I usually don’t leave reviews but this app is so bad. It always signs me out, has u known errors, tells me to contact support however I have to login to the app to do this.

Great for teams
Stridekick is a great app for our annual team competitions! It’s very simple and easy to synchronise. The graphs are also fun to track changes.

Great for work group challenges!
We have used Stridekick for several years now in our annual company Steptember challenge. It’s been perfect for what we need - it synchronises easily with a wide range of devices, has a simple intuitive interface and is very easy to set up. Customer support has been very responsive in helping us set up a larger custom challenge as well.

This WAS a great alternative
Stridekick WAS a great device-agnostic app proving an alternative to Fitbit following their removal of challenges. However with the maximum challenge length now being only 7 days (unless you pay for pro) and challenges now being visible to everyone on the platform with no way to make them private my days using this app are numbered.

Was a good free app. Now have to pay for privacy
Was a good app, I would make little monthly challenges for just my family to participate in. Noticed a random account joined the challenge who I didn’t invite and cannot remove and now needing to pay to make a challenge longer than 7 days. Had my account since 2020 and will now be looking elsewhere.

Hopeless will not sync with Garmin

2.18.24 = Worst update ever
This app was fairly stable for months but this version is garbage. Genuine users having trouble logging in and sync’ing devices.
The only happy users are the scammers.

Limited challengers
Family and friend custom challenges limited to 10 users… no option to upgrade for individual use.. only catered to organisations. Would be better if catered for family and friends too! Otherwise good!

No Samsung Galaxy watch 4 +
This is a good app but they don’t have Samsung Galaxy watch 4 + opinion to add to. Just Fitbit, Apple Watch iPhone and Garmin.

Love the app
A great app allows friends to be able to get together for challenges and chat regardless of the fitness device they have. Their support staff are quick to reply and very knowledgeable and helpful. Well done.

Good app but challenges don’t end automatically
This app is good but step challenges don't end when someone reaches goal first and app doesn’t appear to auto sync steps periodically so it makes it hard to see how many steps they're actually up to without checking with them and manually syncing

Doesn’t sync
Love the idea of this app as I’m competitive and it motivates me to beat everyone else’s steps but whenever I go on it never syncs my steps and it shows my steps from yesterday, and when I refresh it, it still stays the same as yesterday’s

Sync from Apple phone
Hi, it’s been more than 3 hours since I don’t outdoor walking and it was recorded even in in fitness apple app. But it still didn’t get synced to Stridekick app

Worst app on the market
WARNING - do not use this app!!!!
This app worked for the first two weeks of a four week challenge however since then I have been able to access it. It took “customer service” a week to get back to me and they haven’t fixed the problem. Unable to log in, the so called customer service team have provided absolutely no service and continually tell me to restart it. Perhaps they should actually look into the problem and fix it there end before constantly telling me to fix it.
Joke of an app, don’t waste your time.

App updating constantly and cannot contact support
My app stopped syncing with my iPhone and after 12 hours I began to get concerned. I restarted my phone, redownloaded the app but to no avail. There’s a screen that comes up saying the app is updating and it is stuck on that screen. When I clicked on contact support a window popped up saying sorry something’s gone wrong. Not helpful at all.

Citrus Guru
Very frustrating. Underestimated my steps from Apple Watch by up to 2k over 12k. Definitely more troublesome than older version.

Poor app
Very buggy, doesn't sync even after multiple attempts. Only pulls in some data from an Apple Watch even though Apple Watch has recorded the workout. No integration with Strava.

Previous version worked great, this one keeps logging me out of my account. Makes it very difficult to update my steps automatically.
