With this application you can promptly access tracking information for 300 delivery services, including Australia Post, Toll, StarTrack Express, Couriers Please, TNT Express Australia, Fastway Couriers, CourierPost, New Zealand Post, UPS, USPS, FedEx and many other postal services. Tracking data is collected on our server, so you will get it right to your device with a tap of a button. Sometimes you won't even need to enter a tracking number, your can user barcode scanner which is available right in the app. With the unique carrier automatic recognition function, adding a new delivery is just a matter of seconds.
You can also locate your delivery on the map or manage your deliveries using Web Access (web.parcelapp.net) - easy and simple. Parcel has a native macOS app available for free in the Mac App Store.
Parcel utilizes the power of iOS to provide you the best possible user experience. You can use Notification Center widget to see expected deliveries for today or tomorrow or share extension to add a new delivery directly from any other app.
Push notifications provided by Parcel are more convenient than from any other app. They are being sent only from 8am to 10 pm according to your timezone, so you will not be bothered at night (however, you can disable this option in the settings).
Some features, such as push notifications and tracking more than 3 deliveries are limited to premium subscribers. Current price for the premium subscription is $5 per year, and may vary from country to country. New widget for iOS 14:
• pick from three available sizes
• pin a specific delivery to the top in the widget settings
• if the widget is in a smart stack, it should appear more frequently when a delivery is expected today
App Clips:
• when you share a delivery using iMessage, the app generates a special link
• if the other person taps on that link in iOS 14 and he does not have Parcel installed, Parcel App Clip will be launched
• if the same link is opened on a different device, a web page with delivery details is loaded
Account Extension for iOS 14:
If you have a Parcel account password saved in your iCloud keychain, you might get a suggestion from iOS to update your password if it is considered to be insecure. Should you accept this suggestion, your password will be updated immediately without launching the app.
Other improvements:
• updated menus for delivery options and filter settings to match iOS 14 style
• if you are using the day counter in the “days after postage” mode, you will notice a new date picker when manually setting the postage date

Inaccurate Tracker System
I have the Premium Subscription but I am not very satisfied with it. Yes it allows me to add more parcels to track, however, they provide information tracker not that accurate as even when my parcels came, the tracker still shows that it's on the way. I don't know if the fault is on the carrier of the items that i bought from because it was showing an accurate tracker description when I haven't subscribed to the premium yet, or the app itself. If so, i'm disappointed and thinking of unsubscribing as the purpose of me subscribing is to be able see where the destination of my parcels would be so i could be notified if the parcels are already at my door or ready to be picked up on time. Hope you reach out to me to sort this problem out.

Needs a tracking number tba feature
Someone else wrote this as well and I completely agree. This would be the perfect app if it had a way to enter your online orders without a tracking number. Given the global pandemic everyone has gone online ordering crazy and it’s hard to keep track.

With the current pandemic & so many buying online the updates of other apps including Aus Post just don’t cut it.
This app updates so much faster weather it’s a new tracking # to be added, location/status or delivered.
I got sick of checking all the time but with this app I get real-time notifications.

I initially thought it was a good app. And I gave it a 10 star.
Then I got a message telling me that if I wanted to track more than three packages I had to pay a subscription. No way!!so I deleted it
I will use The Australian post office app track as many packages as I want!

Update:- So after reinstalling a number of times the app seems to be working well. We’ll see how it goes now.
If you find it seems to be just a list with no info, re-install (I had to a few times) and it then seems to pickup on the tracking numbers and does provide good detail.

Great App
Ive been using Parcel app for most of my aliexpress & etsy purchases and really find it quite spot on. Most services are picked up by the carrier on first go but sometimes you have to choose them from the list. I like the fact that when it lands in Aus it lets you know its been picked up by aus post and the number has changed. I really also like the map feature. Good job

Great App; worth the subscription fee
As someone who orders a lot of things, and likes to keep a good idea of where things are at, this app is near perfect. Automatically pasting a tracking number when it is copied is a genius idea and time saver. I just wish I could change the date settings to DD/MM/YYYY instead of MM/DD/YYYY

Not happy with this app.
I paid for the premium version and installed this app today and now I realise it has a major flaw. I have ordered and paid for a number of things today but I can’t enter any of them until the seller actually mails them and sends me a tracking number. It won’t let me manually enter anything when I buy and pay for it. I have to wait until I have a tracking number or data to link it to a mailing company. So if the vendor never sends the item I can’t use the app and I’ll never know it never got sent.
This app is useless unless you are happy to maintain another list of everything you’ve ordered and only revert to the app once it actually gets into the mailing system.

Great For tracking deliveries
This is a great app I’ve used for a few years now on iPhone, iPad & Mac. It consolidates all deliveries in one app and provides clear notifications of delivery updates. It works well for Australian and international deliveries.

Absolutely Brilliant
Possibly one of the best apps I have purchased. Well worth the $5 a year. Even though it’s a little delayed (only by about 20 minutes if you’re lucky), it is extremely accurate, and so much easier to keep track of all the deliveries in one spot. Haven’t had any issues with it so far, and I don’t expect to. Definitely recommend the use of this.

Used to work great
I used to love this app! Found it great for keeping track of everything across devices. Recently I haven’t received any notifications or even updates which come from just checking the tracking code myself. Bit hard to want to keep the subscription going with that in mind.

WAAAAYYYYY better than tracking across individual carrier websites. Relatively inexpensive and definitely great value. Great features like push notifications, Apple Watch app and updating tracking details when consignments are passed between carriers.

My go to parcel app
I have used Parcel for years and find it is great. It allows me to track deliveries around the world and tells me when my parcels have arrived in my country so I can switch to the local carrier to get more in depth tracking info. It also detects the carrier from the tracking number which is a great time saver. I also get notifications on the status of my delivery when I need them. Excellent application. Keep up the good work.
