When I fist got it it was fine but after a cupple of weeks it started glitching! When I push the tap to vibrate it does not work I am so sad it is not letting me know if I have messages or to drink water I hate you guys!

i find it sketchy
i recently got this for a gift for my birthday present and i opened it and set it up, i did it all but then out of no where my phone started playing random chinese music and it was repetitive i do t know my i was happening so i deleted this app but some how it was still getting my notifications but i later found that it was still connected to my bluetooth
the device it self is not bad but the ui is extremely confusing

Time and date
can’t get it to have current date and time. Won’t even sync to the phone properly. It still says 24 hour mode and the date won’t update. Can’t get the weather app to work on it. Any advice???

won’t work on new iPhone
I absolutely loved the watch which I mainly used for sleep monitoring, incoming phone calls and messages especially when I had the phone on silent. I have just upgraded from an iPhone 8 to an iPhone 13 Pro and now it doesn’t want to work. I really miss it. I wish it could be fixed so I can continue to use the watch.

Won’t connect
The watch won’t connect to my phone no mater how much I try. I have tried lots of things and watched YouTube videos but it won’t connect.

Steps on app vs health app on phone are completely out.... prime example watch says 21,212 health app says 13,445

Bluetooth not working at all. Tried everything, just doesn’t want to work. It did work for about 8 months. Not anymore! Oh well, looks like you get what you pay for.

App to pair with Fitness Watch
I purchased two of these watches, both are currently working flawlessly. For the price they really are great value. Make sure you charge the watch prior to use and read the manual first.

Only tracking sleep from midnight onwards. Will not record anything before midnight every single night!!

It’s great
I found it easy to sync and love how it tracks my distance when biking and with the km and calories I’ve burned. All the functions are helpful such as how deep your sleep is. Overall I’m very satisfied. Thanks.

Watch not connecting to phone
I’m having trouble connecting to my watch Iv done everything to possibly connect but it will not work can it be fixed please cause on my blue tooth it dose not see my watch at all

The calories mode doesn't work well, an adult burns about 2400kcal per day my bracelet will not calculate more than kcal400 per day even after 12000 steps. Can it be fixed?
The heart rate is not in real time on the bracelet always needs to wait to sync to display on the bracelet.
Would be great to have an answer.
