Nothing happens
I managed to log in but nothing happens. Just the blue spinning thing sitting mid screen.

Log in issue solved
Updating my previous post.
My login issue has been sorted automatically, with no further issues and now the app works fine.
I can only assume that after creating an account and password, the system takes possibly overnight to activate the details.
So by logging in the next day was successful.
A frustrating exercise initially, but armed with this information maybe the experience might be better for others.
In regards to the app, the information available is useful and the storing of your vehicle/s in the “Garage” a practical feature.
A good app once you log in.

Worst user experience
This App is terrible can’t link to my current vehicle and shows vehicles that are not mine.
Been waiting 4 weeks for BMW to correct my account data.
Hardly an “ultimate driving” experience.

Unable to log in
I can’t log in with my existing Connected Drive account.
Surely something a little more informative would help.
Tried to create a new account but my mobile is associated with an existing BMW ID. I guess that’s probably with my CD account. So going round in circles.
