You can only browse categories. You cannot search by keyword or filter your search results (other than by location)

Scoopon quick to take your money, failed to provide the service paid for in good faith. After many weeks they promised a $999 credit to be used in any Scoopon Service. To date still no credit to our Account. On this trip we booked and paid for airfares which were fully refunded by Thai Airways. Accommodation at Le Meridien Hotel Bangkok which was fully refunded both these refunds exceeded $2000. Yet Scoopon not only refused to refund money that was not their money until they provided the service but put us on a merry go round and provided nothing but lip service. So no we will not use them again or their parent company Luxury Escapes. Pity as one star is low as I can go. Zero star is the true rating

WORST EVER - CANT CONTACT ANYONE
BOOKED A CRUISE IN AUGUST, TOOK ME TILL END SEPTEMBER TO PROPERLY BOOK AS YOU CANT CONTACT ANYONE. GET TO MARCH 2020 WITH COVID EVERYWHERE AND THEYVE DISCONNECTED ALL PHONE ACCESS AND DONT REPLY TO THE 15 EMAILS YOUVE BEEN SENDING FOR THE LAST 4 WEEKS! P&O CANT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE SCOOPON DONT RELEASE THE BOOKING IM OWED $1000 FOR A CRUISE I CANT GO ON AND IM FUMING!

Not working !!
I tried to sign up with my email Adresse and it says “a user with this email Adresse already exist”. It’s impossible because this email is on my phone I’m logged in. I sended a link threw the app to my email Adresse to reset my “password” which I don’t have because I never signed up. Didn’t receive a email. I don’t wanna logg in with my Facebook!!

Awful App
Scoopon provides good deals however the App is terrible - there is no search function!
You can only scroll through extremely broad categories such as ‘dining’ or ‘travel’ - this needs to be fixed.
It’s for this reason that I use Groupon - the deals are often similar and their app is user friendly (I can actually search for what I want!)

Good app but is missing one feature
I can’t seem to find where I can mark a Scoopon as Used which makes it more difficult to keep track of which ones I still have available to use. I remember being able to do this in the old app. Perhaps they should automatically get archived once the store has scanned it.

Bad updates
I used to love Scoopon, the deals are still great but the new app is lack of free text search function, can search by map or suburbs. So wasting of time. Which is the reason why I switched to Groupon instead.

The app is pretty restrictive in its navigation. I can only see a whole heap of ads for the major city in my state and no option to select anywhere other than a major city. Not great for people outside the city.

This app is amazing but there is one downfall you can’t save a deal so you have to scroll all the way to find it again. It would help if we could press a heart button or something and it would save to a Scoopon library in the app where we can easily access the deals we want to come back to and you should have a search bar so it is easier to find a deal you want please read this and take it into consideration thanks

Hate the update!!
Hate the new update! Where is the search for a specific thing and place. That was the most useful part and it’s gone now. Plus now I can’t even open a deal as I get an error message (even after updating the app)

SEARCH BAR NOW REMOVED😔...I’ve had this app for years, now I just don’t have time to sit & scroll all day! I used to be able to type “Bali” and only Bali offers would come up!
Everyone is looking for individual deals.....let us choose what we need to search for, by returning the search feature!

Used to love the app
I love scoopon but the app is just terrible. The inability to search to find out if there are specific deals means I end up using other websites apps as they all have search abilities except for scoopon.
Just makes it so frustrating to try to find, or re-find a deal.

Unless I’m missing something, this app does not allow you to search for a particular deal. It seems to only allow you to browse categories but not specify a particular place you may be interested in obtaining a deal for. This makes the app totally useless in my opinion! Do the developers expect you to trawl through every deal to find if a place you are interested in has anything available? Make this app practical for your customers or remove it from the App Store!

Why did the developers remove the filters and sort functions from the app? How are the users supposed to narrow down on what interests them anymore ?
I avoid using Scoopon altogether because of this shortcoming now.

Not happy that I purchased a holiday and my credit is only for experiences considering I spent $699 and there’s nothing to get for that value . I have until March and there’s nothing that I can purchase . Very disappointing

Scrollers delight
The current app is useless if you are trying to find specific deals for specific areas. There is no option to filter let alone search, so you spend forever scrolling through deal after deal to find one relevant to your needs. Trying to find a hotel deal for Singapore? No worries, just need to find it in amongst EVERY OTHER holiday deal they have listed. Will be deleting the app and using other platforms to find holiday deals
