No it's telling me when i go to order my products and get to payment that my phone is invalid? I thought you could do this from your phone.

Disappointed with customer support
I’ve been trying to start my first online business and needed some help so I reached out to the online support chat for guidance to clarify an issue with fulfillment and shipping. The person assisting me wasn’t very helpful and ended up leaving the chat without having answered my questions. I found this highly disappointing and rude.
