It is glitchy

People comment that the app is glitchy and does not auto renew their membership. It happened to me as well
Edit: Thanks for the response. I contacted then through email from the very beginning but they couldn’t do anything - suggested me to check if the payment was successful - I waited for a few days and then the app finally renewed their membership - but they won’t do anything about the messages I have forever missed due to the glitch - and you guys know that Mark didn’t post often previously - so what did I pay my money for?
