Delete this app
The app serves as a complicated and time wasting function of displaying a weekly sales catalogue. Be simpler to just access a PDF. When the app updates, your login is lost, rendering the app useless unless you happen to remember your details while pushing a trolley around the store. Easier to delete this app than put up with this nonsense.

Sour shed is great but to use the specials you need the membership, which relies on the app. The app signs you out then glitches and you can’t sign back in. It’s actually made shop at spud shed less and less.

This app constantly logs me out and even when I am logged in I can’t view any members prices or view the catalogs , I get a message invalid or expired token.. what token? I’ve varieties my email

Really needs an overhaul - bugs make login challenging. Often logs out.
The registration process is lengthy and bug filled. Privacy concerns are raised by the number of fields required with no clear benefit to customer. No clear benefit of registering , Spudshed could have made member barcode available for app users without an account.

Never had an issue with app until now
I’ve uninstalled it a couple of days ago then the catalogue loaded afterwards. But same issue just now, catalogue loads but doesn’t show. Uninstalled and still isnt working.

Do not bother….
I would give this app zero stars if it were possible. The catalogue doesn’t load and the specials don’t show so no real point having it except to be a member. Complete waste of space on my phone 👎🏼

Zero stars: Disappointed
I give this app zero stars. One star is the minimum for the algorithm to accept the review. The only way to access the contents of the app is to ‘become a member’. All other grocer apps allow content access without signing up to anything/ becoming a member/exposing personal info to hackers. Don’t tell users their info is safe! No electronic data is safe, just ask all the large Corporations who have been hacked and enabled access to millions of people’s details that has been released to scammers on the dark web. Fix the app and allow free and open access to its content. By all means have a sign up section for those who want special deals including scammer access.

Just tried spudshed spuddies today . Bought plain/salt and vinegar. Both were extremely salty. Won’t buy them again unless you have reduced salt. Good on you for bringing out something wholly made in WA . Will watch out for SALT REDUCED.

Hi love shopping at spudshed, go every week. Staff are friendly and interactive, and courteous. Appreciate more local produce and better prices.
Unable to sign up to become a member on the app. Have rechecked fields multiple times but not working.

Midland Store
I am a senior and have been shopping at the midland store for over a year now and unfortunately most of your staff are lazy and certainly not very friendly or helpful which is so sad, I also feel that the manager is quite incapable of motivating the staff.
But as most of the fruit and vegetables are fresh I’ll keep on shopping there for now, although quite often I find that there are some fruit and vegetables amongst the good products that are certainly not edible.

Mandurah
This store is obviously the worst one in WA. It’s about time we had a new store. The toilet facilities are discussing and surprised the Mandurah Council health department has allowed this to continue. Fruit and vets are hit and miss. I acknowledge there has been minor upgrades but still not up to the standard of other stores.
Come on management please do something about the Mandurah Spud Shed.

Well for a start getting into the feedback back page is already a problem! Sadly when I tried to post my feedback on the spudshed app after I’d completed an integration of questions it seemed to change to another site with a blank page & another set of the same integration of questions! Why should I have to go through a list of questions? X2 twice🥵😡😡isn’t the app designed to save time?
I’m already logged into the app, totally unnecessary! But truthfully there’s no search function for products inquiry! This goes against the whole reason for a supermarket app! Pointless
Also interestingly! Is the description!!
There’s no product weight or volume displayed with items, only their price! Overall I think you’re app needs a fare bit of improvement & transparency!

I downloaded the app for the first time and it reckons my email is already set up. I have never set up an account before. I said forgot password so it sent me an email and then when I entered the code and a password, it said unexpected error, please try again.
