I would 100% recommend signing up for the Bundall Fitstop as Olivia is by far the best! Always keeps you motivated and has the best attitude you can’t help but smile along with her. Olivia and Fitstop are everything you never knew you needed during lockdown. The functionality of the app is great and have had no issues with connection or following the workouts. You won’t regret joining.

I have tried Fitstop before when travelling to Brisbane but as there hasn’t been any gyms in sydney yet I haven’t been able to be a member. Now I’ve been able to follow their workouts online, engage with trainers and get a big sweat on every day. Love it

Becoming isolated during covid-19 is really scary, the gym has always been my safe place. We are now interactive with our gym, we can watch and perform the workouts together, interact and chat with our friends and be monitored and pushed by our trainers. This is more than just working out at home, we stay connected with our crew!!

Transitioning from the gym to the app was seamless and it worked amazingly straight off the bat. It’s awesome to have the real-time encouragement from both the trainer and the other members and I’d recommend this app to anyone wanting a solid workout that they can do in their own home.
