Total Waste of Time

I tried to know avail on several occasions to submit an application. I could never complete the application. The app always locked but I got consistent phone calls to remind me to complete my application. I told the lady that I couldn’t do it through the app she had bad English and she just kept telling me to go to the app or try through the website and neither of them worked so disappointing!

Terrible app! Need to be able to login via a browser, it’s so unreliable and the support staff do not seem to know their own product.

The app continuously crashes with the only fix being to uninstall/reinstall. From blank screens to a frozen sign in page.

It’s rather frustrating as you can only check balances via app no option for online banking etc.

Would never recommend.

I’m beyond mad and feeling like my privacy has been invaded. I missed my 4th payment and couldn’t access through the app to manually process it. After awhile I honestly forgot about it. Wizit never exhausted all options to contact me (Letter in the mail, debt collection etc) and took it upon themselves to call my workplace and contact my boss. Honestly this was my fault as I missed their unknown numbered calls (never received a voicemail either). This should never have happened and was hard to explain to my boss why they were contacted. When contacting them regarding this they showed no remorse and justified their actions, even where giving them feedback on other methods to contact other customers in the future before going to such extremes. I closed my account on the spot. I feel so violated.

A great concept

The application process is simple and the customer service provided by the friendly team is excellent. However, the inconvenience arises when it takes a week to clear repayments and the App has glitches, making it difficult to make payments. It would be greatly appreciated if this issue could be resolved promptly. Apart from that, I thoroughly enjoy using it.

No Up Bank Support

Did a credit check landed me at the upload banking page Up is there but doesn’t work. Customer care said was a known problem but they’re able to assist more. Thanks for the credit check in my file now but no product.

Poor service

Got an email saying to try the new app as I am an existing customer. Downloaded the app, signed it and then it said on hold and to call.

Called the call centre and was advised that they couldn’t give an exact reason as to why it was on hold. Asked how to resolve this and again not given any indication on how I could.

Great way to advertise a new product!
