This app makes it easy to track your pain & symptoms and report to your doctors. Use our pain diary to keep track of your pain over time and share it with your doctor at your next appointment. Track a variety of pain elements, including location, pain duration, triggers and more.
A pain diary is used to monitor levels of pain over a long period of time and collect data on possible triggers for that pain. One solution pain doctors recommend is keeping a pain diary, a consistent record of your pain experience.
Your doctor will be looking for triggers, stresses, and patterns. The more detailed you can be about the factors that seem to influence your pain, the better. An accurate record of your pain will help your doctor give you the best treatment.

great idea for an app and works well on basics but
no app support, no way to report bugs, no ability to delete or edit symptoms, the average hours of pain is completely bugged out mine currently shows 131377811 average duration. there are not many apps like this available so i’m incredibly upset about how buggy it is because it could be so good it if had the issues fixed.

Graphing pain over time is important and not easily possible at the moment due to export being PDF only

Export in Chronological Order
Easy and convenient but would be greatly improved if the exported reports were in Chronological Order.
At present very difficult to read exported report, because last entries appear first and particularly confusing if more than one entry is made per day (timing is not Chronological within the day).
