There are so many hacking apps for this app and amazon flex is not fixing it

The app is getting there but needs work e.g. directional instructions are often to slow e.g.turn left then in 30 metres turn right the second turn instruction is to late to make the turn legally and safely also app stops instruction at address so if location is 50 meters or less after a turn it doesnt tell you youve arrived just stops directing

To ensure you are joining Amazon Flex on a level playing field, make sure you source a suitable bot to get blocks for you. There are so many using them, it’s near impossible to get them if you don’t.

This app is an experience in misery. On average there is a 5 - 10% mistake in navigation every shift. They constantly make the routing worse every update, the turn by turn is so bad as to be unusable. This app is barely functional

I have tried contacting them multiple times that i am having issues with my work right documents uploading , all the times they are sending me copy paste emails without even answering my real question, every time you ask them its same repeated emails , its so frustrating experience for me, its been months and i haven’t heard anything back from them yet.

Many people are using third party app, who are eagerly waiting to release block they can’t pick any blocks. There is not any fix time to release block, sometime release at 7pm sometimes late night. And third making route is disgusting, many of the route package are too far

A lot of errors in the map.

4 years been made my account with them, since than they saying we no need drivers in your area so can't able to activate your account. Most populated area in Perth, seen so many drivers everyday on roads doing amazon deliveries and they saying no need drivers. Worst service

It’s a great app but the directions on the map takes you a longer way to get to your starting point. It’s not syncing quick enough from one stop to the next.

I sent multiple emails to support but never solved the issue. When I finished the block it’s still showing me to go to warehouse and pick up more packages where as “warehouse guys said it’s glitch please ignore”. Never get fixed.

I do 2 years and guys if do amazon all time controls toll way payment because amazon love scaming you dont paid automatically and if catch this they cant provide money 2-4 weeks after wrote message 4 times!!! Driver support mail adress work like 0. And dont take 3 hr scedules special morning times they scaming you givng more difficult than4 hr . I wish this advice help other people…

Can’t find any menu options. When I select the menu the only option is to sign out. Doesn’t allow me to edit details or change my service location. Would love it if I could share screenshots on here.

10 times a day i get notifications for blocks. I instantly open to check, no blocks are ever available.

Idk why amazon has not done something about the bots issue yet. So i guess its ok for me to do the same?

Been trying to get onto Flex for the last 6 months and been stuck with onboarding. Support gives zero clarification and puts you under automated responses. Researched online to find many issues delivering with Flex and getting support.

I became a driver few days back. And just saw 1 offer in that all times. Not enough offers for drivers

I have updated latest app still having issue to accept offers. I tried thousand times to accept offers but never able to accept offer. Reinstall app/ update/ tried with different network still no luck. And trying to accept offers as soon as get notification. And this issue is not only with me also other people having same issue. I understand first come first serve but it doesn’t every time. I have account since more than six months but never able accept offers. Please review app features while sending offers from Amazon servers to delivery partners. They are not able to accept offers. Seems like app issue, not getting real time notification.

The new sky blue top on the app makes it very hard to look at the app, the contrast is tough on the eyes. Please return it to a solid colour.

Amazon flex never fix the issue that some drivers use bot software to get offers.

Amazon Flex support email is not valid.

Amazon Flex is not active. It can not delete the email address and a contact number asked by Amazon Flex to verify an account created with Amazon Flex.

Amazon Flex App could not provide services as inform on it’s App. It is not convenience to the information described or explain in it’s App program.

I’m working as a delivery driver for Amazon in Brisbane. My “Right to Work” document has expired, and I’m trying to upload the new one, but the system is not allowing me to do so. I’ve called Amazon support multiple times, but they haven’t been helpful. I’m really stressed and don’t know what to do.

There is no option in my app to upload the updated Right to Work document.

Please help me — I really need to fix this so I can continue working.

Well I downloaded the app did everything only to find no opportunities and that I will be emailed as I’ve expressed interest. It’s been a couple of days and nothing, I didn’t get to choose blocks or anything just a blank app checked all the other buttons in the app some say it’s blank so I’m assuming the app functionality doesn’t really work.

I downloaded the app, logged into my Amazon account, and the message is always the same, "Amazon Flex is not available in your region... Sydney/Australia. My Amazon account and cell phone address are all from here, this doesn't make any sense.

This app is ridiculous. It simply doesn't work, it always shows a message that it is not available. It's incredible that a company of this size has such a low quality app.

Overall it’s good, but sometimes it brings me longer route or different direction.

Bad app development

The app itself is pretty bad, always glitching, unexpected shutdowns, constantly having to exit and refresh. The map is so outdated, the guidance totally useless, you give feedback on roads that don’t exist and nothing gets fixed. The actual catching of blocks is the worst part of this app, hitting refresh and trying to grab a block can take hours of your time, constantly fighting like seagulls for blocks against what is 100% an army of bots on Samsung phones, unfortunately for us iPhone users, we just can’t compete. Seldom do you receive reserved blocks and when you do, they’re definitely not as outlined in your preferences. Support is a joke, same old copy paste responses, nothing changes.

No jobs are available, unreal message, they can send the offers to someone who they want

Unable to understand the the drivers issues with the app, just keep sending the same repeated response after the detailed explanation from our side.

No way in hell are you able to get any blocks, it’s getting worse and Amazon are doing nothing to fix it, your standing by the phone for hours on only to get a block and a robot rejects it saying it’s already being assigned, faken disaster if your trying to even get 1 gig job out of this place, the whole system needs to be rehauled and re evaluated to make it 100% for everyone on board, wake up Amazon you make millions but can’t fix a app

Pet lovers should put notes on delivery so drivers can get prepared.

Change of pace from my usual line of work and a bit of extra cash to help pay the bills and keep up with the costs of a newborn 🙂

Customer care does not understand what are you saying, they are sitting on Asia and have no understanding of Australian rules and regulations.

They will force you to park illegally or anyhow park anywhere even there is no sign of parking available on the city and force you to deliver packages.

Very very poor customer service and they are very rude and they think you are slave and they own you all the time.

I used to get more than 10 blocks in week. I am in fantastic standing and all of sudden I get only 3 blocks in a week. Support team is very useful. If you email support, they just tell you the same AI generated story every time.

You can see options on the screen but non of them work. If you want to change the region, you have to send an email to support team. This support team doesn’t even rectify the problem until you send them 1000 emails. Fed up with this App and their customer service.

Great app. Has almost everything you need to do the job. Just a few suggestions: 1. If the yellow tag number can be included in the itinerary listing that will be helpful. 2. If the itinerary can be shared as some does this work with a partner. 3. The map has errors in finding the addresses at times, can it be counter checked with apple map and google map to ensure correctness? 4. Slow in accepting route information at start of work. Always have to reset the app to make it work.

Other than those this app is perfect. Definitely very helpful.

You have to go through a process to get signed up. Upload documents, wait three weeks for a check, and finally open app and there are no jobs. Wasted an afternoon for nothing, was hoping to earn some money but nothing is ridiculous

Very hard to get blocks while everyone is using block grabbers from illegal 3rd party aps other than that easy work flexibility of hours and gps maps work 80% of times and need to book jobs days in advance

Delivering smiles is absolutely true but …we can’t smile truly while delivering more smiles . Needs improvement in parcel pays as well

Can’t get blocks and the navigation is terrible, you get told to continue on when you’re supposed to make a u-turn and visa versa….among other things. Drivers are using block grabbing apps (which is apparently not allowed) so you don’t even get to see the blocks appear at all…and nothing is being done about it!! 😡

It does not advance, it just keeps loading the application, I could only load my documents, and the license is always being rejected.

Saturated with drivers. Hardest part of this job is grabbing blocks. The work itself is very straightforward the pay is very good. The app is not as refined as Uber by a HUGE margin. Then they have a captcha system that completely blocks you from grabbing anything at all. Any issues with it is handled by an automated response. Frustrating.

I have downloaded, deleted and re-downloaded this app multiple times as the app doesn’t even work. Once you click in it’s just a blank white page. Have reached out to “support” on multiple occasions and every single correspondence was word for word the same email I would receive back every time which is frustrating. Quiet disappointing to say the least. If you want people to work for your company at least make the signup process easy, have a working in order app, and train your “support” team to actually support and help.

Never answer my question with their support team, its hard to find the way to call them, it’s like a ghost company, seem like you fail the verification part, they will never talk or reply any email back to you again, using copy and paste reply email style, by saying the we cannot make decisions for your application or review. Kind of waste time app.

Worst support ever don’t have option to change vehicle - don’t have a chat option to reach out to support team . That support team never responds properly I have been waiting for my vehicle change for one month they keep on saying wait for 24 to 48 hrs every time I message them but it never happened.

App is too slow and also need updated maps for proper routes.

Taking back to the same street or the corner of the street for the delivery after 6-7 deliveries is not worthwhile and time & fuel wasting.

Apart from that suggesting to take right or left to reach the destination on expressway or major roads where there is dividers in between roads is also very annoying.

And is some areas it is not allowing to take pictures once the delivery is complete stating out of area!!!! Even though delivery is happening in the major suburbs.

The gps is very laggy. My location doesn’t update even after I already missed the turn. Very buggy. Hard to use. Doesn’t let me finish the delivery even after I scanned and handed the parcel to the customer, because it thinks I’m not at the correct location

The jobs a swing and miss. They claim the jobs are made available at 6pm AEST fridays and yet that’s a load of bull. You will fight every one else to get that one job that pops up at a time. It used to release them all at once like they should but not anymore. Garbage team

Has number of issues, maps aren’t updated, app is glitchy and ability to actually get blocks is near zero.

Support team is useless and doesn’t actually answer any emails or problems individually, they send the same copy and paste emails over and over again. Driver call support and email support aren’t linked and give conflicting information.

If any issues are encountered you’re basically on your own and you can be penalised for problems that aren’t your fault.

Don’t bother joining unless you are in some very popular area or big city (Maybe). Stop popping up ads telling me to join when there is no job available whatsoever for more than a month. It’s a total scam when there is maximum delivery partners you would take in one area,.These kind of things are supposed to be up front to people who wanted to join in those maxed out area before they started those lengthy and cost money application. Total waste of time and money. I should’ve trusted those 1-2 star reviews.

The app doesn’t working without update, and I'm having several problems where they ask me to update but when I go to update, it already appears that it's updated but even so the app keeps asking and it doesn't work. I do not know what else to do.

Spent 11 days setting up the account and long wait for background check, and when it finally all got set up, I logged in and it says sorry there’s no delivery opening available for you, check back in a day or 2, this is actually a joke

Been working with this app for more than a year and still got issue with map.

Can not recognise some streets and takes me to the wrong place sometimes.

Once it took me to the mountain!!!!in the middle of nowhere and took 45 minutes to get back on road

The whole system is fantastic. The app is very well put together and easy to use. The work is never too hard. The staff a super friendly. Always paid on time and get what I was expecting. And just recently received a bonus for working extra during the Black Friday period. Chose your own hours to suit and if I needed to, is easy to take the day off. Couldn’t be happier and recommend this service to anyone.

Does anyone know how to fix when app keep asking US zip codes while in australia

This business is more of a scam than helping its employees. Rock bottom pay for deliveries that contain 20-40 packages at a time. It isn’t worth it and you’ll most likely be losing in the end with car expenses over actually making any profit for yourself at all. Money hungry company that will screw you down to the last cent. Stay away. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star

This app works fine for me. Once you get approved you get blocks and you either decline or accept them. The work isn’t all that hard, but you just have to knuckle down and do it. Some blocks are easy whilst others are much harder. Pay is ok. Only issue is fuel prices, when they go up your expenses are much higher. Overall I’m happy working with flex.

There were multiple occasion where the navigation will show you illegal turns, road that does not exist and often I will need to u-turn after a drop.

Should make it easier for us to export or copy addresses, so that we can use Google Maps.

The app is great very helpful Ava easy to use!

Tried signing up for flex, got through all the processes up until direct deposit. It just sits there trying to connect. Over and over until it times out. Tried uninstalling, even contacting customer Service. But nothing. What a useless app if you can’t even get one basic thing right ?

They will not pay for returning packages considering the fuel prices and distance they want us to do social service. If you vehicle is broken in the middle of the shifts make sure you return the packages before your car fixed.

Blocks are not frequently available which means you can not relay on earrings and waste your energy and time.

I have also seen the app is not driver friendly and forget about the map its worst of all.

Horrible app doesn’t allow to change region it’s been 2 months and I’ve emailed called and nothing has updated there is no support and no help with this problem always says nothing available for work and no menu to change region as I’m not living in the same state I originally choose to start the work. Poor service

I was promised to get 250$ bonus if I complet blue card training adn 2 blocks befor specific date. I completed and when asked for bonus never give me . I have send approximately 15 emails to support staff they just give me next mont from last 3 months . Very unexpierinced team . Never read the previous messages always send you automated reply . It’s been 3 months I never got my 250$. I wish I can repot them to fair trading or any other governing body

I don’t recommend this app or delivery system to any drivers. I took four weeks to be accepted. I did not receive the refund for criminal check application as promised.

Systems of Offers presented to drivers reminds me of the Hunger Games. Only available on Fridays, no notifications from app when offers are available (so you expect drivers to check the app just by chance there is something there)???

Not been happy with the app, there is no way to connect with helpline, very slow, I uploaded everything, my account was enabled but couldn’t start deliveries , didn’t know the reason

There are so Many Courier apps in the market but none of it this slow.

I tried to change my vehicle information on the app from last one month . But no option available here for that . But when I mailed to help centre . There replied is same . Go to setting and personal information. And you can update your vehicle . But without any option there about vehicle . How can I change that.

The app doesn't connect to the internet when an increased offer is given to me and I try to accept it. App also takes too long to open.

App is improving but their system never. They will give you many packages in the CBD and ask you finish in time like delivery in other suburbs. If you can’t finish they will give you notice saying you might lose the the opportunity to work

It’s very hard to use the app for navigation since it doesn’t talk to you as google map does, you will have to keep watching the screen to make sure you are on the correct route. And once your screen is off, you will have to re-do every step again to go back to where you were on the app. Last but not least, it’s very hard to scan the QR code’s. A waste of time when using it for delivery

i agreed with the review left by Vangelina, same this happened to me as well, they took month to sign up but after that no deliveries available. Waste of time. I think they just want to gather you personal information and sell your info to other companies to make money.
