Canceled my membership and the next month money was taken at my account, go through customer support and instead say I never canceled it. When i have proof That I did!

5x points not issued, OnePass won’t rectify
Linked Flybuys and all stores immediately after sign up. As I am not receiving the 5x points I EMAILED them. Firstly they claimed I hadn’t linked, so I sent them the screenshot prove from the time of sign up. Now they don’t know my email address despite us communicating via EMAIL! Will be escalating outside of OnePass today if not rectified, including reporting them to whistleblowers. Don’t reply and say email us because that’s already been attempted. I’m unable to speak on the phone so suggesting that is disability discrimination. I also want everything in writing for the court proceeding.

Bad system
I paid annual plan and I can’t even see any points in my account. It seems to be another legit ripoff company or system.
No benefits whatsoever. Don’t waste your time and money.
I’m canceling it now.

I hate going into shops, so i order 99% on line. One pass is awesome. So glad office works came on board. Hope others do as well.

Terrible postage
Great it is free delivery but takes weeks/months for delivery and delivery instructions never read by couriersplease. Even when requesting delivery to a business address and business hours written, will attempt deliver outside business hours. They will take package back and never notify you. If you don’t check the postage status and contact then, you will not get your package. I don’t think it is worth the free postage when you are not guaranteed delivery.
