Hi guys, I think the previous bugs I was concerned about have been fixed :)
I’ve noticed that if I’m trying to copy a web address from the address bar, this often doesn’t work. Any ideas?

It’s ok
It gets by as a standard browser. One thing that is totally annoying is a there is a pause for about 30 seconds every time you open the browser. It freezes . Very annoying.

It is super slow compared to other apps
I appreciate the concept and value behind the app. But I also think that when we do this kind of things we need to make things at least same quality to secular things, if not better. The app is super, super slow, especially when I open the app. I’m using this app because I wanna put safety barrier for myself, but sometimes it even annoys me how slow this app goes.

Issue using the CE browser
Hi all. Thanks for the great product. When I launch the CE browser, a few seconds after it locks up for about 10 seconds and then releases and works as per normal.
Noticing this on every CE browser launch.
Using iPhone 8 and on IOS 13.1 beta.

Pretty slow but does the job
Even on the latest iPhone it’s slow to start up and change tabs... but it’s okay.
Be prepared to always lose your open tabs though because it has a mind of its own - some days your tabs will still be there, other days your tabs are all gone, every one of them!
The menu bars also cut off part of the web pages, you only notice it on some sites that have a menu at the top or bottom or when you need to see the top of an image in Google Images, for example.

Constantly freezing
Screen accountability is great but the constant freezing is driving me insane.
At the very least just show a loading icon!!!
There is no way to tell if it's frozen up or not except to keep trying to scroll over and over.
A loading icon would help so much.

Necessary but painfully slow
A necessary app, but is impressively slow. Makes life difficult when needing to get any information from the internet on the go or in less than 5 mins. Most of my time spent on the app is waiting for it to unfreeze.

Lots of bugs to fix
Just not the same as safari. It would be a much better idea to have something built into safari as opposed to this terrible app.
Had so many issues where it takes me to the sign in page for no reason.

Great app before recent update
It was working very well until the past few days. Either my iPhone iOS updated or covenant eyes updated. But now my phones internet just completely stops working at random times through the day. My data limit hasn’t been reached and my service provider hasn’t shut down recently. Facebook, google chrome, safari, Instagram, email, gps just stops working because covenant eyes somehow disables my internet completely.
I don’t want to use it if it’s becoming an inconvenience to use my phone normally.

Great app! Almost perfect!
Really great application which helps to support the recovery. I recommend the 30 day program whilst using this. The VPN not only worked here in Australia well but also worked smoothly when I went to China. The support team are also very responsive and helpful.
The only problems I have experienced have been:
1. Drained battery life which happens sometimes after updating the phone, the app or having background app refresh on. Most of the time though it seems to be fine.
2. Sometimes when you click on a URL it doesn’t open in the browser initially and needs tapping again or it is loading but the loading bar which runs across the search bar is obscured by the search bar and you have to click cancel as though you are cancelling a search to see the progress of the page loading.
These are only minor issues for me so overall I’m very impressed.

New version is fantastic
This new version of CE Browser is just spot on. Blazingly fast and a fresh, intuitive interface.
The only thing it needs is for Apple to allow links to open in browsers other than Safari.

The only problem I have is that just 8 tabs can be open at one time. If more were available to access it would allow for a smoother browser experience.

Extremely buggy
The idea of this app is good but it is the most buggy app I have ever used. Crashes heaps. Very slow response. Opening tabs sometimes doesn't work. I contacted support but they did nothing. Even new versions haven't fixed the bugs. Don't underestimate how slow and buggy this app is.

It's good but its a shame it cant monitor the phone apps as well as safari. You have to restrict the download and deletion of new apps!

Tabbed browsing
Tabbed browsing in covenant eyes is terrible. When it works like safari works it will be much better. I love the accountability that this software provides, but I hate that it makes physical browsing harder.

As an accountability partner I find the member site easy to use and it keeps me well informed of my partners activity online. The browser runs a little slow on the iPhone but is compatible with safari. Overall very happy

Not IOS 5 friendly
Upgraded to IOS 5 and doesnt work anymore. Also (when it did work in IOS 4) it would abandon loading a page and return an error message when 3G was lost, instead of just stopping loading.

Regretably still unusable
Regretably the "significantly improved stability" in 1.4.1 is nowhere to be seen. It freezes on my iPhone 4 most times I use it and have not been able to browse a website sucessfully in the last week of trying. Little progress since v1.0, still behaves like a pre-beta release.

A disappointment.
This app is really disappointing. I use covenant eyes on my Mac and it's great. I wanted the same protection on my phone but this app crashes and will not go past the opening screen. Please fix this app!

i really appreciate the software i have on my pc and mac, but this app rarely works and continually crashes. some web sites don't load properly and the screen rotation doesn't work properly. I trust that this will be fixed in the next update!

good concept. very buggy
i got the app because i was looking for something that keeps me accountable with regards to when i surf the net. the concept of covenant eyes is great.
but the app is extremely buggy! only reason i am still using it so far is because there is nothing else in the market (that i know of). i dont know how long i will bear the fustrations..time will tell.
logging in fails more often than not.
google tab goes to google page and not search what i asked it to.
tapping the top of the app does not scroll to the top of the page like with other apps.
bookmarking sometimes fail to store the page, but brings up a generic covenant eyes page.
now that ios 4 exist. please make the browser run in the background rather than having to start all over if i change programs.
please please please fix the bugs!! before i run out of patience!
