Log in each time

Thought I’d get the app, didn’t see the other reviews. Very clunky and not at all like their competitors. The need to log in each time you try and get back to the Home Screen. Offloaded this within 3 minutes. Pay someone and fix it for your customers sake.

Bad app layout

It’s confusing, for some reason it opens a web browser in the app and operates of it. Using the app is infuriating, an organization as big as pickles should have a much better designed app

I have never seen such a bad app for such a comparably good website/company. Every time you press “done” it forces you to sign in again, and never saves your password.

Save yourself the hassle and use their website or just a different auction site entirely.

Now I can see that Pickles auction straggling to sell cars because it’s now overpriced

Bought at least over 109 vehicles just from This auction, before the pickle price was normal not that too high but now, all the pickles vehicles are overpriced, people keep buying from different auctions

Example: a Toyota Corolla hybrid 2018- 87200 KM here is 27,599 and we’ve 2021 - 58000 KM hybrid 26,500 including dealer warranty RWC and registration a very big difference

Don’t expect to buy a thing here. You won’t get anything at your bid even you are the highest one. They will ask you to pay more for it otherwise no sale. Just waste the time and energy for frustration.

This app was designed by my 8 year old nephew. He did the best he could considering he knows nothing about computers or client focus or providing a service. Pickles gave him two dollars for the seven minutes of work he took to design and implement this app. I think Pickles got ripped off. What do you think?

Blank screen

I registered for a live auction and all I’m getting is a blank screen with the message ‘no upcoming auctions’.

Absolute garbage

App keeps leaving search results and going to a blank screen with only a settings button. Only way to fix this is force quit the app and go through the log in process all over ahi. And saved items do not show as saved in list.

WORST APP EVER!!!

PicklesLIVE app is the most poorly designed app I have ever used in my life. When first opening the app you are forced to Log in TWICE!! for no particular reason. You can’t even save your log in details to save the convenience. Even if you used saved passwords it doesn’t accept them you must delete a letter and re-type it in order to be allowed past opening screen only to be told to log in AGAIN!! Then you have the difficulty of finding what you are searching for. Incredible difficulty to navigate around the app. Next issue is searching for your item. If you accidentally press done or close out of your search by accident you are forced to go through the process of searching for your item all over again. Then there is the difficulty bidding on items during LIVE. The auctioneer is so incredibly fast you are not given an opportunity to bid, he is also incredibly difficult to understand. All in all PIcklesLIVE is a horrible app. What is most frustrating is the fact that Pickles is the largest app therefore other apps have less items for sale forcing consumers to use this horrendous app. Do yourself a favour and use Grays app. This is the easiest and best app available

This app is impossible to navigate😡

You go into the pickles app and try to put a serious bid on through the live auction which then tells you to sign in (which you already do when entering the app) so you sign back in for it to then tell you to download the app??? From there you go down the rabbit hole of no return.

After all the anger and frustration you just have to laugh about the whole situation or you would end up throwing you phone or iPad out the window🤷‍♂️

The absolute worst auction app. Ever!

This super clunky app will drive you crazy with lag. The navigation is poor. Usability is nonexistent. Aside from being aesthetically challenged it also fails to do what is promised It never remembers login details. Or struggles to login at all. This is a shame as I’d really like to purchase a car thru Pickles, but this app makes it impossible. Please just copy the grays online app.

Constantly freezing, having to login multiple times whilst desperately trying to access different areas and register for auctions. And no, it’s not my phone. It’s anything but ideal, but you’re better off to access auctions through their website with your browser.

Terrible Buying Workflow

I’m actually a little shocked around how badly this app has been setup for such a large auctions house. Why have an app when you need to spend most of your time logged in on the online webpage to view upcoming auctions, and then register to be able bid on particular lots in the app, it seems very counterintuitive. Do yourselves a favour Pickles, check out Graysonline App, you’ll be embarrassed thereafter i.e. theirs you can bid on any auction you want within the app (no seperate online registration), you can view search auctions/lots within the app ect.

This is the worst bidding app I have ever used such a scam, please stay well away. Pickles will take your money and will not offer refund when you did not bid on the car. They claim I bid in a car that I did not purchase.

I’ve read some bad reviews...they go back for many months. Has anything been done to fix this. Why would you sell a car through pickles if this app doesn’t allow users to log on. What an absolute joke your app and your website is. Can view all lots fine on the main website. ANY traffic at all and you will be booted from bidding area and be unable

Awkward and frustrating GUI. Many times had to restart the app after getting about half way thru an 1800 item auction.

soft-locks and confusing layout

most of the time when you use this app, you will be having to close the app constantly due to soft locks leaving you stuck.

also, safari has trouble linking to the app and it wont let you continue in mobile browser.

completely broken and useless for bidding on mobile.

Need to fix the glitches before this can be used as a reliable bidding platform. Tried twice to purchase vehicles and both times the app has fallen through, won’t enable bidding and all of the sudden the car is gone. Very frustrating..

Many of the cars have engine problems and the engines need to be replaced

They don’t tell about it. The cars are written off and can’t sell them again. You buy the car cheaper but When the car is fixed, cost more than gumtree.

Lots of hidden costs that you can’t imagine.

They don’t put the cars PPRS online,

I lost $7000 on a car.
