Crashes way too much
I appreciate an iOS app but it is incredibly frustrating that this app crashes all the time when editing tickets. It is rare that I can put ticket notes in without it crashing wasting 5-10 minutes of time if doing extensive ticket notes.

What an embarrassment of an app
Companies pay many thousands a year to use this. The app is horribly broken. Constant crashes to Home Screen. Forever staring at spinning wheels, only for it to log you out, requiring you to restart the app. Unable to name pictures or upload multiple photos at a time.

New update doesn’t work with O365 SSO
The following error occurs: AADSTS50011: The reply url specified in the request does not match the reply urls configured for the application: 'd339e355-d664-4a14-b5b2-056d5d2e12dd'.
When trying to sign in using Microsoft SSO. App in unusable with this config in its current state.

Autotask we pay a lot of money to use your services, you seriously need to bring this app into the 21st century.

As cumbersome as ever
Still as slow and cumbersome as it's ever been. Autotask in itself has gotten better, but the app is still horrible.

Needs a lot of work
Not a great looking app... May be ok for engineers. Being in sales, I would like to have CRM integration so I can view my dashboard and easily view an update pipeline on the go.

Absolutely horrid
New version, nothing's changed. This is still nothing more than a web app, and a poorly, poorly done one. If I was able to rate it with negative stars I would gladly do so.
This application is an insult to Autotask's customers and better be replaced with an appropriate one soon!
1. Every time you click on something, be it a back button or any clickable object, the whole app grays out and freezes. Absolutely ridiculous.
2. Annoyingly slow
3. Now the first two issues are enough to render this app as totally useless and throw it to hell, but to make matters even worse, the design and terminology in the app are completely inconsistent with the full blown full web version. It's like using two different products from two different companies. It's as if Autotask don't really want anyone to use this app at all.
Great job Autotask! >:-(
