Dysfunctional

Seller does not communicate to fix issues. Camera does not record continuously. Stops recording for hours at a time. Does not record for 24 hours. Unable to access data when camera is offline. Basically paid a lot of money for cameras that are not fit for purpose. Can’t communicate with the developer as I don’t speak, read or write Chinese. Would be great to communicate in English so the issues can be corrected. App is clumsy and complicated to use. Unable to access data within the timeframe selected.

Deleted all my camera

I updated today and deleted all my camera and will not save when i reinstalled

Remote 4g camera

I find it a bit slow to upload pictures. In the notifications there is no thumbnail print so you have to open the app to see what is actually happening for the notification. The timeline needs a fast Play as it takes forever sitting there watching what happened when and if you can find the exact spot.

I bought camera use this app for a year was good ,now it ask my sign.use my phone number,it not recon,because not in China .so my camera can not use now. What I can do to get it working. I m in Australia .
