Everything about this app is horrible. It’s extremely bad experience I recommend avoiding it.
The app was extremely slow when you click on anything (more than 30 seconds waiting before it responded). I then put through an order for noodle box with a mix of regular and large size meals. We paid and then checked the order confirmation screen and somehow they were all small meals (not what we ordered). I think the app couldn’t handle multiple mixed sizes of the same item but I have no idea.
I called the store and they couldn’t help they had no idea how the app worked. Then I got a confirmation from Uber of the order so it’s not even their system it’s just some garbage overlay that just ends up with Uber anyway.
I couldn’t change or cancel my order. Very bad experience will never use this again.

A very easy app to use once you get the hang of it. I appreciate the points and subsequent vouchers accrued. Most restaurants give you nothing so these offers/vouchers/deals are great in this current climate!

It’s a good app that you can order different brands in one store. Able to choose delivery or pick up. The delivery fee is lower than other delivery company. Loyalty program is okay with continuing offer each month. Highly recommend if you love noodle, burger, frieze chicken at the same time:)

Not only is this difficult to use (certainly not designed by a salesman), the timings are completely made up. Says my food was ready at 7:28pm and at 7:41pm I enquired with the staff - food isn’t even being cooked.

PROS:
I like how it tells you the time that the order will be ready.
You can choose a pick-up time.
You can add order notes if you have any special instructions for the place.
Regular updates to squash bugs and improve the app.
HOW TO MAKE IT BETTER:
Add a notification when the order is ready.
When saving an order as a Favourite, also save the location so that we don’t have to select the place each time we order.
Six tabs along the bottom is too many, it looks cluttered. Move reward points to the HOME tab, move OFFERS to the ORDER tab, and remove the FIND tab - then you’ve got three tabs, which is plenty.
If I search the name of the place in my iPhone, the app doesn’t show up - fix this.
Add support for dark mode, it’s easier on the eyes.
Get rid of ALL-CAPS everywhere - we don’t need to be yelled at.
CONCLUSION:
A good app, with some room for improvement.

Needs a way to contact the restaurant or write a review. Noodle box messed up my order and ignored my special instructions and I couldn’t even eat it because I’m vegetarian. My sister picked the order up for me as I’m recovering from surgery so I couldn’t go and take it back. Disappointed.

Downloaded the app to take advantage of the $5 off your first order promotional offer. After dealing with a frustrating mess of a signup process, the app set its GPS location to a store 10 minutes down the road, leaving me waiting in the wrong store. After realising the apps fault, i find there are no customer service options like you may find in Uber eats or other apps, so my only recourse is to go pickup my now cold food from an entirely different store, even though I was standing in the store whilst ordering.
You can definitely say some of the fault lies on me, but if youre going to plaster your stores with “download the app now for $5 off” flyers, then I have an expectation that the app is going to be half decent, easy to read & understand, and not send me to and entirely different store.

App functions but the offer system is the worst thing I have ever seen.
Offers within the app can’t be used with app orders and must be used in restaurant but not only that, restaurants won’t allow you to place a phone order then scan the offer when you come to pay and pick it up. You must place the order instore to use the offer so when it’s busy and they have a 40min backlog, you must sit and wait to use the offer because you can’t call your order ahead.
Just terrible all round.

I’ve been a noodle crew member for quite sometime for noodle box, and the move to concept ate had been a terrible decision.
The app works fine and the ordering process is quite slick. But the rewards for using the app is a joke.
Noodle crew used to give you 10% of your order back in virtual currency to use on your next order. It was amazing and kept me coming back for years.
Concept Ates loyalty program requires you to spend $200 to get a $10 voucher. $200.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a loyalty program do something that cheaply.
Either increase the points you get for making a purchase, or lose me and many other regular customers for noodle box. Which would be a shame.

First time I used the app I order a delivery and I had to go to the store to get my order completed.
Now I was charged on my card and received a message telling me my order was canceled but my money weren’t refund. I call the store and they don’t know what to do and can’t give my money back.
That’s so stressful. Please contact me and tel me what to do to have my money back.
