For anybody following the scene they should know there several free and exceptionally better options out there than opting in for $149. That price has doubled in a year and I wouldn’t even consider paying that. There’s no concession for loyal users. Have already paid for for lifetime access on similar apps. What I previously loved about the app was the variety of features and layout. Now there is very limited options, no functionality, a confusing layout and a pop up ad every second- which makes it a frustrating experience. I can’t imagine how any users would be willing to buy the subscription after this update because the free version is very restrictive of the features. The Dream by Wombo app used to be really good, but now it's become the worst app I've ever used. There are so many pop-up ads, watermarks, and fees that it's nearly impossible to use the app without being bombarded by them. The app used to be a fun way to create amazing images, but now it's just frustrating and annoying.
I give this app a 1-star rating. The developers need to rethink their approach and find a way to make the app enjoyable again. Until then, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.

I signed up for the three day trial on this app. Once I saw their exorbitant fees they are charging for a yearly subscription. But as they had an option to purchase a lifetime membership for a high price, I thought okay I will test it out before I buy out right for lifetime subscription. I did the three day trials to test it out to see if it lived up to its reviews and I thought yes it’s okay and I can afford the lifetime membership, but when I went to purchase it, suddenly it’s not available. So I contacted customer service and after a dozen emails and a dozen screenshots sent to them explaining why is this not available? I then get an email this morning saying they will not honour the lifetime subscription because I did a three day trial. So basically they are expecting you to take a gamble without testing it and spending a lifetime membership without knowing the product. Apple need to give this developer a kick up the backside big time because they are fraudulently advertising a product that they refuse to honour. There are many other AI apps there at less than half the price and I have found one called Wonder and it is just as good and does not give you one legged and one eyed or one armed characters. Buyer beware and don’t even try your customer service because it is that pathetic you wait days before they will even reply to you and then will not honour what is advertised.

I’m having all of these things flagged as NSFW when it’s not, and the flagging is a LOT more sensitive than before. Can’t do classic art styles with Greek gods wearing toga around hips for example. It recently it flags all nipples as NSFW regardless of gender, so please alter it to recognise gender thank you 👍

It only gets better with time when their ‘technology’ improves. I spend a lot of time getting lost in my head in both beautiful landscapes and wacky places; to see that come to life is simply beautiful! I’ve spent so much time on this, and is one of those rare apps where the free content is ACTUALLY good. It’s also very very quick. Excellent stuff.
However, I don’t know why but some generations split the image in two and create 2 ‘images’ in a split screen. Sometimes I just want a larger one, like for a phone background. I’m not sure how to change it so it takes up the whole screen.

There’s a copycat app that the creators should know about - it’s called Wonder and its format is exactly the same but much more expensive. Letting you guys know that this is the option.

As soon as my free trial finished and I paid the subscription fee now I can’t generate any pictures. Keeps saying there is an error and to try again. I’ve done everything to try and remedy it but to no avail. I feel like I just wasted a fair bit of money on an app that’s unusable. Perhaps I was duped?! This app has become utterly flooded with alert requests, video ads, and endless pop-ups demanding you subscribe to the premium service. As it’s a subscription with an inherently predatory pricing model, an ad-supported user can expect a miserable experience here, and the premium price is crazy and is about to go up.
AI imagery is a cool idea, but this concept of making the ad-supported version so utterly frustrating and pop-up riddled you annoy the user into an expensive subscription few will get much value from (and ‘hopefully’ forget to cancel) has got to stop.

When I first downloaded the app, it usually took a VERY long time to load the images.
But after using it for a while they started to load MUCH faster.
Not sure why but the results with the images that are generated are beautiful :>

I would just like to offer some quality of life suggestions:
1. the ability to delete more than one artwork at a time
2. a better way of importing images
Other than that it’s really good.

Honestly I feel like a child. I’m having so much fun with this app. I’m a writer and this is such a great way to come up with concept art. I feel like I could put in any writing prompt and then image it would generate could be something to write a story about. So excited to continue using it. Highly recommend for all creatives out there!

Every time I tried to use this app it kept telling me that the app was down or having technical difficulties but I did mange to get one good picture the first time I used it but now I can’t make any more pretty paintings I’ve tried uninstalling out and Re-downloading the app but it won’t work for me let me know what I can do

I love dream (: the way it makes the paintings is impressive. I wish they had some sort of liking/commenting system as I would love to see other peoples opinions/emotions on these cool pieces. I love the app though! Love to see the artworks made by it!

I’m not usually the one to write reviews but I feel like I had to for this app. First of all it makes some of the coolest things I’ve seen in a matter of seconds - it’s really impressive. It’s really easy to use plus it’s free! I’d expect something this high quality to have something to be paid for or a limit of how many you can make but there isn’t and that’s great! Keep up the good work wombo!

such a fascinating result for every single picture, just one problem ; sometimes the picture is a little wonky, and a bit separated. but that’s just ai, i guess?
this can turn your simple words into beautiful products, i really recommend you this.
also, sometimes the error please retry thingy gets a bit annoying, im guessing im not the only one T_T but trust me when you press retry it might work again or once i tried fluffy burrito onion paper and it was just no compatible.
totally out of subject: look theyve added new emojis *🥹 🫠 🫥 🫡 (sorry wombo creators couldnt help it)

It’s probably not 5 stars reading other reviews they say it doesn’t work but, but it’s actually really good some photos it doesn’t work with, and they look bad but other ones look way better than advertised.

Download the app and it’s so buggy. Till this day, I cannot create even 1 artwork, it just won’t let me. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app 5 times (on my new iPhone 13 pro).
After 2 days I give up. Get better servers cause at this rate I consider the app crashed. No matter how long I wait on the create page, 10+ minutes it won’t create the artwork.

I downloaded this app because of seeing it all over tiktok. But every time I try to use it, it would either say that it’s having issues or that my download failed. I even tried reinstalling it but it still didn’t work. I’ve gotten kinda annoyed and all I want is a pretty wallpaper but this app doesn’t seem to be giving it to me. I’ve also watched a few videos to see if I could fix it and nothing worked, im not sure what to do. Like I said, it isn’t working and sometimes it kicks me out the app and it doesn’t even let me make an account I tried the free version too but it doesn’t let me make any artwork either. If you know what I should do please tell me cause I would love one of these beautiful art pieces that are based on photos.

I saw a bunch of people using this app on tik tok and really wanted to try it out. I’ve been so keen to give it a shot but the app will not open. And when it does it won’t let me use my Apple account to register and it won’t let me use my regular email to register an account. I keep pressing “retry” to try and start the app and nothing is working.

The fact that this is free is wonderful its great that we can also do so much with what we get as the artwork, like set it as wallpaper or even buy it to put it on our wall. Love the high quality work as well!

It's an all-round great way to see the inner mind of an ai with the craziness and realistic way it displays images
Suggestion: maybe add an “evolve” feature to further process your image to refine it enough for a better experience and more crazy images

Wouldn’t change a thing about this app, no ads and allows your creativity to flow freely. it shows and takes pieces of things you know and see as familiar but then represents them in a way that at the same time is more than what you simply typed in the search bar. Cool and fascinating

Amazing app, I like how it can generate in different style and it is capable of regenerating even with the same style and prompt put into it. The “paintings” turn out really well and clear, it’s also nice to see the process. Not only all that but I like using what it comes up with as inspiration for my own drawings. Either way I like this app but I think it would be cool if you could see other peoples galleries and also if more styles could be added would be nice too.
