Useless
Can’t use it without an account. Why does it need to be linked back to some server? I just want what it does, todo and focus tasks. The description doesn’t mention multi-device synchronization which looks like the core function of this garbage. Get away from my data, I don’t want to beef up my advertising identifier thank you.

Links are broken, too many missing features
I was really excited when I learned Momentum was on iPadOS and iOS — I’ve been using it on Chrome for close to a decade now. But unfortunately, this version is simply missing too many features. Focus mode, a ton of settings, all gone. The most egregious issue, however, is the fact that links can’t be opened in a separate tab, they just open a new tab with the link in the omnibar; you actually have to hit enter to go to the site! In its current state, it’s not a viable new tab page for me. It is still pretty though. If they can improve it, I’ll be more than happy to change my review.

Subscription $$$$
I do like it but a lot of features are locked for the subscription and when looking at the price of the subscription, it’s super expensive! There are also some features not accessible for Safari either so I hope that improves in the future as well

Crashed after a week of use
Worked fine for a week but stopped wroking after; had to open the momentum app on mac to view the specialised start page.

Worked great until recent update
Thank you for implementing it on ios, you guys are awesome!
I have encountered issue with the search bar, I can no longer use the search bar at all after the update. I used to be able to open a new tab and press Tab button to search google. Please fix this and I will definitely change my ratings.Thanks.

Pointless app
Literally just tells you to go install it on safari. An actual app that didn’t operate in the web browser would be far superior.

Pretty…slow
Aesthetically pleasing, but it slows down the browser way too much. Using a 2021 M1 iPad Pro and opening each tab, compared to the standard safari one is like going back to dial-up. It has to be instant, that lag is software based before you mention internet etc. (I have FTTP NBN) Had to delete as it ruined the snappy experience of the new iPad.

Loved Momentum from years back, and was disappointed that it didn't play nicely with Safari... but that's now all changed... Hurrah! :-) 😃

Yay - Momentum for Safari is here
So happy to finally receive an email to announce the arrival of Momentum for Safari.
My husband suggested it for me years ago and I loved the big images, quotes and To Dos, but I don't like Chrome and I've been patiently waiting for the Safari version to arrive.
And it's so much nicer than Apple's attempt at a desktop in Big Sur.
