Description
Hubfleet is a user friendly Electronic Work Diary designed to help heavy vehicle drivers meet their fatigue compliance in accordance with NHVR and WA rules. Hubfleet reduces the stress of compliance with accurate digital records, increases productively, minimize the risk of accidental non-compliance and saves money by reducing paperwork.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Hubfleet EWD app is available on IOS (Apple) devices, making it possible to use as a "Driver BYO device", or it can be installed on a company devices fixed to the truck.
Drivers download the Hubfleet mobile app and register for free.
Fleet managers, or owner drivers, create a "Record Keeper" account on the Hubfleet web portal and invite drivers to connect using their mobile phone number. Record keepers pay a monthly fee for each driver they connected to. All records created by the driver are updated in real time and can be accessed via the web portal.
You must connect to a Record Keeper, or if you are an owner driver create your own at https://app.hubfleet.com.au/register
IF A DRIVER MAKES A MISTAKE IN THEIR DIARY, CAN IT BE CORRECTED?
During a shift, a driver can create, edit or delete any record. They can even delete the entire shift. So yes, records can be corrected. However, when ending a shift, a driver must sign off on the driver declaration by entering a their secret 4 digit pin. After this is entered, records for that shift cannot be edited. This is required by the NHVR.

Not Worth It.
Better off sticking to the written work diary.
Electronic diary is too much of a headache and can’t be trusted or relied upon.

Great EWD App in Australia
Its features are well-suited for both individual users and teams.
It provides quick access to essential information and features, such as daily logs, trip summaries, and compliance records.
The design helps in easily navigating through various sections without getting overwhelmed.

Review
I have been on EWD for over 8 years now the first one’s were fixed in the truck hard to work as whenever you out of service. The latter one’s had improved to get me within a city block but still in the truck , the company I work for now has picked Hubfleet as there preferred provider . It is easy to get your head around and gives you all the information and the best thing it’s on your phone. Much easier would recommend to anyone who wants to get away from paperwork.

Been using HUBFLEET for a while now. Great to be able to work to the minute. When you stop for a break the location is found (so you don’t have to worry about spelling etc). All your driving time calculations are made on the app. I have been scrutinised by authorities without an issue. The new way to record heavy vehicle driving times.

Best In Class
I have tried most of the Approved EWD's on the Australian market. Hubfleet is by far the best. The others are not even close.
Great support and a great product. With Hubfleet as an option, there is no reason to delay giving up the old paper based work diary.
Those responsible for record keeping and compliance should be strongly encouraging their drivers to use Hubfleet. It makes meeting the required standard of oversight and review much easier.

Excellent EWD
I have been using Hubfleet for some time now.
After trialling 3 EWDs, I went to Hubfleet and have not looked back.
Its fast and acrrurate, location services is awesome.
The breach alerts are accurate eith both visual and an audible alert.
The best around, in my honest opinion.

Easy to use and check remaining drive time and time until required breaks, one suggestion would be a widget for iOS 16+ displaying time until next break.

Having a fleet of 10+ trucks and 15+ drivers, this app serves us greatly. James is always available for help if need it. Great team and very accurate. Keep up the great work

Excellent EWD app and great price
What a fantastic EWD app. So easy to use and the locked feature lets you see at a glance how long till a breach. And at what value, less than half the price of the first one I looked at. Great work to James and his team for an app that does everything he said it would and excellent follow up with any questions.
