App functions mostly well but whenever I try and do a KX at home workout there’s no sound. Unsure if this is a common issue but it’s really frustrating

The KX app is so easy to use and navigate. Booking classes vis the app and keeping track of my bookings is wonderful. I love that the app syncs up to the calendar on my Apple Watch too.

It’s better!!
The new app is much better functionally and it looks better too (compared to the old version). However I can no longer figure out how to see how many people are booked in a class I am already booked in. This is important to me because of the 9 hour cancellation rule. Sometimes I need to cancel a class because of reasons beyond my control, like a sick child. So if my child seems unwell the night before a class, I’ll often see how many people are in the class I am registered in, and if there’s a fair few spaces I will cancel my booking & then rebook in the morning if my child is feeling well and goes to school. Or, if they are sick I’ll think “well at least I didn’t lose a class!” 😊 I would love to be able to see how many people are in a class I have already booked into because without knowing I could cancel the class just in case and then my place goes to a waitlisted client and I miss the class even if my child ends up being well & going to school. I wouldn’t cancel it if there was a wait list, I’d risk it until the morning!

Calendar syncing issues
Impossible to sync with my iPhone calendar.. made several attempts but hopeless.. considering this is a downgrade from previous app

It could be just a bit easier to navigate. Great improvement from the previous version. Could show the number of participants in class even after you book (I would think more before canceling a booked class less than 12hours before if it was fully booked for example).

Hard to read, get your glasses!
The small size and colour of the font along with tiny icons makes it very difficult to read or, find what you’re looking for. The app itself works but forget spontaneously booking a class without hunting down your glasses first.

Not a fan of the new update
It feels like the app has gone backwards, it’s difficult to navigate and feels really old school in terms of design and look and feel. Much prefer the old version that was super easy to use and a clean style! Can I go back?!

Is the app down or just terrible?
Can’t log in, can’t buy class passes, can’t access booked classes, constantly have a loading screen. Very poor

Is anyone taking this feedback on board? I have loaded this app a dozen times, freezing, reloading, opening and defaulting to the wrong studio, payments and purchases not working correctly. Please do something about it. (Ps it took me 3 tries before I was able to write a review)

I wish I could book the last classes from my pack, and therefore buy more, but the app keeps freezing or not loading. It’s so frustrating that I’ve given up on being a client.

Terrible app
This app is terrible - I have repeated installation/deletion/reinstallation.. the endless loop.. goodness. Totally unreliable app to use and it definitely requires a major update any time soon!!

Rarely works
This app needs to be majorly updated ASAP. I’ve lost count the number of times it’s frozen on the loading screen and I’ve had to delete and reinstall. It then works for a few days, before the same thing happens all over again. The app was introduced months ago and I don’t understand why it’s still barely useable. KX Pilates is great, but this app is not!

List of classes not showing up if you book for multiple studios
Since the new app has come through I am no longer able to see my scheduled classes under ‘my bookings’. I passed the info on over a month ago to my local studio and they said it appears this may be due to the fact I’ve booked classes for another studio prior. The issue still has not been rectified!

Awful
I am constantly making bookings to ‘join the waitlist’ only to go in a day/s later and find They no longer exist or have registered have to rebook and have no chance of now getting into that class. The app freezes and I have had to delete and re download multiple times. So frustrating when the previous app was fine!

Poor functionality
This app is incredibly flawed. I, like others who have complained, cannot view my current package in the “my purchases” tab — it simply says “no active package” and hitting the refresh button does nothing. This means I have no way of tracking how many classes I have used or when they expire. As a customer, I should be entitled to this visibility of my purchase. I hope this will be fixed soon.

You can’t see what month you’re booking for, and when you do finally book, you can’t see your bookings. Wish you would go back to the MindBody App... at least I could see my bookings!

This app needs major work
For such a popular exercise phenomenon, this app is letting the brand down. Constant glitches with iOS updates and then my phone is updated but the app will time out when trying to check classes. The capability of it works is great, but it is driving me crazy with the issues. The app needs major rework for it to be as reliable as the former KX app we had in place.

Constant crashes
Completely unusable - won’t open at all, just crashes. I love KX pilates but this app version is terrible. Previous iterations have been fine but since the latest upgrade I’ve had to book via the web.
