Description

Oars is a city built around a celestial fountain, where four distinct races coexist, united by a shared faith in Oceanos, the God of Rivers. Within this tranquil and enigmatic sky utopia, diverse civilizations flourish in harmony.
However, amidst this era of prosperity, the threat of malevolent forces looms large. Give it some time

I’ve played this game for over a year and still very much enjoy it. It has very enjoyable team pvp events on the weekends, and in depth gear systems giving multiple ways to build your character.
I think a lot of the negative are from players within their first week who don’t understand all of the systems within the game. It’s true that during the first week or so a lot of things are locked until the server has been online a certain number of days or until the character reaches a certain level. This is by design so that players can learn the game as they initially grow, rather than overwhelming new players with everything at once.
Give it some time, this definitely is not a game to download and judge within the first day. Good luck!

It’s ok I guess.

When I first got the game, I absolutely loved the character designs and animations. And I’m not saying that the art is bad, it’s just that some of the splash art of the characters look suspiciously similar to the splash art of other games, to the point where the only thing that has been changed about the character was the clothing.
I’ve also noticed that throughout the game, it keeps changing the characters design even when we might not want it to.
Overall, it’s a good game but it might need some changes.

Misleading ADS

False advertising!

I can’t customize my character, can’t do codes, even though I bought the game off an add that showed codes, can’t chat for a WHILE, can’t change my outfit even though It automatically changed mine! Overall, bad review! I hope the dev fixes this, and adds a tutorial or something!

Very misleading

I would be fine with the absolutely horrible normal appearances of the charts Tera while they are fighting as long as they actually looked like some of the advertisements when you level them up. But any of the actually good art is completely irrelevant to this game. Also I skipped the story but got no tutorial just an annoying finger that keeps pointing at a single quest that just keeps changing. There was no challenge no thinking it was just press this button then the thing with the exclamation mark. It just babies you through it and within the first 5 min of the game I no longer take damage am insanely overpowered am somehow level 46 and have 2000k+ health or cp. I have no idea if this is high low or what or if what I am seeing is health of my character or combat power after all the tutorial for this game is literally a finger that only points at the same quest over and over again. Also it would be nice if the developers actually included the art that made me download the game after all apart from it being annoying I might have been able to last more than 5 min before I ended up deleting this game for making no sense and not having the one thing I came for, nice and cool looking characters.

Real review

The game is terrible its just pretty much a one button click afk game… their is nothing fun or even entertaining about this game in the slightest, the ads and even the pictures on this app store are fake and show nothing of what the game is actually its horrible!

Doesn’t load…

I enjoy it greatly

I’d give it 4/5 stars, but due to the other low reviews I gave it 5 stars as I believe the low star reviews are kids being dishonest. It’s a quality mmorpg with a good twist. Combat is played in auto mostly, with the phone screen vertically, which I found surprisingly refreshing and comfortable. A good array of events such as boss fight, cross server fights multiple times daily (which is new for me and very nice), fishing, plenty of free rewards, etc. It is a combination of playing the game plus gaining rewards/exp while idle/offfline which I found really nice. You could play for 30 mins a day and do well, or play 1-2 hours a day and do better. You can get far with being free to play which is nice. I personally spent $10 so far, but free to play is just fine.
The only negative I have right now is some things are not translated to English properly, it’s rare but you may see it. There is one text box in the partner interface that is purely in Chinese or similar language. Would be nice to hire a professional translator to go through it properly. It may be fixed during the maintenance that is currently going on at the moment, but if not, please do fix it. Would make for a much smoother experience.
