A Check-in App that makes it easy to track the safe return of people from events, activities or transport

Super fast digital check in with QR codes, NFC tags or Web links.

Free for events with up to 20 participants.

Ditch the paper checklists and sign on sheets when you’re responsible for people at an event, activity or on transport.

It’s all done on your phone, and multi user App access allows everyone in your team to check people in and out or to monitor the activity.

Inosscan isn’t tied to an expensive Event Management System, it’s self contained and everything is done in the App.

Inosscan is the easiest way to keep track of a large group of children during an outing.

You use your phone to check/scan people on and off transport or in and out of a venue. You always know who you’re waiting for when it's time to go.

Import your people using a CSV file so there’s no need to manually enter everyone into your phone.

Check in and check out can be done using any combination of:

- Scanning NFC tags on your phone

- Scanning QR codes on your phone

- Sending your event participants check in links for use on their devices

- Manual - selecting manual check in from the menu for your event participants

NFC tags come in various forms including wrist bands, discs and stickers.

QR codes are assigned to an individual and can be shown by them on a mobile device or on printed stickers or name tags. QR Codes are generated directly by the app and can be exported to PDF for printing on labels, stickers or name tags.

Check in links can be sent directly to people allowing them to check in using their mobile device.

Windsurfer sign on

Just used the wristbands for sign on/off for race sessions at the Australian Windsurfer Championships. Worked perfectly, easily understood by sailors, kept track of where everyone was throughout the event.
