RPN IS GREAT!!
This CalcMadeEasy makes my HP33 look amateurish. If could only be improved by the addition of an x-y exchange. The UNITS & NOTEPAD are features that I use constantly.

Good App, needs Bluetooth keyboard capability
This is a good app to fulfil the space left by absence of a native iOS calculator for the iPad. Has great additional features too. It won't support input from a Bluetooth Keyboard, which is annoying when you just need a quick calculation and the iPad is on a keyboard stand.

Was great until update.
Buggy as after update, theme change causes crash, normal-scientific setting doesn't work just stays on scientific.

Very good
I've only used the calculator a little, but it's perfect for my (trigonometric) needs. It's great being able to switch from normal to RPN logic, and the built-in conversions are useful.
The "shift/unshift" function at the top of the screen is essential but poorly documented.

Near perfect calculator
CalcMadeEasy is well worth the money, especially if you are looking for ergonomics and need some of the advanced features such as RPN, financial functions and unit conversions.
Many apps have clunky or niggling interfaces but not this one. It is quick and easy. There are always possible improvements, but in this case they are likely to be on the fringe of your daily calculating needs. Highly recommended.

RPN calculator app
All my working life I have used HP handheld scientific calculators that use RPN. This is the first app I have found that works exactly the same way with the same functions. Great app.

% like a standard calculator!
About the only app that presents a % result the same way a basic desktop one does! For ease, consistency and expected results, as per a basic calculator, this is the only app I found that does it. Yes, you can just do a simple divide to get a % but this replicates the usual Canon and, I think, Casio way. Just wish the rounding would be continuously set not hitting the round button each time.

Financial as a "hey, why don't we chuck in some financial stuff"
I bought this app after being drawn in by the financial functions it contains. Present value, loans etc, all ok.
BUT
In essence this is actually an engineering or scientific calculator with a bit of financial stuff tacked on.
Here's what would be good.
Have an option to ditch the scientific stuff and get bigger buttons etc.
Statistical suite including some basic functions like mean, ranges, standard deviation etc. have a look at the HP71c
Conversion that maybe preloads foreign exchange data to do currency conversions.

Great Multifunction Calculator
I work in many fields and this calc covers most of them. I'm very impressed, however, I would like to see other functions like Ratio - For various fluid mixtures or Loan:Capital Value. Energy - sustainable resources. A very easy calc to use and very convenient to have so many fields in one place on a portable device! Thank you team.

Great calculator - best I've found
Have been using this application now for a couple of weeks and must say the decision to upgrade to the pro version from the free version was an easy decision. This application is the best calculator I've found for the iPad. The Note taking feature is just brilliant - I use it constantly to calculate answers and then include them along with the calculate approach in emails. Great for helping students when working remotely.
Would have liked a stronger unit conversion engine and have asked about this directly from the developers (main issue is no Energy related units).
Would also like the ability to creak macros for common calculations. Again, have asked the developers about this as an option in future releases.
Highly recumbent this application.

CalcMadeEasy - ver 3.3
I like using this calculator because it has 3 great features:
1. Calculations can be recorded automatically in a note and comments can be added any where in the note.
Very useful if you need to review or check long or complex computations.
2. The history of the numbers used and results can be viewed and any number selected and recalled to use in new calculations.
3. The calculator can be changed to a RPN calculator - a feature that users of HP calculators would appreciate.
And the register stack can be viewed at any time you are using the calculator.

RPN bug
When RPN is turned on, you are supposed to swipe down on the display to obtain the stack.. When I do that the app disappears. It is running still as a process but the data is no longer there. Is it just me ?

Very easy to use, needs instruction manual
Unable to perform with accuracy simple sine cos and tan calculations... Please investigate this, an instruction manual would be handy as well.
