple years ago it was perfect, easily my favourite app. The content was rich and the tailoring algorithm was very accurate, providing me with a great feed. Now, I am flooded with advertisements and less relevant content that I begin to think, is this just another social media platform? Traditionally, I set Pinterest apart from Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc. but now I feel it’s just the same. Please restrict the amount of advertisements you allow and make the content relate to the searches within the app (not the data from the entire phone). There is such hype around AI and how it can be beneficial to businesses but, in this instance, its completely ruining, what was, an amazing platform. It’s 2019, you’re meant to prioritise customer centricity.

I have been a Pinterest user since the very VERY early days- when it was by invitation only. There is no doubt that Pinterest was and still has the potential to be an amazing platform- but the constant changes to the experience are too much.
I was prepared to accept the annoying suggested pins repeatedly showing me things I’d already pinned... I was happy to accept sponsored posts...even the new full screen ones.
The “following” tab was a perfect compromise between Pinterest new and of old- but now on the mobile app you can only see one following image at a time, ensuring you spend no time with your “follow” community and forcing you back to the home page.
Once again Pinterest (badly) calls the shots with no regard to the users and their communities who built the platform to what it is.

I cannot get enough of pinterest. It’s my go-to for inspiration and ideas. But there are SO many advertisements as of late! They take up such a ridiculously large portion of the home page. They’re the size of large pins, and I have to scroll through so many! 😿 It’s to the point where my entire screen will just be full of ads, and I have to actively look for the pins that I want to see. Yes I can just press “hide ad” but there are just too many of them to be doing that every time. I would be open to a paid option where I can pay a one time fee to browse Pinterest ad-free. I will keep using it as I love using it- but I just had to put my honest feedback somewhere. Toodles! 👋🏼

This is a really good app that helps you find great inspiration and ideas. I also love how it is not all about the followers in this app like it is for a lot of other apps. You get to really customise you profile and easily change it when ever you want. Adding on to all of that you can message friends, and if your child is getting into social media this is a great app to get them ready. You can view everything that you’re child is liking and following from your Pinterest page which is another plus. Just like other apps there are cons and one of them is the types of people on Pinterest that are not the good kind and also there can be hurtful comments etc. Otherwise this a great app

I joined Pinterest right in the beginning when it was invite only, there is so much to offer and learn, and have learnt. There is one picture that’s been floating around Pinterest for a long time that is soo true. Black and white photo of a man with his mouth open stuck behind plastic, with the meme “leave while you can”. Nah, way too late for me. The only thing is I don’t look at my own boards enough. But when I do I think wow this is a cool board and re-pin stuff. Lol ha ha. Can I rave on more sure! I can. But one other thing I have made many others of friends and family addicts too.

I am in love with Pinterest! I am an artist, working with fibre and textiles, paint, dyes, weaving, baskets, and more.. My main area, professionally, is illustration. I illustrate children’s books, which are based on an Australian animal theme. My work would be impossible to get the standard I require, without the assistance of Pinterest images to work from.
The images are such high quality, so easily found, and infinitely available when searching.
I can’t work without it -I think Pinterest forms my life, from health, food, and mindfulness, to art and craft, and beyond.

First of all Pinterest has WAY to many adverts on it now. Every time I go onto Pinterest a million of the exact same ads just it me in the face and I don’t want to use Pinterest anymore because of it. The second thing is that when I try to zoom in on pins the screen just freezes and I have to go out of Pinterest in order to continue using it. The third and final thing is that when I try to reply to a comment, the ‘add’ button is covered up by the bar at the bottom of the screen. This is very annoying and means that I can’t reply to any questions or thank people for nice replies and stuff like that. I don’t like using the app as much anymore because it just isn’t what I would expect (nor want) from an app as big as Pinterest. really hope that these things get fixed and that I can enjoy your app once more. Hope you understand and help me to enjoy Pinterest again.

I’ve used Pinterest for years and it has always been one of my favourite platforms, until now... There are wayy too many ads, I scrolled down and within only a few scrolls I was bombarded by endless advertisements. Also majority of the ads are from the same companies! They need to be spaced out and have a larger variety because having the same companies ads shoved down your throat every two scrolls is extremely irritating, it’s become a real annoyance for me and has pretty much destroyed the overall experience of using the app, I have now turned off using it due to the constant adverts which ruin the calm experience I associate with the app. As a fan it’s really disappointing and needs to be rectified.

I have been faithful but you have hurt my feelings.

Recently I got an email to say that a comment I had made on a pin was considered harassment and had been removed. I was warned about it again. I cannot recall ever intentionally harassing anyone and if someone took offence at something I said, at least I should be able to see the pin in question so that I can decide if my comment is truly mean or just someone being overly sensitive.
I have been on P since the beginning but I feel like quitting after this.
Also you say your policy is against nudity etc. But it is riddled with it.
So maybe before I get attacked get breaching the policy, you should just have a look at others who do as well. I have reported several blatantly sexual / nude pics tonight. There are far too many to report them all. A couple I saw border onto Child Exploitation

Pinterest is a great app that u can find useful in many ways! 😃 There is a couple of things that would make it a bit better, I usually use my laptop for Pinterest and am constantly getting emails about everything which would be good maybe once a fortnight, and another thing that u used to be able to do but u no longer can is flipping between pictures, u used to be able to press the right arrow and then see the next photo but now u have to go out of it completely before looking at the photo that comes after it.

There is this very annoying bug that I've dealt with ever since I first got Pinterest and it's where I'll be scrolling through with the pins in full view so that I can only see one at a time and then the app will just freeze and then crash just like that. And whenever I reopen it it's just stuck on one pin and I can't scroll anymore. I also got the app on my phone and a different bug happened where if I was scrolling like I was before then it would freeze and then it would repeat the last pins I just saw without me touching the screen. These bugs are very annoying and I've been using the app for almost a year now and these bugs have been there from the start.

I enjoy the idea of Pinterest but mostly to create my own boards for my own reference. I make them public but have no collaborators because I prefer to maintain my boards myself. I find the “ideas you might love” section on my boards to be distracting and also alter how I want my boards to appear. I’ve tried but can’t find a way to switch them off or get rid of them and would really appreciate the option to do so.
Update: I keep asking for this option and I’m seriously frustrated at not being able to have my boards appear as I want them without input from Pinterest. I’d really appreciate YOUR FEEDBACK on why this seems to be mission impossible! I’m OCD and need my pins lined up in neat rows, even though I love the concept of Pinterest but I’m giving up on it soon, it’s doing my head in

I love this app. I have had it and used it for years, so much time is spent just scrolling and pinning for as long as possible. This app is definitely in my top 5 apps used daily, but recently I’ve been noticing other apps that have a sort of ‘night mode’ for when the app is being used at night in order to not damage or hurt your eyes I guess. I am quite fond of this ‘night mode’ feature as it allows me to look at my screen in the dark without potentially blinding me in the process, I suggest that this feature would be a great addition to the app and I’m sure many others would agree.

I love Pinterest it’s such a great app. It helps everyone share ideas and their creations. I just think it could be a little bit better if there could be different categories for followers. For example I wanted to add more people to a group board, but have lost track of who I’ve added to that particular board. Pinterest would be even more great if people you follow and your followers could be organised by most recent (you followed them or they followed you), alphabetical and even the highest amount of followers they have to the lowest. I am completely in love with Pinterest. There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t spend at least an hour or two scrolling through pins. However I and some of my friends are experiencing some problems, like not being able to send messages to each other directly in the inbox. And it seems we can’t send each other more than one pin within a span of 30 seconds because a notification pops up saying it’s trying to “combat spam” even though my friends and I are TRYING to spam each other with pins that we would absolutely love. I don’t know whether this is a bug problem in terms being unable to send each other message within the inbox section, but it would be very much appreciated if you would please look into these 2 issues so I and many of friends and other people can have the ultimate Pinterest experience. Love this app so much! It’s now my go-to... but few things have changed that’s annoying. Bring back the old newsfeed pls! I can’t see who pinned it unless I click on the actual pin. Seems all over the place now, can’t it be by recent pin. I want to see only the people I am following. With notifications, I think is a bit unnecessary because we already see what they pin on the NF but how come I also get notified by some friends pins even if I don’t follow them but I have them on other social networks? If I want to see their pins I would follow them. Also pls bring back the ‘like’ button. I just miss the old newsfeed 😩

I work with students at a Year 11 & 12 level, with varying degrees of capabilities in art Art class setting. This is the most incredibly valuable tool in order to support and increase inspiration in both my own personal art practice - and in order to explain and increase depth of thinking. Whether we are chasing black and white photographers, assemblage art and artists, meshing together a mix of ideas to come out with a cohesive end product - and of course inspiration. It is a great way to educate the many foibles and pitfalls of 'intellectual property' which up until now has been difficult to trace.
Pinterest is the ultimate.

I've been enjoying Pinterest for a few years now and observed and in most cases enjoyed the changes the developers have given us. But there are a couple of things that I miss. One is the ability to search either Pinterest or the net for things of interest from the main search "spy glass" on my feeder page. Now I only have the option of searching Pinterest. Another is that when pinning I used to be able to see some of the history of the pin and who had pinned it previously. That gave me the opportunity of looking at those pinners and their boards to discover people and boards I may wish to follow. It is nowhere near as easy to discover this now. In regard to my own boards, I would love to be able to sort my boards into groups of similar subjects ... ie a main board with sub boards to keep all pins related to that topic together.
