Not worth it
App is completely unreliable. Need to do a complete rebuild.

Cannot login at all
This app doesn’t work at all for me. I repeatedly am told something is wrong, can’t load data, please try again.

Frequent problems
This app has given me so many headaches and it’s always on the weekend or after 6 so there’s no one to speak to about it. Have deleted numerous times & reloaded but it only works for a day or two before stopping again.

Why not just fix the app? It is truly hopeless. Logging in is always a mission!

App keeps failing
When it works the app is good. I have reinstalled it three times as each time I get an error message saying my details are not recognised. The same happens to my wife, so we are going back to using the website which also fails on occasions. Shame really as NGS Super is otherwise excellent!

Get rid of it!
Every time I try to log in I get the message “there was an error loading your details - if the problem persists call us on…”
It’s actually easier to log in each time via the website, I logged out and logged in again, I also deleted the app, re-downloaded, etc etc. Pointless!

Problem?
I try to change my password but never get the email to change it when it says it will send one. yes ngs has my email, I get sent emails from them all the time, so now I can’t even log in, I’ve tried contacting ngs but I get no answers.

Too bad I can’t give it zero stars
I seem to have to reinstall the app every 2 weeks to get it to work. Very frustrating, I am wondering why they spent money to develop it as it’s very bad

Logging on a pain
Can’t automatically log on. It tells you next time Face ID will work, but no, you have to find your password and membership number again.

Minor bug fixes to login??
I never had any problems logging in to the NGS app until they fixed it. Now I have to log in every time. It is so much easier to just log into the website s as my phone recognises my face and I don’t need to remember both my member number and my password. My phone just knows it. The app never remembers me.
