Buggy and a step backwards

The user experience in this app is abysmal compared to the first version. Activating lighting from Siri and shortcuts works 1/3 of the time if that, and matter support is not yet enabled, despite that being the main point of the new app. The user interface is flashy and new, but is harder to navigate than version one. Updates please, and fast!!

Needs fixing

Won’t accept transfer code and won’t allow you to proceed any further. Deleted app and continue using old app till all glitches fixed.

Zero stars not possible

This “update” is full of bugs and constantly crashes. I actually ended up spending $50 on a remote so that I don’t have to even open the app. Some of the many issues that have been persistent since we were forced to change to this version:

- forgets user so that when you open the app, you have to set up a new home from scratch.

- does not remember saved profiles.

- cannot set up circadian rhythm at all.

I notice above that the developers have already made “significant improvements”. Nothing has changed. Someone is not doing their job. Even the self-help system on the app is broken, for goodness sake! Delete this app and start again. I’ve never encountered a bigger failure in my life!

Done Broke It

Wasn’t sure why there needed to be a V2 of the app. Was working fine albeit with a fairly plain interface - at least the original worked. This version has been buggy from the get go and last night seemingly deleted all known devices in my house lol. That was on top of constantly reverting to unwanted settings ever since V2 came out. As the title says - devs have done broke it.

Do NOT bother with this “upgrade”

Slow, unreliable and totally useless! Whoever at Wiz wrote this so-called “new” version of their already slow app should be sacked. Slow to load, ever slower to respond and absolutely no new features whatsoever.

Like running into an Ex in the baby isle

I haven't had any technical issues with the V2 but damn it feels awkward to use. I can see where the devs tried to go but it just falls so short. Overcrowded UI, weird swipe between.

Disappointing Mess V1.3.0

Despite the negative reviews I decided to give this “V2” app a chance, to my disappointment it lived up to the hype in the previous reviews.

The layout of the app is confusing, nothing seems to be logically organised and it takes a lot of clicking to eventually find the setting you were looking for.

Trying to create a custom circadian rhythm with custom colours and brightness but every time I try to save the brightness just reverts back to what it was previously.

Updating the time for the rhythm change doesn’t happen in real time so when you adjust it in the app the expected result isn’t seen on the bulb.

I hope there are some big improvements in the pipeline as this version of the app is not user friendly or enjoyable to use. I am a big fan of the physical product and planned to purchase more but not with a control app in this broken state.

Useless go back to V1

As the title says V2 is useless. It’s buggy and kept crashing.I’ve deleted it and gone back to V1

Doesn’t connect to Alexa like V1 that was seamless - this is just painful - not interested in opening this app every time I want lights on or off

Issue galore for me

The UI is less than average. Not sure who though this was a better idea than v1 which isn’t the best either but better than this version.

Keep going and you’ll make yourselves obsolete.

Sadly, I have to select at least one star when I wanted to give it none.
