The NIB app used to be so simple to use. Zap-zap-zap job done. With the recent changes and two stage verification it has become unusable, back to the desktop. Fingers crossed nib doesn’t stuff that up too

I’ll start with the positives. The design is definitely more modern, more key information on the home page and the rewards are more prominent.
However, it is harder and less intuitive to find key information. I also struggled to find my remaining limits until I read a response to another review. The previous app also allowed me to view claim history by member instead of a mixed bag with my partner. The preview only says “extras”, total cost and benefits paid (with the exception of dental). It’s difficult to find at a glance what the service was and who it was for. If we could get the services listed up front, and perhaps a filter on claims that would be helpful.
Rewards are a nice to have but my health insurance information is a must have!

Sorry, I don’t buy health cover for the ‘rewards,’ my usage and ability to claim is far more important.
I used to be able to quickly see my usage, now it’s all hidden behind tabs and further clicks.

Previous version was much easier to navigate. Have just used the new one for the first time. Easy to make a claim as before. I wanted to see if I had any funds left for optometrist or dental for this year. Couldn’t find it. Same thing was very easy on old version. Feeling frustrated.

So, this used to be a good app. Zero stars for you if I could. What on earth have you done to it!? Im sooo sick of trying to log on and getting the “oops” message. Talked to your staff and all they can say is to download and try again. Downloaded it twice now and still the same really bad client experience. Seems many others experiencing the same thing. Continually get “Ooooops something went wrong” error! Have to delete & reload the app. Come on this is really poor service & how about when a receipt is submitted that requires a doctor letter that you have to send that every single claim? Put it on file surely it’s not that hard & read the dates on the receipts before rejecting them. Seriously pay so much every month can’t understand how difficult it is to get a claim sorted online end up having to call & clarify most of the time.

The app could work ok but i changed my payment details with nib to pay fortnightly payments from a certain date.All good over the phone,can't fault them there,but the app and emails since then have all sent me info saying a much higher amount is due to come out,when i called i got told "oh it doesnt matter if the app says its wrong as long as its right on our end".That is fantastic but if the app is always wrong and i need to call to double check why have the app in the first place?

This app used to be good.
On the last 2 updates I have been logged out then I haven’t been able to log in or progress past the “opps” page.
I pay a lot of money for this insurance- pay your developers properly and get this fixed. The app is failing on the basics.

Tried updating my address multiple times and won't let me. Such a simple self service request, yet it fails and won't let me update.
It states my suburb and post code don't match my street address. Trust me, I know where I live.
Get the small things right please. Don't care if you have photo claiming (which I haven't tried yet) if I can't update my personal details.
I bet all my correspondence has gone to my old address because of this.
Get the basics right NIB! Don't care what other features you have unless basics work
