Warning – Unauthorized Extra Charges
I had a very bad experience with BravoFly. They charged me an extra $1300 without properly informing me or getting clear approval. The additional charges appeared unexpectedly, and dealing with customer service was extremely frustrating and unhelpful. I feel completely misled and disappointed by how this company operates.
Please be very careful before booking with them and double-check every payment and hidden fee. I am writing this review to warn other people so they do not go through the same stressful experience. In my opinion, this platform is not trustworthy.

The Airlines Company approves my full-refund, I just need to wait will Bravofly give it to me refund
The overall conversation is fluent and the consultant seems responsible for my issue. I will give full ranks if I can get my full-refund back and the Airplane company approves it. I just need to get the refund via Bravofly, where I pay for the tickets.

Becareful when you complete your payment. Before you hit purchase ensure you read carefully the pop up screen. I just purchased my ticket and when I complete my cc details and click payment, there is a pop up window which I thought to confirm with payment but apparently it was a confirmation to join FullFex. It cost me $100 extra for this.

Don’t book you tickets with this app it’s scam
I Booked my family tickets with Bravofly by paying extra with full flex which means if you cancel you flight for any reason you will get 90% refund or credit my grandma past away I notify Bravofly to cancel my flight 2 weeks before my departure date I have all the prove they only refund me $889 after 5 months of $3600 please don’t use this company to book you flight it’s completely scam .

Too Many Excuses
I submitted a change of date for my flight 4 days before the day. They got back to me 1 day before my flight and said “Sorry you cant make changes 48 hours prior of Flight”. How can i change it if they dont even reply until the last minute.
Avoid this company. I told them to send me an email instead of a call yet they called whilst im overseas. Please at all cost avoid this. Especially with Operator DIONIS veryy rudee, no manners and 0 customer sevice indeed

One of the worst customer service experiences I have had, if you could choose no stars I would!
The Online chat bot does not help in the slightest, when you do get through to a person online help is minimal and I have tried several times.
The number provided on the website is only automated and does not put you through to a customer service representative, the only option for that bring you to an automated message saying customer service is closed indefinitely due to COVID.
Advice to all : DO NOT BOOK WITH BRAVOFLY

800AUD was the charge I had to pay for cancelling my ticket and remainder is paid back in stupid voucher. What is the point of refund then?

Fruad
I bought 4 tickets for Perth last month 24/02. Each ticket was $403. I supposed to pay $1612. But they took off $1885.10 they ripped off me $273. I was provided a invoice with other country’s currency on though I paid from Australia with Australian dollars. I asked for a invoice with Australian currency on but no response. Since then I am keep knocking them. After so many email and phone call ended up with nothing. Because they never response any of them. I’ve never saw any worse service like this honestly.

Untrustworthy business
My flights were cancelled at the start of Covid. Communication with bravofly has been impossible. The phones just hang up automatically if you try to call. It’s currently been 1 year since I asked to get my money back and I still don’t have it, with no obvious solution in sight, and no ability to communicate with them. I’ll be making a complaint to the uk regulator soon.

I had the worst experience ever! I purchased 4 flights plus insurance and then this COVID-19 happened. Called the company so many times to request a reschedule but I was taken in circles. God knows how many circles. Finally I got an email that you can’t respond to telling me that I “no showed” hours after my flight departed and they are not responsible. Did I mention that I was forced not to travel and I tried to contact?

Do not use this company. I booked a flight through them and they charged me insurance which I didn’t select. They refunded that but when I went to the airline to confirm my flight they said they do not have my reservation code. I called Bravofly who told me I will have to check in at the airport because they cannot confirm my reservation. I told them I booked through them and I fly out the next day I need this sorted they just said they couldn’t help. Mind you this is after trying there web page and calling many times. Not worth the stress! They just don’t care. Don’t use them.

Not recommending Bravofly
I did not have a great experience of using Bravofly. The flight was sold out at the beginning and other apps won’t allow me to pay and mention the flight was sold out, but Bravofly did not told or mention it. Once I paid the ticket and i received the email half hours after, it says they are not able to confirm my booking, however, the refund would take few days to show on my account. Thus, I need to pay one more time to buy another flight before I can get the refund
