App hoạt động không như mong muốn
App hay bị lỗi không cho đặt xe, không nhớ địa điểm hay đưa đón, phục vụ khách hàng chưa tốt

Không ok lắm
Bắt xe hên xui, gặp tài xế ok thì không sao. Nhiều khi đi gần mà phải đợi hơn 20p trong khi trên định vị tài xế đã đến rồi. Không muốn sử dụng nữa dù có nhiều khuyến mãi.

Tuyệt cú mèo
Mình đi thử được vài lần rồi. Thấy khá ổn, nhiều khuyến mãi nữa. Rất hợp với túi tiền cho những bạn sinh viên như mình luôn. Sẽ tiếp tục ủng hộ.
