Chester’s Monopoly Team do nothing
I’ve played this game for a few years, and it seems to be getting WORSE!, Whenever there’s team event, it is IMPOSSIBLE to win because you’re matched against low-level opponents that are cheating. I’ve reported and I’ve read so many people having these same issues.We all contact monopoly go support, but nothing ever gets done. My friends and I used to love playing but a lot of them have deleted the game now. It’s really gone down hill and it’s just not enjoyable anymore.

Full on a scam game
This game tries make you pay for events can’t pass. Gold cards impossible to get or trade. The higher level the more harder to build. Its a joke! My last time touching game was last decide to stop playing after seeing impossible to get the left over gold cards without out spending.

It’s Fun, BUT……
Look, this game is fun but it’s now turned into a game that only people who pay for things can win. There are way too many gold cards and they are impossible to get if you don’t pay for them. The developers will try and say that’s not true but unfortunately it is true. No matter what you do there are certain cards that seem to be kept back from those of us who don’t want to pay for extras. It just gets discouraging and I for one will be deleting the game, sadly. I know they won’t care because I’m sure there are enough people happy to pay for things. We can’t all afford that though.

monopoly is a very addictive game lol. but the further you go up the map, the more unrealistically expensive things get. this is understandable in itself, but it is pretty much impossible to get the money aside from using an extremely high multiplier while rolling!
my boards now cost around 100 billion to complete, but the daily prizes or cash rewards from the monopoly express/bank/literally any event are in the hundred thousands, though if you get really far, you might get only 5-10 billion. and thats only if you’re super lucky, which most people likely couldn’t be lol.
i think a fix would be adjusting the cash rewards to match the player’s net worth. a billion is undoubtedly a lot for someone really early in the game, but its not enough to purchase even a single landmark once you get higher up. please find a way to fix this as everything has gotten so much harder, and i have to save up for weeks to progress even three spots on the map🤦♀️
but aside from that, this game is so fun, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. especially with the new introduction of gochat, which makes events so much easier when you team up with strangers. the rewards just need a little adjusting.

So I started the game because I’m a huge monopoly fan and I thought that it would be some fun.
Spoiler alert! I deleted the game about 30 minutes after playing because it got boring and I read other reviews too. But even though I rated it a 1 star doesn’t mean it’s a bad game, it was just from my personal experience.

So I’m leading, claimed 39/40 prizes, was 26 min left of the cheap land purchase, 10 min on the bonus railway pickups, and the game has frozen again. I’ve got screenshots of the timers going down, about 3 hours till the event finishes, spent $150 plus and can’t play. It’s really frustrating that this is happening again and again. It’s too expensive for me to really continue. The morning bonuses don’t match how dear every thing is and the level I’m at. It’s still only 200 die when I complete another level, despite being well over 1000 levels. Disappointed

Kinda disappointed in the game I started playing as a long term monopoly lover hoping to be able to play a nostalgic game but no literally all you do it go around the board and collect money or sabotage other people’s boards you don’t gain nothing and if there’s events there’s really no point on counting on being involved in them because you literally need friends for nearly everything and if your someone like me that doesn’t really have friends it’s kinda a massive down fall you can’t complete or really progress with out having some sort of friends on there to be able to trade cards and unlock community chest some of the stickers because it’s randomised you constantly are stuck with duplicates and no “new” actual stickers it’s very disappointing not being able to complete anything in the game so if your looking for a game to waste time on and not gain no real progress go for it but your constantly waiting for extra dice at the best of times and when you do have them there’s not much to do in that span of time of you receiving them

What a punch in the face.
This game has the potential to have a better following, if it weren’t for the current systems it has.
Basically all the challenges require an unrealistic amount of time spent playing the game to earn rewards people should be proud of, and if not that then certain amounts of transactions just to cut time.
I only re downloaded this game because I am a huge fan of Harry Potter, and I wanted to obtain as many rewards as I could. But I started to realise every challenge was built around micro transactions and spending more just to get closer to your goals. I miss games where there was levels to your progress, where some unlockables were easier to obtain purely from just playing long enough - and some rare gear was slightly harder to obtain which separated the casual players from the real players. But everything about this game was hard if you didn’t pay to keep playing and that takes the joy out of challenging other people who may have bought their way up in the ladder. Now the update has passed and it still bugs me that some people can never have enough when it comes to bringing a fan base together.

Waste of time
Monopoly Go is genuinely one of the most frustratingly designed mobile games out there, and it feels less like a game and more like a carefully engineered trap to drain your time, patience, and money. What starts off looking like a casual, nostalgic take on a classic board game quickly devolves into a grind-heavy, luck-based slog where progress is constantly throttled unless you either wait unreasonable amounts of time or cave in and spend real cash. The dice system pretends to be random but somehow always seems to run dry at the worst possible moments, forcing you to stop playing right when you’re engaged, while the in game events feel aggressively tuned to reward whales and punish everyone else. Add to that the constant pop-ups, manipulative “limited-time” offers, and social mechanics that encourage sabotaging friends for marginal gains, and the whole experience starts to feel predatory rather than fun. Even building and upgrading landmarks, which should be satisfying, becomes repetitive and hollow because it’s all just in service of unlocking the next paywall. Instead of strategy or meaningful choice, Monopoly Go relies almost entirely on RNG and psychological pressure, stripping away what made Monopoly enjoyable in the first place and replacing it with an endless loop of irritation, artificial scarcity, and monetisation tactics that make you wonder if the game actually wants you to enjoy it at all.

False advertising! This isn’t a game, this is a micro-transaction digital farm. If you enjoy an app you can pour your money endless into without any digital reward or visual satisfaction, if you run out of dice rolls you’ll be show 4 in app pop ups to purchase rolls every single time! Every pop up to buy a dice roll has a different location for the exit tab making it difficult to ignore.
Ads for this game say you will receive free cosmetic add ons for ad download (a dobby shield) however this is false advertising. Trying to contract this company will have no effect since the “customer service support” is an automated bot who can’t help, if you ask for a person the bot will no longer respond and you will be ignored.
If you’re still reading this far i highly recommend staying away from this app for yourself or children.

Poor transparency and misleading for paying players
I am a new player who started the game recently. I spent real money in Monopoly GO based on in-game progression that appeared permanent, specifically increased roll capacity and regeneration tied to net worth. At no point was it disclosed that this was a temporary test. Only after I invested money to finally reach those higher levels did the feature suddenly get removed without warning.
Customer support’s response was extremely disappointing. They claim players “lost nothing” because we temporarily benefited, completely ignoring the fact that spending decisions were made under unclear and misleading information. No accountability, no compensation and no acknowledgment that this lack of transparency is unfair to paying players.
If features that directly influence spending can be silently removed, it makes it very hard to trust the game. I won’t be spending again unless communication and player respect improve.

No longer fun
I have been playing this game for quite a few years now, I’ve had some great seasons and not so great seasons, now it’s just boring, everything is unachievable, I have not completed an album for the last 4 seasons and sometimes it’s just one gold card needed, you can say that there are many ways to get the wild card to complete your album but this is only done by spending real money however once you spend even the smallest amount of money in your game the algorithm changes and you will never complete anything ever again without spending real money! They make sure you're almost there and then your game won’t land on anything worthy to meet the requirements needed to achieve the outcome. Also the higher level up you go the worse your game gets, it takes around 8 hours to get 400 dice to play and the highest bet is 20 dice at a time, and you won’t land on anything relevant until you get down to your last 100 dice because they want you to spend money, for a great game I don't mind spending a bit here and there but even when you do spend money here you can still come up short of achieving that goal. A great game allows you to at least achieve some of the quests/side games etc but to not be able to reach the end of any of these is just ludicrous. My advice either don’t play it or if you do, dont spend real money on this game, I know several people who have not spent a cent on this game and they can get their dice in the thousands. One more season for me and if that season is the same then good bye forever MonopolyGO because life is far more exciting than your now boring game. The only reason I’m staying for the next season is because it’s Harry Potter and I want to see what the new stickers look like.

If you just like the simplicity of rolling dice and completing boards, this is the game for you. If you enjoy special events, finishing sticker albums for rewards, or competing against others in a fair manner— look for a different game. You’ll spend days trying to complete sticker sets only to get gold locked for specific stickers that you can’t trade. A lot of the events are team based, and yet, the game doesn’t give a an option to chat with your team or engage with them so you don’t know what to contribute. Events are getting harder to complete unless you pay real money for dice and hoping your team will do the same. Scopely is renowned for not listening to their players and using tactics to encourage spending money in order to complete events that should otherwise be part of a fun game. I understand paying money if you want to complete a board or event quickly, or place first. I don’t understand why I HAVE to spend money in order to have a slight chance at progression in a normal game event. Do better.

Make completing the sticker albums easier
While the game is great and i do enjoy playing it, I don’t enjoy how hard it id to complete sticker albums, I can go through the entire thing without seeing some stickers while I can get upwards of 12 of one that I already have and even spending ridiculous amounts of money doesn’t guarantee that you’ll get the stickers you need.
It’d be great if trading the gold stickers was less restrictive as they’re some of the hardest obtain outside trading and maybe instead of just putting stars towards vaults that are likely to give out even more doubles. Let people put starts towards obtaining a card their missing as the wild cards and the white card packs aren’t easy to get a hold of

From Fun to Frustrating
I’ve been playing Monopoly Go for a few months and genuinely enjoyed it. I had a nice routine, jumping in morning and night when my rolls had regenerated. I’d usually see around $100 million taken from my bank each session and max out at four shutdown attempts, which felt manageable and fair.
But something’s changed this week, and not for the better. Suddenly, it feels like there’s a target on my back. In just two days, over $400 million was wiped from my bank, and the shutdowns have doubled. Every time I log in, multiple buildings are smashed (sometimes five in a row), and my progress is constantly being undone.
Before this, my bank balance had been fairly stable for a month. Now, it’s plummeting for no clear reason, and the game feels like it’s pushing me to buy rolls just to keep up. What used to be a fun, low-pressure way to unwind has become frustrating and stressful. It’s like I’m stuck in a downward cycle I can’t get out of, and that’s not fun at all.

I’ve been playing this game for a while and have never noticed an issue. I was playing a side challenge and won some dice that were no added to my account. I messaged support about this and the lady I had was extremely rude, she told me that the winnings were added to my account however with my own eyes I could see that they weren’t, I expressed this to her and she told me that my account was showing that they were added and then she ended the conversation without another word. I expected more from this game, I have no reason to lie and go to the extent of arguing with these people when I’m not short on dice. I will never spend money on the app ever again and I suggest you don’t either because when it comes time for them to support you, they won’t and they will lie about it.

Not happy
#1…..If Mr Monopoly Go doesn’t start giving us the cards we need, this game will go to the dogs, we are getting sick and tired of duplicate stickers all the time. How’s anyone supposed to complete an album when all we get is duplicate stickers every time, it’s BS. If it wasn’t for us players, Monopoly Go wouldn’t exist, our in-app purchases pay your wages.
#2 They are our stickers that we all worked hard for, we should be allowed to trade any gold sticker we want, not what you guys decide on .
#3, we should be entitled to a Super mega blitz so we can trade any 4 or 5 star gold card we want. After all. They are our stickers and we should be able to trade all of them. Not just 2. All of them

Glitching
Hi sometimes I have noticed this happening that I am not getting the prizes I win and the app is glitching as just now I got 12 pick axes in the tournament however I did not get the prize this is really frustrating, this has happened with dice at times too for example once in the peg-e prize drop I saved up my chips and used them all however when I exited the pege I didn’t get my 700 dice. I don’t know if it is just a problem on my end or an app problem it would be really great if you can fix this. I have tried going out of the app and coming back in but have still not gotten the prize. Please fix this. It is frustrating. I really liked this game so this is a shame that this is happening.

Great for a while then very frustrating.
This game is here for a good time not a long time. Loved this game for a while, I would hop on everyday and it was nice because it didn’t really require thinking. It’s great at first and you’re able to achieve the goals but then they stop you. For example, the daily wins with the sticker pack at the end of the week that allows you to achieve other challenges, I used to get that without fail every week then all of a sudden, I can never get it as they stop giving the active friend bonuses you need from the chest to win. I reported this issue multiple times but I’m always told it’s not happening evening though I have attached screen shots. If you want to play for a little while, it’s a bit of fun but after a while you cannot complete most challenges and what you need to including the sticker albums. You can just hop around and accumulate buildings which is only entertaining for a short while.

Landscape mode for iPads!
Would be so much better and easier to play the game in landscape mode on an iPad instead of portrait mode. It should automatically pick what viewing modes you are playing on depending upon your device you are using. If you are using an iPhone then it will stay in portrait mode but if you are using an iPad you should be able to play it in landscape mode too as when you are using an iPad it’s so much better using it in landscape mode instead of portrait mode! Because you’d have more viewing experience on the iPad in landscape mode because portrait mode only allows you to view a small amount of the screen where with landscape mode gives you more screen space and that’s why everything is better in landscape mode on iPad devices!

Was really enjoying this game, until it was ruined by the last update
I have been playing this game for over 9 months and was loving it, played every day, sometimes for hours and I really enjoyed the variety of events and competitions. However, the last update has ruined play for so many (check out the Reddit comments, many many unhappy people). The developers have made it almost impossible to get ahead in the game now, as the more money you have earned, the more is stolen from you. How is that fair that you work hard in the game to build a bank balance and it is all taken. Worse than that is the money is likely not actually going to the players the game claims is stealing it in bank heists. The game told me my husband stole almost 700 billion from me and it came out of my balance, but he did not get that money! Not happy at all as that is completely dishonest. Such a shame the developers have taken this path. Looks like I am deleting and finding a different game to play. I no longer recommend this game. Put your time and energy into a game that doesn’t punish you for playing well.

Bugs to be fixed and suggestions to add to game
To the developers, I have come across a bug in the game. Sometimes when I land on a railway the token doesn’t do a flip or bigger jumps and it just lands and stops immediately. Also, I have an Idea for a sticker album. Maybe do Harry Potter if you haven’t already? P.S. to other people reading this review I asked my mum to download this game and I really enjoy it! The only problem (other than that bug) is that I haven’t come across any players who seem like they’re my age. I’m eleven and I have asked two friends to try it. One of them said they don’t want to and the other isn’t allowed because of so much storage space taken up. So to any parents reading this, I recommend the game to you and your children! Fun for all ages.

Rewards don’t match play
Totally agree with Laura.. the more you play the more expensive the landmarks get but your daily rewards are the same? If you log in each day there should be more rewards and a monthly reward.. it’s almost impossible to complete the full sticker packs each time, even swapping with friends..I love the game but have also had to purchase to complete … there should be more rewards and make it easier to swap stickers within the game, nir on Facebook or Tik Tok!! It’s a nightmare and people try to sell them to you…I’m at level 229 and even when the board is finished I still only get 110 dice? You should get more as u get higher up !
The bank of monopoly is awesome! But it should be available for everyone.. both my son and I have this, but my daughter who is ahead at over 150 dosent . I’ve read it’s a trial and I love it!! Make it for everyone!

No longer fun. Unachievable levels.
This game “business model” no longer works. Monopoly Go is not fun anymore. There are many unachievable Gold stickers that you cannot buy, win or trade for. This means you cannot progress. Normal games have goals and ways to level up, Monopoly have removed that option now by having multiple stickers not available so it’s impossible to do anything except spend money and tread water in a stalemate. When you build games, you keep your customers by enticing them. Monopoly have removed that enticement to continue now. You cannot trade. You cannot build dice as you cannot complete any sets. This iteration of Monopoly is not sustainable. It’s a shame as it used to be fun. Now dig events have been extended from 20-25 levels. Again, not achievable. Biggest problem is if you live outside of the USA. All events close out at US times. In Australia that is around 3-4am. You cannot compete unless you are a night owl. I used to set my alarm just to wake up to be competitive- THAT is the dedicated customer you have now lost. What a shame greed occurs. Your profits are commendable and well deserved, but that will dwindle now as your game is less and less playable except by those with multiple accounts and people selling stickers for cash. Cheaters paying to have their friends lists completed. People using airplane mode. Those losing out are honest players. Anyway just wanted to give my input before I left. Don’t play this game!

Scam Heaven
I have been playing MoGo for a while now, and they keep changing the rules so that you win less and less. It’s basically a wrought to get you to pay for the game. When you need to land on corners for an event, you can’t. But strangely, when you don’t need corners, you land on them all the time. The number of dupes you get of stickers is insane, and you cannot get the one you need to finish a set. Any boost, like High Roller, that can help you finish the top event, where you can get the higher value packs, they have taken away. PegE is now super hard to finish. You used to get a sticker pack in quick wins, now you don’t. The chance of winning Community chest is terribly low. There are no wild cards in sight anymore and now they have taken away the measly 5 minute HR from the tournament. If you try to contact Customer Service, cause the game ripped you off rewards, they just take it on as feedback. Head onto instagram, facebook etc and the scammers to defraud you are everywhere. The admins for the groups dont care either. This game is basically a casino, where you will not beat the house. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The Game is Terrible
I downloaded this game hoping I’d get a brilliant experience on monopoly and a fun time, the game is the opposite. My whole experience with the game has been clicking a button to land on property I didn’t have control over buying, earning money, and then hoping off the board and into cities? I was buying and upgrading landmarks in a game based off of a competitive, fun social board game! This can’t even be called monopoly when the board game and this game has little to no similarities in the gameplay. The only thing that was the same was the board! Being honest it was more like a slots game than monopoly!
This is a terrible game and I highly recommend not to purchase any of the in game deals. It’s nothing like the fun, thrilling experience I was tricked into think it was and is no where near as fun as the board game. If I could give this a 0 out of 5 I would!

I started playing this game 1 year ago today!
I absolutely loved this game, found it challenging, exiting to gift and trade stickers! This game had it all! Made some wonderful friends along the way from all over the world! It was everything I needed at that point in my life. Unfortunately I don’t feel the same way about this game as I first did! Unfortunately all the new updates and changing of vaults! I don’t think these changes where necessary. I feel you did these changes to support yourself and not the general public who play this game! Unfortunately if you keep taking away all the aspects of the game we love you will have no people left to make money off! I was more inclined to spend money when I enjoyed the game but as of today! I will no longer spend money on a game I do not enjoy. Taking away token prizes at the end of an event was the last straw for me! Have a nice day and please continue to destroy your game! We will move on and find a million games better and worth our money.

Lowest effort grift or high art satire??
Another transparent anti-skill based pay-to-play dopamine machine that leverages unsupervised infants whose parents have emotionally checked out or the recently lobotomised—but Monopoly edition! Slap a familiar IP on an old grift and, voila, you got something new. At some point in this “game” you’re “rewarded” by having your one paltry contribution and “task”, repeatedly pressing a button, set to auto roll! Yay! It’s actually kind of hilarious how ungratifying it is as you passively bounce around the board, triggering an empty parade of animations and lights and sounds, inevitably arriving at an undeserved victory that comes as a surprise to no one. Enter the mid simulacrum of victory, where you may never truly win but you will also never lose. I’d say Monopoly, what happened?? But the irony of the name is not lost on me. Which leads me to believe that the devs must be secret Bolsheviks and actually designed this as a satire of capitalism and its corrosive affect on gaming. Either 1 or 5 stars depending on confirmation of the last sentence.

Partner Event Glitch
Up until recently the monopoly go game was fun and challenging. Over the past 2 months the algorithms have changed and have made the game extremely hard to the point where people feel compelled to spend money on coins/dice. The risk vs reward isn’t at the same level that it was previously.
The latest partner event had major issues and after numerous in game chats/complaints this wasn’t resolved causing in loss of money and time. Not only were mine and many 1000’s of complaints made, they tried to put a band aid solution on it by gifting some dice that was nowhere near the amount that the large majority of people had lost due to the error.
The event should have been stopped/reset until the issue was resolved and all dice returned to the players and no compensation would have been required. They handled this poorly and after many auto generated responses from the in game chat and going around in circles, they have created hundreds of thousands of frustrated customers.
Won’t not recommend this game in its current state.

MY ACCOUNT IS HACKED!!!!
My monopoly go account has been getting hacked for MONTHS! I have changed my Facebook password 22 times, my email 8 times, I have two way authentication turned on and I have even deactivated my Facebook account to prevent it and still continues to get hacked. I have never given out my Facebook information, E.V.E.R. I have lost over 22,000 dice in the process as the hacker has used all of this, multiple 4 & 5 star cards because the hacker keeps sending them to herself.
Customer service won’t do anything to help me with this, it has been on going for MONTHS! So I pretty much allow the hacker to keep accessing my game to use all of my dice and to send her my cards, or lose alll my progress and make a new account!!!!! I went through my bank statements and I have literally spent over $3000 of real LIFE money on this game and it’s quite disheartening and a joke that I’m told customer service can’t do a single thing.

Game play and customer support
Fun to play, good pass time. However, recently with the partners event glitch and wasting countless dices and drums to only get poor spins for the points, putting in triple the amount you normally would for the partners points to not line up! My partners says I have put in over 50k into the event which inturn closed theirs so they were unable to put any more in, for on mine says I have only put in 40k points so I’m still unable to collect the rewards!!!!
Try speaking to customer service about the issue and the only response I get is “we know there’s a issue we hope to see you back on the board, issues been resolved” with no resolution on my game and they close the chat. Contact them again due to seeing hundreds of people getting different amounts of “compensation” show up on their games but not mine or other players. No response STILL not even from a bot!
Completely dissatisfied with Mr Monopoly with how this has been handled! Not to mention over the past 3-6 months I have witnessed the game changing in a way that even the people who pay can not finish the quest or albums due to the amount of gold dupes and not enough golden blitz for trading!

Just a review
This game is lovely it’s fun sometimes frustrating and addicting. When I first started to play the game it was boring but then the cards!!! It was fun now because you can trade cards through Facebook or this new app sticker go! And there are some great updates to the game like there is a wild card that lets you choose any card you don’t have (it used to be a card pack where you got a random new card). But there are some downsides to the game like they got rid of the wild then brought it back it was confusing. You can also exchange cards now so hopefully no scamming when doing trades. But overall the game is a great thing to pass time when you’re bored or when you want to play a game and it’s happy and family friendly. So if you're looking for a game this might just be the one.

Wow better than the original much better.
Best game of monopoly Go is amazingly really great fun and this version's monopoly, makes me think that we have missed out as kids. Compare to the old board game this new version has so many levels and ways to add your towards own capand take from your opponents and the heist brilliant idea with it paying for all my building costs and great concept replaces the emphasis on community building than one’s own houses and hotels, creating wealth through building community structures. Great job. I’ve very rarely given reviews but this I have to give 5 stars. Play the game and you’ll see why. Cheers

It was a good run!
It’s a really good game, as you win so much in such a short amount of time, especially in the beginning but the longer you play it the harder it becomes, you can barely afford to build, you lose your dice quickly, you get too many duplicates of the same stickers almost making it impossible to complete the sets let alone the album. There are many gold cards and you can only trade them during a golden blitz if the card is even selected that you require and they seldomly happen. So you’re left stuck between paying a fair amount of money at only the possibility of obtaining the sticker you need. But no guaranteed, I think after this album is done I will be deleting the game unfortunately.

Glitches and goes nowhere! Annoying Pop up ads
The game isn’t live as you battle your mates, and the boards read different. You think you are beating your friends, but if they are live it’s delayed. No one wins, as you attack it looks like you have knocked down their buildings , their board says it hasn’t. Also in many occasions I never received money rewards after winning certain things, it just disappeared. The clincher is the dumb ads pop ups to buy this and that really annoys me. After enjoying the game for a fair while putting up with these glitches, I decided it just doesn’t go anywhere so I deleted it. After this they took two payments for in app purchases ? Apple didn’t give a rip. Apple are just as greedy! I questioned them twice! How do I buy something when I didn’t even have the game app in my phone? The game just tempts you and not many get the big rewards as it very rigged. Its all about getting money off you in in app purchases . Some days you just cannot play as you get hardly any dice.

Deserves no stars and my old review is gone
Game needs to be removed from the App store. It’s the biggest scam. All rolls are pre determined to avoid anything worth winning. It’ll drip feed you and lead you on. Then screw you over. Don’t every spend money on this it’s the biggest rip off scam please. Stop funding this type of game. It’s a joke. I experience more frustration then enjoyment from this game. This game is horrible. The constant pushing advertisements in your face, the fact you can buy money and people can steal that. (Mainly bots) games s straight up joke. Hard as to get rewards unless you buy dice. Even then they thankyou and just take all your rolls from you by landing you on nothing worth landing on. Till you run out. I hate this game. It’s never gonna be worth it. Sticker and tournaments
Love playing monopoly but I wish they would increase the amount of trade you can do from 5 to 10 and when the do golden bliz do a all gold not selected cards. With the tournament reduce the amount of points to get as it hard to compete 30 I struggling to get 20 and the same with the daily 2 day event it’s hard to get the extra awards in 10 or 17mins to get 500 or 700 points trying to land on tax tiles. I’ve never be able to complete either of them. Also can you add something like if you collect reward diamonds without needing to spend any more you can use them to get more dices with so many diamonds points.

This is a money making enterprise masked as the game of your childhood
While the game is fun, addictive even, at first, that only lasts a few weeks. Then you get to a level where you have to purchase dice to make any progress in the game.. Rewards for tournaments or events are given late if given at all. There are continual glitches or errors which can see a player lose dice, or money, or points in the tournaments. There are also issues with in app purchases which see you either charged for purchases that don’t go through or double charged for a single purchase, with no Avenue for reimbursement.
The social groups organised to trade stickers in the game (even the official ones, gained) are rife with scammers or greedy collectors who make it difficult for the average player to safely make reasonable trades. The admin/moderators are either not equipped or interested in dealing with the real scammers or rule breakers and seem to remove any post that highlights it might be a problem.

Terrible Support and Still Waiting for Rewards
Yes it was fun when I started and I joined a good WhatsApp group - as time when on I kept having rewards go missing, stickers not hitting my albums, money won not hitting my bank and with the new game rewards not showing to compete toys some 15,000 all up. I have sent at least 6 messages explaining all these issues and NO one has taken the time to get back to me. But they never have any issues when they take my money to buy dice. Please take some accountability and get back to me so we can resolve the many issues I have had as I am not the only player who has consistently messaged support and has never had ANY response and still waiting for our rewards to be delivered. Let’s see how long this takes for a response if any 🤷♀️

It got absolutely ridiculous
I use to love playing this game because it seemed like you were always winning or at least had good chances to win but the developers got greedy. The higher up you go the more impossible it becomes to enjoy the game. They expect you to buy stuff to get up and it just gets ridiculous after awhile. Don’t even get me started on the tiny prizes and the sticker albums!!! You will get a million duplicates of regular cards AND GOLD CARDS that you don’t need or can’t trade. Yes, they make gold cards you can’t trade and give you 100 of them for no reason. The season I’m on now has the smallest amount of dice as a prize for completing a sticker pack which makes it almost impossible and not worth it to play. My friend, my cousin and my partner use to love playing and we all quit when the new season came because we weren’t getting anywhere and it got boring. So disappointing because we once enjoyed it. Everyone seems to be doing the same though it’s just now it use to be. You’d think they would change up after all the complaints they get but they thrive off those who are addicted and spend ridiculous amounts of money. NOT WORTH IT DON’T BOTHER

Turned into a scam
I used to really love this game until the Devs got greedy. I’ve had multiple amounts of money taken from my account, that I haven’t purchased. Contacted the app and was told to contact Apple, I’ve invited multiple people to play the game through Facebook (real accounts and real players) and didn’t get any dice reward. It’s way to hard to get dice without paying, the constant pop ups to pay and everything is extremely overpriced for what you get. The new cards are way to hard to complete sets, you can’t even get a one star new gold card. But get in every set no matter if you’ve won, traded stars, the house set wheel spin. All the same cards and nothing new. I have no clue what to do to even attempt to get a five star card considering I’ve won plenty of challenges and still didn’t get them. You don’t even get nearly enough rolls to play especially being on higher boards. It’s completely centred around paying, it’s turned into such a greedy game and it’s not worth playing anymore. If you go look in the Facebook groups multiple other people have been charged including four of my friends that I’ve asked who didn’t buy anything.

Suggestions
Great game, got me hooked. Sucked my friends and family in as well. Only issues is that I’ve come across is that they need to scale rewards for completing boards to the level you’re on. As you progress 50 rolls barely scratches the surface of what you need. Also the wheel boost for completing sets also needs scaling, spending soooo much in game money to potentially be rewarded with 5 rolls or green sticker pack is almost insulting. I know these changes would move away from the Pay to Win Model in place but it might help retain players for the long term. Another suggestion would be to implement some sort of actual trading system where both parties must agree before stickers are sent. To prevent people being scammed out of stickers by sending first. Also adding in the ability to send rolls / money could be a good idea, so friends can help friends better. Again I know that might not work with the pay to win model. But merely some food for thought.

Changes made!
I wrote a review here a little while back explaining the issues I had, but as of the last update a lot has been changed! My main gripe was with the overly long animations that could not be skipped, but they have upped the speed of basically every animation, added skipping to a lot of them with a tap, and cut down on the time between rolls, greatly improving the feel and flow of the game. Allowing card pack opening to be skipped just with a tap instead of having to wait for the tiny skip button is a great addition too.
The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is still the amount of pop-ups to spend real money that plague a lot of the game time. We don’t need to see the same ‘buy more rolls’ and ‘invite your friends’ every time we finish our rolls, once is more than enough. I am still greatly appreciative of the changes they have made and hope this trajectory of improvement continues.

It’s good but frustrating
I really enjoy the game, and look forward to playing it each day. What I don’t enjoy is that it is becoming unrealistic to complete things. The higher up the boards you go the more expensive it becomes. Which is understandable but the daily rewards don’t match that. If I log in to get the daily rewards the most I can get is 100 die at the end of the week. That doesn’t go far. Before I could upgrade a board with around 1 billion now it takes around 5. Yet they daily prizes are only in the hundred thousands, it’s barely enough to upgrade.
People say they can complete sticker packs without purchasing die. Yet, this time around I have purchased and still need 3 stickers to compete and with 6 days to go I doubt I’ll get it.
If the multiplier is on, it would be nice if the game matched that ie multiply the sticker by the multiplier. To give people more of a chance. So if there is 6 stickers in a pack and you have 5 multiples times that by 6.
We should be able to trade the gold star stickers. There should be an option to purchase sticker packs with the money you win, like the board upgrades.
Instead of the weekly rewards, why can’t you make a monthly one, where if you check in each day the reward are more likely to increase.
The daily tasks, why can’t there be better rewards to match the levels you are in. Some days I get 15 die, or one sticker.
It’s like the game is designed to solely spend money to get anywhere. Yet the games is very addictive to play.

Love Hate relationship
I love the game and play it often throughout the day. I do find it to be a bit glitchy, plus I bought two packs that stated it came with 80 dice plus 5% more and it only came with the 180 nothing more. Then I purchased the pack that came with 425 dice with 40% more and once again no extras. I found this to be disappointing, especially since I had purchased the smallest package of 30 with a bonus 50 dice and that worked. Mr. M you owe me dice!!
It’s hard to earn dice, harder to get 5 star cards and the gold cards.
The gaming community is cool as most will help you with trades. Graphics and tournaments are good as well. Love the Peg-E game. If you fix the dice issue that I purchased then I will change my star rating from a two to a four.

Great game
Monopoly go is a great game. I got the game because all my friends were playing and I wanted to see what the hype was about. I instantly got addicted to the game. I was having lots of fun and wanted to play with my friends but every time I would put in my phone number it would say that it was invalid. I have come to the conclusion that the reason it was saying in valid is because every time I would click on Australia region in the game then type in my phone number it would change it to cocos islands which is also 61 like australia and would say invalid. I don’t know how to fix this or any workarounds. It would be very nice if u could fix this or tell me how to do it if I’m doing it wrong.

You get into it and then an offer comes up when ur out of rolls and you think hmm should I?coz u just want to keep playing! Lol but overall I enjoy playing it free. Minimal ads, playing free I feel is better then paying for advantages , I’d rather play free and that achievement feeling is greater . I do recommend . It’s even more fun if u connect it to Facebook and ur contacts it’s more fun if you play with others who are playing but don’t worry you can play alone with people around the world and anyone u send the app to will sign up anyway! Great game - Wish all rewards would scale with levels
Love the game have been playing it for months now! Just one thing that constantly frustrates me is the lack of scaling rewards when your getting up to higher levels. For example the colour set complete awards in which you get to spin a wheel. When your getting up into the higher levels to upgrade a full board is around 700 million $ and the rewards are still set for someone who has a level 10 board. For example spinning to land on 5 rolls, and for cash either 1.6 million $ or 4 million $ if your lucky. Not a big deal just thought it would be good for the developers to know how a higher level player might feel while playing the game. Same goes for the daily chest rewards in which when they have a present you can land on and still might only get 300,000 which in reality is not benefiting you in the slightest as a passing go on my board is around 1.5 million $. A great game to pass the time and you can apply some strategy but mainly just luck.

Overall review
The game is addictive, but, there is way too much advertising, that much that it can get in the way and hinder your experience playing the game. You will be lucky to get on a winning streak, and even luckier to make it last more then 2-3 minutes.
You have sticker trading platforms on Facebook (you collect stickers by playing the game, every sticker is an addition to a sticker album, where, once completed, you win big prizes in the game. You barely ever get the stickers you need anyway.), but I wouldn’t bother, as most people on Facebook are greedy and will either try to scam you for your stickers or they won’t reply to you at all.
When it comes to dice rolls in the game, you will barely ever land where you hope to. Usually you will find yourself landing a tile or two either side of where want to be, like I said earlier you will be extremely lucky to get anywhere in this game (at a very slow pace might I add). Funny enough, most of the time when you are about to hit a milestone, such as levelling up or having enough cash to upgrade a building, you will conveniently run out of dice and have to wait an hour for more dice to roll. It almost seems like there is some sort of algorithm that keeps players from advancing. I’m sure if you buy into the excessive advertising it will favour you more, but I was never that interested to find out.
I recommend the game if you like waiting, and waiting, and waiting a bit more to play a game, but unfortunately it wasn’t for me. Definitely don’t download if you easily become agitated.

Monopoly go’s flaws
It’s a great game to play especially against friends and family which makes the competition and the game more addictive however there are some issues as the game lags a lot and there are time where people can just rob large sums of money out of no where which makes no sense. For example, I had around 860,760,500 of the money inside my bank fro playing continuously and I just logged back in to see a random play robbing my entire bank out of no where when I can’t even rob someone that much. There’s also the problems with pricing when it comes to store deals which are far too expensive and should definitely not be that high some of the prices shouldn’t even be there and honestly makes you wanna quit at most parts. So someone should fix that. I know better games with reasonable prices for in-game purchase that mama it better and more addictive than this game

Be warned
I started playing this game not long ago and quite enjoyed it. I made a few purchases and was happy with what I received. Forward to a few days ago went checked my games account and yes confirmed I had sufficient funds to make another purchase, BAM declined. After some careful investigation and a call to my bank I discovered that there was a fair amount owed in transactions to the app. These transactions had not come out as requested rather the app developer tried to take them as a whole rather than each time. I keep very careful records of what I spend in my game transactions so i knew the amount being charged was not right. I looked further into each transaction and discovered there are 3 transactions that I did not make yet have been charged for. Discovering this I firt tried to approach the app themselves but received NO response at all so went directly to apple. I was honest and stated I made this this and this purchase but i am disputing this this and this transaction. I was advised to give this refund request 48 hrs to resolve and not even 24 hrs i was given the result of NO refund. I have appealed this decision but dont feel it will be resolved. I did not authorise 3 transactions that i was charged for so infact these transactions are fraudulent. I will have no choice but contact my bank if this appeal is denied. Sadly I have also removed this app and no longer play it. Be very careful with any and all app purchases from this game.

Need better ways for Rolls
It's a fun game, I've been playing for about a month now. Everything is awesome about the game except that you have to purchase Dice Rolls or wait it out. Although I do enjoy no ads in the game I feel as if there should be an option to at least watch a video or do a little side quest to earn more dice to keep people who play this game a bit more active - it's a bit tedious waiting an hour for more rolls to come through. Another point is that the buildings are so expensive when you keep leveling up and using the multipliers to earn double the money but losing double the rolls is also a bit how ya going. Still a great game to play but should just put in other alternatives for Dice Rolls besides a million offers to "purchase" the Dice.
Also, take away the bots from the game. It's not fun when you have to race against bots in the daily challenges and can never hit close to first place.

Egregious Pay 2 Win Scheme
The satisfying monopoly loop around the board collecting rent from properties is what you want out of a game like this, and when you have that for 5 minutes at a time (because the devs have implemented limited rolls) there’s a decent product here. That’s it though, it wouldn’t be so bad if it didn’t insist on popups shoving actual reasons to play the game behind a paywall once those 5 minutes are gone.
I have no reason to keep playing a game where the only effective way to make in-game money, is to empty my wallet to a corporation. A quick monopoly game is a cool idea, but it is executed in the most fiendishly scummy capitalist shill of a ‘game.’
I want to enjoy this game, the core loop is there, if you want people to whale on a game, power to you, but you have to have some semblance of remotely enjoyable (even if limited) Free 2 Play experience.

Great game but let down by in your face pop ups
I would 100% give this game 5 stars, it’s extremely fun but i’m honestly considering not playing it anymore and deleting it. Everytime you open the app you get greeted by the daily monetary offer. And then the next daily monetary offer. And then the weekly monetary offer. Then todays special board modifier. Not all at once but instead it’s one after another.
And then you get the SAME pop ups when you run out of rolls for 3x rolls. Then you down the multiplier to 2x and get the SAME pop ups again once you don’t have enough rolls for 2x. Just put them in the notifications section or make a new section for it because as far as i’m concerned that’s what’s holding this game back from really going mainstream.
