Without meditation, I'd be a highly strung, stressed out individual. This app, along with all the other Meditation Oasis apps, are standalone meditation aides! I use them everyday :)

Seven selections of exquisite Meditation Oasis® music to suit your mood and needs. Whether you want to meditate, practice yoga, relax deeply, get energized or heal, the Attunement App has music for the occasion. You can choose from 7 different selections, each of which creates its own special effects as you listen:
Relaxing - wonderful for unwinding or sleep
Surrender - facilitates letting go of stress
Primordial - experience deep levels of your inner being
Inner Peace - profoundly healing and calming effect
Grounding - the perfect antidote for overstimulation
Healing - restores balance to the body and the mind

With this App, you can choose playing times from 5 to 30 minutes for each selection, or use a playlist option to create and play a sequence of music in any combination. The Playlist gives you the option of up to 2 hours of playing time.

Extraordinarily good
I enjoy all the apps from "meditation oasis". I enjoy playing this one as I read or even as I'm running , as well as being great for meditation. Thoroughly recommended, keep up the good work guys

Wow- just downloaded the free app and love it. I've already listened to the Energising and the Healing tracks. I can see I'll have this on at work quite often. I do agree with the other reviewer in that perhaps it may get a bit boring with repeated listening to the same tracks, but we'll wait and see :)

My favorite app. It has even replaced my meditation music painstakingly recorded on my iPod. I play it first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Perhaps some more variations of music but altogether lovely

I've been craving music just like this - better than i could imagine!
I cannot speak highly enough for this app - i seriously cannot believe how cheap it is for what quality relaxation music you get.
I work in a frantically busy hospital and put this on in the background and everyone comments on how awesome it is - it helps keep me (and my co-workers) calm when work gets out of control.
I also play this app when cleaning the house, driving to and from work, when hiking and when im feeling drained - it always makes me feel better and puts a smile on my face.
I absolutely love that you can tailor the playlist to what you need at the time eg "grounding" playlist, "energizing" playlist etc.
Please please please do another Attunement with even more playlists - i would definitely pay more for an upgraded version - not that you can upgrade perfection!!!! Thank you sooooooooo much :)

Wonderful app
What a wonderful app. In hospital and things not going to plan. Listening to the relaxation music was the only thing that got me through a very tough night. Better than medication!
