Worst fin app

It’s quite astonishing that in this day and age that an app can be so bad. It rarely displays accurate account information, daily updates are days behind and the newest problem is that it’s hallucinating. Which means it is showing account fee information that is wildly wrong - like ‘000s of dollars wrong. Hardly inspiring confidence.

Ok

It gives access to basic account details. Fine, that’s all I want. But there is no option to set a quick-access pin, so it requires a full password log in each time you want to access any info. Please fix this!

Frustrating

This app is so frustrating, if you login on your phone it will go through the two factor password stuff and then ask if you want facial recognition set up. Even though you tell it yes, if you next login on a different device, it will make you go through the whole procedure again. If you then log back in again on your phone it will forget that you have facial recognition turned on. Do the developers of this app not understand that people use multiple devices to use their app. Considering the amount CFS charge they should be able to fix this app. Not happy Jan.

Simple and easy

The app makes it simple and easy to check in on my Super account and get key information.

Waste of time

This app is one of the worst apps available, if your interested in what’s happening with you super don’t rely on this tool. The app fails to load or simply locks you out, total waste of time. Question to the developer, why does the new version with update suddenly loose the ability for facial recognition???????????? Many other users are have the same issues, why have you not got this sorted?

No FaceID support

The updated app does support faceID …. Bring back the old version!!

Waste of Time

Might work for a while then fails to load or not recognise security login (facial recognition/fingerprint). Extremely frustrating and for the amount of fees you pay Colonial First State you would expect a first rate App. This App is a frustrating waste of time.
