Great little printer but
Whilst the printer hardware and the App are nice and nifty. Getting replacement labels is a right pita and can take ages to arrive from somewhere in Hong Kong.
That's the only downside.

Subscription
App and printer work reasonably well. If you want access to a good icon set you need to paid a very expensive subscription.

Good but lacking functionality
The app is easy to set up and works easily. I have made over 40 labels that I use regularly in my business. Unfortunately, there is no way to organise these labels into categories. The functionality is shown on the screen but it does not work. I have reached out to support twice but they don’t respond. It’s a shame because the rest of the app is great.

Application Freezing
App keeps freezing after being open for 2 minutes. Also can’t update the firmware of my device due to the app freezing every time.

App works reasonably well.

Cute and functional
Received my D11 Niimbot and although instructions were not in English was able to download the app and get started. Impressed with how easy it is to use and printed out my first label in about a minute! First label went on my Niimbot cord 🤪

更新後，再次登入所有模板全部消失。
然後登出後再登入，卻因為接收不到驗證碼無法登入....

Niimbot bluetoothprinter
Just got it out of the box and having a go at printing a label. Originally instructions all in Chinese but once the app is downloaded on your phone you can choose your language. I will keep practicing.

Fantastic
Very easy to use even though the instructions are not in English. Was easy to hook up and download app and get started. I have so far successfully gone through 6 rolls of labels with this beauty and has made life so much easier for me. Can’t recommend enough, it’s awesome.

Doesn’t print properly
There are no proper English instructions. Tried to work it out but labels don’t print as per app & also ordered blue labels but they are not blue inside the box!!!! Dodgey. Will attempt to get money back. Far too much for not working properly.

Nifty Unit - Can’t Connect si Useless
So I was a little excited that for once something out of China was properly boxed. Concerned that nothing at all was written in English but QR code on leaflet provided hope ... soon dashed!! While it takes you to instructions for operation only the headings have English subtitles. Nothing that provides any detail on how to set up or trouble shoot is in any other language.
Okay so forget ahead. Charging probably one of the hurdles so plug into computer with supplied cable (yup appears to be charging only not a data cable). Some hours later download app - which IS in English ... thank the gods... but now Bluetooth won’t connect. Tried turning this on / off and or other with no luck.
The app allows to edit text (didn’t try anything else) with limited customizing. Even successfully saved to the software cloud via use of access code. Hit print and we are back to not connected via Bluetooth.
The unit does print beautifully but not the label I created just a default print test label.
Be very very wary buying this product if you are not fluent in Asian text.
