Warning to parents: Header Ads can be really bad

Mini header advertisements flash through fast at the top of the screen. This is preferable to the long painful ads most games have. But the content in some of those ads is disgusting. You guys need to start filtering. And find yourself some moral values. Advertising games that encourage rape, pedophelia and gun violence?! NOT okay.

I’ve only seen a handful of this type of content out of hundreds of ads, but it’s still too much.

In this game Mini header advertisements flash through fast at the top of the screen.

This is preferable to the long painful ads most games have, so I don’t mind this. But I get the feeling the speed is just done to hide your poor taste.

They advertise the game as no ads, and up to level 10 you get none except banners. But after level 10 you get an ad after every level. On top of that they’re charging a rip-off $15 to remove ads. Highest cost I’ve seen yet.

Fix the issue when it freezes when you watch a ad to get the 3 lines removed. You play for 30mins only to have 4 lines left and when they hit the bottom and you select to watch the ad to get 3 lines removed it just freezes, really annoying. Happens all the time.

Subscription is WAYYY too expensive

Game is great, it’s addictive but the price they ask you to pay is premium. It’s up there with some top shelf entertainment platforms but the graphics and concept are basic af. Instead of having to sit though ads every time you pass a level or need to restart the game, they should create an incentive to watch ads for gems to help pass levels. Winning gems is impossible & no matter how annoying the ads are, I will not pay for them so this simply lessens enjoyability and makes me stop playing most of the time.

Flawed

Loved this game, paid for no ads because they were annoying and made it unable to be played. Got to higher levels and started realising they just want more money from me because they make the levels so hard it takes months-years to pass without the special gems that you need to skip the level and get more lives. I have been on level 518 for almost 2 years now and play for about 30 mins every day just trying to pass it. Wish they cared more about the game instead of the money.

The game is exactly as advertised. It’s fun. It’s good.

EDIT: as soon as I gave my review, after being prompted, I started to get video ads. The whole app started slowed right down to the point it became unplayable. I spent more time waiting for the ads to load, than waiting for the ads to clear. The whole ad download, watch, and clear process takes three or four times longer than each level is to play. The constant freezing of the app (I guess ads or personal data uploading) makes the it unplayable.

Fun but has issues

I enjoy playing the game it is addictive but the game freezers every now and again to the point I have to delete and re install but I loose 50-120 levels I have completed each time and support has not helped me with this at all. There update also stopped watching ads to earn things from unlimited to 3 times a day and when you get to level 700 you need unlimited to eventually get past the level. They have also stopped giving as many coins for things and once a week giving us around an hour with extra bonuses to help with the harder levels. Ultimately they have made the game unnecessarily harder. Fingers crossed they go back.

I love this game. Right level of difficulty to make it challenging but not impossible. Reasonable amount of ads that don’t interrupt actually game play. The only suggestion would be perhaps lower the cost of bought items. Crashes constantly and full of adverts that also crash! Even after update March 2020

Could be a good game but it crashes an awful lot which means you lose any progress which is beyond frustrating, especially when playing weekly competitions where you lose a life if it crashes.

Massive issue

This game is so addictive my parents and my brother Vales and play it… So from my mum and dad sometimes gets stuck on level and I’m only on the first couple of levels and my brother email you the place is pretty self replace it and when I got it I never really played it much food after I found out all the levels that come up in power gets harder and harder I started to you like come and play at more instead of playing other games I’ve played back on board more than I used to you but it’s just so addictive in the first couple of days you get addicted to it so easily that you just can’t stop the scene is the start you can’t stop playing and it’s so addictive you can never stop it if you ever do try to stop it it doesn’t you can’t stop it you just keep playing without stopping this really really fun

I really liked this game at first but I got bored pretty quickly!

There’s no real strategy but it is fun.

I subscribed to the free trial and never even used it that long.

The subscription and booster prices are pretty outrageous, especially for kids, or should I say parents with kids.

Rated age 4+ but displayed ad “Meet Women Online” linked to a dating site. :-(

I don’t care whether this is a good or a bad game. It is rated age 4+ so I installed it on my six year old’s iPad. Immediately he was exposed to ads “Meet Women Online” linked to a dating website, which while not particularly harmful, is clearly inappropriate for an age 4+ app.

The developers clearly have NO integrity, so you should boycott this app. Delete it now.

I am really angry. Do I have to test play every game my child wants to play in case it has inappropriate ads? I at least want to be able to trust the app age ratings!!! These developers are destroying my trust in the integrity of the app store.

Apple: Please, at the very least, raise the age rating of this app to 18+. Preferably ban this app from the app store for six months to punish these developers.

This should be removed... if I paid to have ads removed then remove ALL of them. I do t do subscriptions except for Netflix and Apple Music

Too many ads

I know they have to make their money but it’s just an intolerable number of ads. If you’re the kind of person who pays the membership, this is fun enough, but not worth suffering through another 30second ad every level. Not when each level only takes 30 seconds to a minute.

You pay for adds to be removed yet why are there adds in the middle of the game it seems the developers are trying to con more money out of you I subscribed for one year saw the adds and immediately in subscribed what a waste of time the game is fun other than that I thought the game would be free

Great game.... but...

I love this game, Ive even purchased a few upgrades - but the delayed ‘Subscription’ page needs looking at. I have almost purchased a yearly subscription twice accidentally. Tricks like this need to be looked at. Im sure Im not the only one.

No actually new levels

Game is addictive but after certain level 200+ it start to repeat and does not make the game harder or enjoyable, and do not challenging anymore...

Fun game, but............

After only two days I got fed up of the ads, then there is the membership popping up all the time even after purchasing the game. So I cut my losses and deleted the game right after these comments.

If you can tolerate the BS ads and membership, then go for it..

Don’t forget these are on every single level and sometimes twice between each level, and you have to wait ten seconds for these ads to go through their advert.

Where are the games that you can just simply buy and use without all of this rubbish.

Can’t play music :(

Apps great and super addictive but it doesn’t let me play my music while the game is open. Super frustrating when on the train or something. Maybe something changeable/fixable?

So many Ad

I was happily playing it and the ad keeps coming up. And won’t let me even play so I turn it to airplane mood so I can play. And when I turn my data on it made me restarted the whole thing. And because I refused to download the ad. They keep making me restart the whole game I just uninstalled the whole game. What a shame it a great game if you don’t have my problem

Stop whinging about the ads, you other reviewers, don’t you get it? It’s a free game. Do you think the developers just like sharing their game making skills for nothing? NO!! Ads bring in the dollars that allow these people to eat, it’s their livelyhood you dummies?

Red gems resetting

Found his game addictive and aside from the ads (which are the usual dross but something you put up with if you’re not paying) I enjoyed it.

However I’ve now spent 3 occasions levelling up to get more red gems, only for them to appear to reset to a lower amount the next time I log on (e.g. was on 850 and reduce to 600), found this frustrating enough to delete the game and won’t return until this bug is fixed! Shame.
