Easy as
Just upgraded to a paid plan after some time evaluating the solution. It is easy to use, quick to deploy and offers the insights we are after. Stephen A was great to deal with and held my hand the whole way - made it easy to get confidence to sign up to the annual plan!

An excellent app and backend support
Our business used QuickTap for data collection at a major event, and the results were excellent. Not only was the app robust and worked flawlessly, but the process of using the browser based backend was simple, intuitive and effective. We deployed across multiple iPads and the collective data synced easily and perfectly. Working with and exporting the data from the system was easy. Any questions we had regarding set up and use of the app were answered quickly by the QuickTap support team. This is a robust, beautifully resolved and effective app - while simple to set up and use, it is rich in features and can be used at a highly detailed, or very simple, level as required. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work.

Excellent, easy to use product with awesome customer service
Cheap survey tool that makes things super easy and their support team is on hand to provide quick feedback.
Only issue I had was handled and solved quickly by Stephen Amoah.

User friendly front end
The app provides a very user friendly front end. And whilst the back end is not as sophisticated as other tools, Stephen was fantastic in helping build out the survey to meet our needs.

Excellent field data collection tool for non profit
We are a start up non profit and are using this app for collecting field interview data. It's really user friendly and intuitive. Such a great tool!

We reviewed 22 apps to find one
Hi, just a note to tell you that I have just worked with my client to find a survey form that
a) Was easy to use.
b) had a question type that allowed location to be spatially logged (not the user's but the respondent's) and not GPS (you just get the same location over and over again)
c) we could preload a drop down with a large quantity of possible answers ( greater than 200)
d) Large attractive questions and answers
e) Simple well laid out portal with all we required
- ability to export in standard formats
- create attractive graphs and PDFs on the fly
f) Very attractive pricing
There is going to be more we will be happy with but after exploring 22 apps on behalf of my client, the simplicity and power of QuickTap was a revelation.

Great App
Easy to use, easy to set up and change surveys. Data is available as soon as uploaded.
Very simple user interface - people doing survey cannot stuff it up too easily.
